The Advantages of Multi-Camera Setups for Capturing Dynamic Events and Performances
In the world of video production, dynamic events and performances require seamless and captivating coverage to effectively capture the energy and essence of the moment. This is where multi-camera setups shine, offering significant advantages over single-camera approaches. Whether it's a live concert, sports event, theater performance, or corporate conference, multi-camera setups are a game-changer in providing comprehensive and immersive footage.
Tumblr media
Here are some key advantages of using multi-camera setups for capturing dynamic events and performances:
1. Comprehensive Coverage: Multi-camera setups allow for simultaneous recording from multiple angles, ensuring that no critical moment is missed. With different cameras positioned strategically, every aspect of the event or performance can be covered, from wide shots to close-ups, capturing the details and emotions that make the experience memorable.
2. Enhanced Visual Appeal: Multi-camera shoots add visual dynamism to the footage. The ability to switch between different camera angles in real-time during the event creates a more engaging and dynamic viewing experience for the audience.
3. Seamless Editing: With multiple camera feeds, post-production editing becomes more efficient and flexible. Editors can easily switch between angles, merge shots, and create smooth transitions, resulting in a polished final product that showcases the event or performance at its best.
4. Flexibility and Versatility: Multi-camera setups offer versatility in adapting to various event scenarios. Whether it's capturing fast-paced sports action or a live music performance with multiple artists on stage, the setup can be tailored to meet specific needs, ensuring that every moment is recorded with precision.
5. Redundancy and Reliability: One of the most significant advantages of using multiple cameras is the redundancy it provides. In case of technical issues or camera malfunctions, there are backup shots from other cameras, minimizing the risk of missing critical footage.
6. Audience Engagement: A well-executed multi-camera shoot creates a captivating viewing experience, drawing the audience deeper into the event or performance. The dynamic coverage keeps viewers immersed and engaged, fostering a stronger emotional connection with the content.
In conclusion, multi-camera setups offer a host of advantages for capturing dynamic events and performances. From comprehensive coverage and enhanced visual appeal to flexibility and redundancy, this approach elevates the quality of the footage and enriches the viewer's experience. For videographers and event organizers looking to deliver exceptional content that truly captures the essence of the moment, incorporating multi-camera setups is undoubtedly a winning strategy.

Foreign Language | Artūrs Šilovs
Tumblr media
SUMMARY: A first meeting with a certain Latvian goalie, a surprise that leaves him thinking of you ... And an unexpected reunion thanks to injury. WARNINGS: So much fluff, poor Latvian language - if you're a Latvian native, please excuse me, I'm still learning. PAIRING: Artūrs Šilov & reader (f!reader implied). NOTES: This was the very first idea that I had, and it's been a brainrot ever since. This could very easily be a multi-part, because the brainrot is real. Okay so little Latvian lesson: 'sveiki' is an informal form of hello and 'piedodiet' is sorry. WORD COUNT: 2147 FIND PART TWO HERE
New job, new city — you were beyond excited to get started with your new life in Vancouver. It was a dream come true, a sports photographer for the Vancouver Sun. You’d be covering everything from soccer to basketball, and your personal favourite, ice hockey. It couldn’t have been better.
It had only been a few weeks and you were still pretty starstruck by the whole situation. The smile had rarely left your lips for everything felt so right. As you drove to the Abbotsford Centre, your music turned to loud as you sang along to your favourite song — life was good. And today promised to be another good day. You were helping to cover a story of the Vancouver prospects in Abbotsford and how they were developing within the AHL affiliate, while your partner would be interviewing players at the rink side and in changing rooms, you’d be snapping the shots of the training session.
It promised to be a lot easier than your usual days, training sessions were a lot more relaxed than game photography. Even with their game against playoff rivals looming, you knew it would be a calmer atmosphere than the alternative.
With the heavy camera bag upon your shoulders, digits scraped back your hair as you walked, tied back as you always did while working. Nodding across to your partner who stood waiting at the large rink doors, he held out a coffee to you, which you gratefully accepted with a quiet ‘thank you’. You two were close, like siblings — natural partners and you always delivered high tier work together.
“The boss wants some focus on the goalies, see what you can do, y/n.” He muttered as you walked, both sipping quietly at the hot liquid. From where you were, you could already hear the shouts of training, the crash of the puck against glass and the slapping of sticks upon the ice. It was a sound you knew and loved.
And as your partner pushed open the door, the bright lights of the rink lit everything up. You both moved quickly with a light tapping of both coffee cups in luck, your partner immediately gravitating to the head coach who lingered beside the boards, while you would weave onto the bench and begin your setup. Lens mounted onto the camera body, fixing your settings to this particular arena until you were happy with your picture. It was simply second nature now.
You stood beside the boards, camera switching from player to player with smooth motions as the camera clicked. Turning to each goalie, your camera would linger with the rhythmic clicking — you didn’t need to know all of the story, but a focus on the goalies was always a popular one. Players being called up to the NHL happened so regularly, it was hardly a story, but goalies? Now that got people ticking.
As the session progressed, you watched your partner question each player who came to the bench for water before they’d even had a chance to breathe. You would simply smile at each person, almost sympathetically, and do your job with the clicking of the camera.
Even as the young goalie skated over, angling toward the bench where you stood with a hand outstretched for a bottle, your lips presented a small smile as you waited for your partner to pounce. But as he was too wrapped up with Tolopilo, this goalie was left in silence … for a moment at least. You knew a little about him, of course. A young guy from Latvia, drafted a few years ago now, with a bit of a rocky start to the season. His eyes met yours as the blue and green mask was raised from his face, lips curled into a smile at the first glance.
You spoke without a second thought. It had been some years now since you ended things with your ex, but you’d spent a few years learning Latvian for them — it had been years since you had any reason to use it.
“Sveiki…”
Artūrs blinked. The smile on his lips disappeared as confusion was etched in its place. He’d been in Canada for a while now, with only the occasional passing player conversation to give him that little piece of home. He’d never expected this woman to come out with that.
“Sveiki.” The goalie quietly replied, leaning his weight forward upon the boards beside you. “You’re Latvian?”
You shook your head, a quiet laugh slipping through your lips as the camera lowered, your body turning to almost mirror his as you leaned upon the boards.
“I’m not Latvian, but my ex was. I learned some from when we were together.”
As you spoke, he watched you closely as the smile returned to his face. A smile that you couldn’t help but find contagious. He nodded slowly, thinking silently to himself before his blocker hand began to shake. The glove removed, his hand wiping upon his jersey before it was offered across to you with a grin.
“I’m Artūrs,” He spoke with a little more confidence, capturing your gaze beneath his dark eyes. They were easy to get lost in as you looked at him. “But this lot mostly call me Arty.”
“Y/N, it’s nice to meet you, Arty.” You hummed as your hand came to meet his, a slight look of amusing disgust at the sweaty hand of the goaltender. Needless to say it was enough to make the young goalie laugh.
Releasing his hand with a playful swat, you too would wipe your hand upon your jumper as he laughed. You couldn’t blame him, and you too found it funny, but a sweaty hand was not  what you wanted.
“Piedodiet.” He spoke through the laughter, head cocking as he watched you. Your eyes narrowed playful in response to his apology.
“I’m not sure that I believe that you’re sorry.” You found yourself teasing in response, the camera growing heavy in your hands as it sat idle. If your partner looked over, it would look as though you were helping him with his job — but far from it. You were enjoying yourself, more than you realised at the time.
He gave no response, just the rising and falling of his brows. A cheeky grin at his lips as the hand returned the blocker, the bottle returned to it’s place on the boards.
“Will I see you around here more?” Arty called out as he took a few strides away from where you stood. He hoped, silently, that you’d say yes. That you’d be back to photograph and chat more. For whatever reason, he wasn’t quite sure yet, he wanted to see more of you.
It was your turn to stay silent, shrugging with shoulders and hands. You had no idea if your job would bring you back to the Abbotsford Centre, but you hoped that it would.
And as the training session came to end, your partner returned to you with a notepad full of notes and a voice recorder full to burst, you gave a lingering glance back to the goalie as he took his first steps from the ice, and met your eyes with a smile.
Tumblr media
Months passed and you had often thought of the grinning Latvian goalie of the Abbotsford Canucks. Your job hadn’t taken you back to the little suburb of Vancouver, though you’d occasionally catch the games on TV. A little curiosity peaking as you’d remember the conversation with him — sometimes, you’d catch yourself smiling as you thought about it. You’d watch his games when you could and read the news in which he featured.
You couldn’t say that you missed him, you barely knew him, but you wanted to know him … You wanted to be able to miss him.
March rolled around, the end of the regular season was in sight and you’d taken the lead in photography coverage of the Vancouver Canucks for a while now — you’d become a regular at the Rogers Arena, and knew most of the faces of players, staff and partners. You’d even become friends with a number of the wives and girlfriends. You were a familiar face to all.
And you were one of the first on the scene, with your partner in tow, at the announcement of the press conference. Demko’s injury was the worst kept secret in the city, and you’d all been waiting for them to announce it. To know which lucky goalie was getting the call up from Abbotsford.
Journalists and photographers piled into the large room with whispers and nods of acknowledgement. Everyone waiting for Tocchet to make the announcement, and your heart skipped a little beat when he did … for the grinning goalie, Artūrs Šilovs would be taking up the role of back-up in Demko’s absence.
You wasted no time in getting down to the rink following the announcement, you knew that all the reporters would be clamouring for a word with the captain and the rookie goalie. As the flood of journalists began through the arena, the players were already leaving the ice with only the two goalies remaining with Clarkie. Many left to find the captain and coaches, while a few photographers, yourself included, would snap what shots they could of the two goaltenders.
Your stomach did a spin to see him again, the grin seemingly stuck with glue upon your lips — it had been months, surely he wouldn’t not remember you, you thought. But as his eyes glanced across to the wall of photographers, his gaze did linger upon you. Beneath his mask, he did grin. He’d spent months hoping to see you in Abbotsford, at his training or his game. It was a bitter disappointment when another photographer had been sent down in your place.
And as the nod was given for both goalies to leave the ice, little else mattered to him than making a beeline to you.
“Sveiki.” Arty immediately said as the helmet was raised, drifting on his skates just in front of you. Your smile spread instantly, quietly returning the hello with a hum. “I need to change, but please don’t run off.”
With a curious look etched upon your features, you silently nodded. It was the end of your working day anyway, you needed to sort through the photos of the day, but you could do that while you waited.
So sat upon a chair in the stands, laptop open and photos running through, you edited and submitted your best to your partner who would return to the office to write his piece. Gaze would snap up at the first sound of movement up the steps, it was strange to see him out of his goalie gear and in normal, casual clothing. A pair of jeans, a jumper, and glasses? There was something unexpected about that, but they suited him well. You liked the glasses' look.
“You didn’t come down to Abbotsford again.” He quietly said, the disappointment clear in his voice and on his face. And you felt the sting — but you also felt the twist in your stomach of excitement … he’d wanted to see you again, he’d thought about you.
“They moved me solely to these guys. I’m barely away from this rink now, Arty.” You sighed, hand closing the laptop which rested in your lap. You’d hold it there, fiddling with the corner as you thought. “I watched some of your games from home. I should’ve come down for one or two … to watch.”
“Do you want to go for a coffee, y/n?” Artūrs interjected, impatiently and abruptly. It was almost like he had to get it out before he could stop himself, and he was noticeably nervous as he waited for an answer.
You took a moment, watching him fiddle with the hem of his jumper as he waited — yet his smile never wavered. It was stuck, just as yours was.
“I’d like that.” You finally spoke, returning the laptop to your bag without breaking eye contact. The weight in his chest lifted immediately, a heavy exhale parting his lips as he nodded. You rose with a struggle, the camera bag always seeming to be heavier in that first moment, and Arty was quick to assist. His hand offered out, collecting the strap from your hand as it was slung onto his back with ease.
You walked from the arena together, both grinning wide with occasional glances at the other. A comfortable silence between you, it was simply a nice feeling to walk at each other’s side.
“Es priecājos jūs atkal redzēt.” He finally spoke, breaking the silence with words you didn’t quite know. Your Latvian limited to basic phrases that you learned to speak to your ex’s family during the holidays.
“What does that mean?” You whispered, leaning a little closer.
“I’m glad to see you again.”
And your heart skipped a little beat.

Gotham's Black Rose
Dpxdc fanfic Sam is Bruce Wayne's daughter, adopted by the Manson family. Everlasting Trio, toddler Ellie. Pharoah Tucker, Witch Sam, Space Ancient Danny, and Cujo too.
"How do you feel now?" Mrs. Foley asked, leaning against the doorframe of the bathroom.
Chapter 3: Revelation
Sam removed the tinfoil from her hair. Purple, with a smattering of black, but her hair was mainly a bright vivid purple now. Her purple contacts were back, and last night she even got her nose pierced.
"Better," Sam said. "I feel more like me now,"
"That's good," Mrs. Foley said. "Remember to clean up, dinner will be done soon and Tucker finished whatever he was doing for you,"
Hacking into the Justice League's database of DNA records, to cross-reference her DNA too. It's the largest DNA database in the world. If her biological parents were Heroes or Villians or otherwise employed by such a person then explaining the chaos that was her life would be easier. If not, then she wasn't sure if she wanted to meet them. Her life was messy and complicated and dangerous, bringing someone unprepared into her life would be an unnecessary risk.
"Thanks Mrs. Foley," Sam said. "I'll be down soon,"
-
The test finished running while they were eating. Sam and Tucker left the table, nervous and excited in equal measure.
"I can't look," Sam said, closing her eyes at the door to Tucker's office.
Tucker took her hand and pulled her in.
"No fucking way," Tucker said, pushing Sam into a rolling stool and spinning her around to face a monitor. "You're gonna wanna see this," Sam leaned back into Tucker's chest, covering her eyes with her hands.
Tucker clicked away on the keyboard, his arms loose around her shoulders.
"It's someone horrible isn't it? Like an intergalactic Tyrant or someone who hates kids or maybe someone who hates nature or magic-"
"It's Bruce Wayne,"
-
When an outsider ran a DNA test using the Justice League's database, Hero identities were locked away on a separate server and only those with Civilian identities connected to the Justice League could be found.
It was one of B's many contingencies against enemy hackers. Tim was waiting in the monitor room for Kon to finish his appointment with Canary, when a screen flashed. Tim watched as the Civilian files were shuffled through by the outsider, as the DNA sequence searched for a match. He watched as it stopped on the file of Bruce Wayne and confirmed a parental match.
Finding out who B's new mystery child is was easy. He synced to the hacker's computer, turned on the camera, and there they were. This hacker had an impressive setup, he even had audio.
"I'm a Wayne?" The purple hair girl asked, staring at the screen. "I think I'm gonna be sick,"
"Oh yeah, that's gotta be some cosmic irony or something," the hacker, leaning over the young woman's shoulder said. "An anti-capitalist and her multi-billioniare capitalist father,"
She elbowed him in the gut.
"Any idea who my mother is?"
"Nope, seems only Wayne was on this database. Your mother is probably one of the many supermodels Wayne took to bed so frequently,"
"My whole identity is a lie," the woman said. "If I decide to meet him I probably wouldn't even be an outcast anymore..."
"Wouldn't that be a good thing?"
"I don't know." She sighed. "What if I am only an activist because the ones who raised me aren't? What if I only befriended you and Danny because they didn't approve of you? What if I'm actually an entirely different person than I thought I was and I become some shallow backstabbing arrogant snob as soon as Bruce Wayne says he's proud of me for something?"
"If you don't want to meet him, you don't have too,"
"We're moving to Gotham. He's gonna be everywhere,"
"He doesn't have to know Sam," the man said. "If you're not ready we won't tell him,"
Tim pulled up the records of the woman, the unknown Wayne child, and had to bite his lip to keep from laughing. Samantha Manson, Seventeen years old, born October 13th at Gotham Private Hospital and adopted a week later from the same hospital by the Manson couple, raised in Amity Park Illinois, an average B student and an activist for nearly any cause she found. From school food to animal rights to nature preservation and restoration to illegal pride parades. She bought an apartment in Gotham near Gotham University, for her and her boyfriends Tucker Foley, Danny Fenton, and Danny's daughter Eliza.
Bruce had a completely civilian daughter. The batchat was going to freak out.

Gideon The Ninth Liveread, Chapter 16
This initial sequence is the first time that Gideon has demonstrated real awareness of Harrow’s internality; she identifies frustration, self hatred, “fury at herself rising like Bile.” One goddamn chapter ago, Gideon was incapable of assessing why an anal-retentive perfectionist from a dying house attending a cutthroat state dinner for the first time in her life might be feeling anxious. I think that this is a result of whatever freaky mind-meld they’re doing.
As a side note; “Necromancy,” as the singular overriding magic system, encompasses some stuff that’s not typically lumped in under Necromancy, such as possession and implicitly some degree of biokinesis. I wonder if it’s a cladistic failure, the necromantic applications of magic being discovered first and then swelling to include stuff you generally wouldn’t cram in under that paradigm.
Okay, upon cracking the mind-meld, we enter bossfight mode. Necromantic constructs apparently adhere to crit zone logic. I wonder if it HAS to be that way, or if it’s specific to this construct (which context quickly reveals is in fact part of the game.)
We get two detailed descriptions of Gideon taking out crit spots, then another prose implementation of a montage. In an animated version (the only appropriate way to adapt this) you’d get three or four lovingly detailed hits to a triumphant crescendo, before it devolved into a Samurai-Jack style multi-cam POV of Gideon slashing at the camera.
Okay, the monster drops a box. The box- rather pointlessly- is an electronic affair with a slow count-up to opening rather than something purely mechanical. It’s a Lootbox. This setup was engineered by someone with a strong understanding of co-op games.
Okay, Gideon shouldn’t have been able to see the energy signature; I assume that a door goes two ways, and that she’s getting visual input from Harrow. (Pacific Rim AU. I swear to God, Muir has a fuckin’ checklist)
The visuals on this keep emphasizing that overuse of necromancy leads to hemorrhaging, blood sweat, burst capillaries. Is the logical endpoint a meatsplosion? Will I get to see a necromancer explode? That would be neat. Not for them. Or for anyone standing next to them.
Our first unabashed, barely-qualified compliment from Harrow. A firsthand experience of what it’s like to Gideon in a fight for her life; of what being a cavalier MEANS. And once again both parties play it down, in tried-and-true enemies to lovers fashion. Focusing in on the specifics of the downplay- which feel a lot like Harrow trying to remind herself of everyone's station- reminds me of a lingering question I’ve had- namely, is EVERYONE in the empire subordinated within a house, or are the houses JUST the ruling class, with a Helot type of underclass? Anyway, my theory that Harrow could have avoided a lot of hassle by just making Gideon feel welcome and wanted swells in its power. Reinforced by the subsequent line-
“It betokened conspiracy, which was normal, except that this one invited Gideon to be part of it. Her eyes glowed with sheer collusion.” I really do want a full looney-toons type of story about the two of them constantly playing cat-and-mouse with each other for 17 years.
“She’d eaten a good meal. She’d won the game. The world seemed less maliciously unfriendly.” This is the last chapter in act 2. I am reading this on a computer blown up to 200 percent text size. I physically cannot see any words below the current paragraph. But I know that they are not good words.
Oh, hey! “Bronchial” passages. Like Lungs. I bet if I went back with a pen and started circling, I’d first off really fuck up my screen, but I think I’d also notice that there’s a very body-centric cast to the description of things due to the cultural implications of so much of everything being modeled off/made using human anatomy. Neat worldbuilding detail.

Titan TV upgrade post
Tumblr media
First off: that teleport cloud. It took longer than normal, which could be attributed to it having been a long time since Titan TV last teleported, and it being harder to do with all the upgrades -- but I fully believe the Titan deliberately spun it out just to panic the toilets more, because they're a drama queen (and we love them for it).
Also, the Scientist Toilet had some black mist appearing around them at first, which suggests that they were trying to teleport away but the Titan has the ability to no-sell the Scientist's bootleg version, which, yes.
Tumblr media
Secondly: Called it! Two weeks ago I said "I think a big retractable sword would suit him" and I must have had the same idea as DFB! (Also, that post was an anon ask, so I can't prove it wasn't from DFB asking Skibidi bloggers what upgrades they thought Titan TV should get, haha!)
(Urgh, YouTube pause overlay in the screenshot. I couldn't be arsed to work out how disable it.)
Tumblr media
That core looks more tricked-out than Titan Camera's!
Tumblr media
The gloves! The thigh straps! I love them! (Couldn't get a good shot of the gloves that wasn't cut off, argh.) The shoulder grabbers are still there - too bad we didn't get to see them in action this time, because I love those too!
Tumblr media
What's this on the back of their hand??
Tumblr media
Core blaster! Couldn't get a non-blurry screengrab of it - note the distortion stripes showing that POV cam is having a hard time recording it! (Mildly annoying because that's a digital distortion effect and the POV cam this episode is a cinécam, who presumably use analog film - because if they don't, what are those things on their bonces that look like film magazines?)
Tumblr media
:3
I was saying 'do the thing, do the thing!' just before they did the thing, and they did the thing! (Obligatory link to the sippyseize post)
I gotta be honest, I'm not a fan of the random-ass screens stapled on them. It makes the design look more like a fan design than an official one. I'm puzzled by the handles on the main screen too - it reminds me of those tablet covers for kids. I'm hoping the handles will be justified by the Titan being able to do something cool with them -- maybe remove their head and use it as a shield. (Funny post by jmiw about the handles)
I like how Titan Camera and Titan Speaker don't simply look like giant versions of the normal units: Titan Camera resembles a battleship crossed with a fighter jet, and they have a unique head shape. Titan Speaker has an array of unique speakers for a head, plus winged hussar-like pennants of speakers on their back - as Hanedasama puts it: like a box of fries! Titan TV still looks too much like a giant normal TV-unit for my liking.
Tumblr media
I'm not against the multi-screens in themselves - they look cool when all deployed! But I would have preferred a setup like Polycephaly's where the screens are more tucked away when not in use.
In summary: 9.5/10, what an upgrade!

Ghost. Been too long since I made an image with the lovely redhead and a new dress was the perfect look for this ghosted image idea I had. For those interested in the technical details, this is all in-camera with a pretty simple setup. Strobe in a 40" silver umbrella as key right, small 3"x6" multi-color LED set on orange as fill directly to her left, half second exposure and camera movement.

Hiii friends I just wanted to take the time to recommend some recent comedy tv I've been enjoying recently! I feel like I hardly see anyone ever talk about these shows, so if any of these sound interesting to you, please check them out!
Killing It: This show is an insanely good satire of class and capitalism in modern America I can't praise it enough! After being denied a loan and losing his job, Craig (played by Craig Robinson) teams up with Uber driver Jillian (played by Claudia O'Doherty) to kill invasive pythons in the Everglades to make enough prize money to start his own business. Season two sees the pair try to run a saw palmetto berry farm as bosses on the swampland their prize money bought. It covers everything from the gig economy to social media influencers to companies that buy peoples' debts to the myth of the self-made man itself. It's even got Tim Heidecker!
This Fool: Another excellent satire, This Fool centers around Julio (played by Chris Estrada), a self-pitying pushover who works at a non-profit helping ex-felons get back on their feet. When his cousin Luis (played by Frankie Quinones) is released from prison, Julio's desires to be seen as a good person are put into conflict with his existing biases. I'll be honest the pilot does not do a great job of setting up what makes the show so great, but if you get past all the "isn't it funny these tough guys are doing soft shit" jokes in the first ep, it has a ton of great character-driven comedy! This show shares a writing team (sans Estrada) with the show Corporate, which I also love, so check that out too if you haven't!
Kevin Can F**k Himself: A kinda high-concept show about what the archetypal sitcom wife goes through outside of the multi-camera setup. Allison (played by Annie Murphy) is sick of her husband Kevin's pranks and schemes, and decides the only way to escape is to kill Kevin and make it look like an accident. This show actually ended last year, but I'm genuinely surprised this doesn't seem that well known on tumblr because the metatextual commentary and experiments with format (and yuri slowburn) are all things people on here seem to love. It's only 16 episodes check it out!!
How To With John Wilson: This show has probably seen the most critical praise of all these so you may already know about it but it's honestly incredible. Each episode follows John Wilson as he delivers meandering commentary vaguely related to the topic of each episode (eg. "How To Make Small Talk"), laid over footage he has taken of the streets of New York City. He interviews people he finds on the internet, and reflects on the human condition. It's silly, sad, gross, and beautiful all at once! Recommended for fans of Nathan Fielder and Joe Pera.

also like i think people really underestimate the cost of filming something like yeah maybe hundreds of thousands is a BIT over the top but when you factor in the costs of travel for talent and crew, places to stay, craft services, WAGES for all these people which can get really high assuming they’re unionized, renting or buying equipment, it’s a multi camera production so that’s like at least three full camera setups as well as sound, probably renting out the spaces they’re using/paying some kind of fee, post production, ETC that easily adds up to 100k. even like really low budget movies rarely have budgets under 1 million and ghost files episodes are getting really long

Space Oval 9
Tumblr media
Three dimensional scene for today based on space and space base. And such a small robots from videogame Doom 3 in the very beginning. Which are like spiders are running all over the base. They are mechanical. They are small size and rather fast they can run. They open the doors in the very beginning. And also a theme of shadowed a dark tone space base. It is mainly dark and low light sources.
And this is my three-dimensional scene based on. It is third learning study scene, and last. It is made as a scene or a picture from possible videogame. Game is runner. Run here and there. About a robot of Oval form with legs. Which is moving. And need to move left or right and avoid a walls. It can be view from backside or from a side a little from forward side. Or even a free three dimensional camera view.
Oval  9 - type of mechanical robots. It is like egg with legs. They are doing noise with their legs while they move. And they all the time are in move. They are moving about a big little roads. And as a navigation they use this setup walls. This means robot needs to avoid obstacle and change course. From this roads it is built their working space.
They are like roads in anthill. Robots are rather standalone. And they can built a complex tech. Robots are came from constellation egg, that was discovered in 2100 year. A little constellation. Several planets. But everyone does not find an intelligence robots. Planets are empty. And they looks like a deserts. And interstellar space in this space region has some space stations with robots Ovel 9. They are like ants and they are all the time moving by this roads. By moment of their detection, they already built a big 9 in space. A space construction that looks like number 9. And they continue to built it. It is a big space station.
And with those robots it is even a setup contact. They are not evil and not aggressive. Small and controlled from a distance robot fly to their place. And robot egg reaches him. It stands for several minutes. Then it has come several more such a robot eggs. They scanned a guest. About a ten minutes later. They send him a signal with radio frequency 0. With information in a several millions zero. So, it was a first contact.  It was nothing left, but to send them some information coded in binary code. It is not clear do they understand it or not correctly. But robots as they receive information immediately starts to run to the center of their 9 constructions. And they have there a big computer. And they collect a data into it.
Tumblr media
This computer just keeps binary codes and can to work with it. Even explorers from Earth has some access ands ability to work with it a little. Computers looks, lie they are... Something like alive. And give access to his resources. Or no to give a permission. It says this is because of high load of his channel. Explores badly understand they way they speaks. A robots by the way, looks like get all information right.
So, it was a connect. They call this word connect to network. They give a permission to explorers to use a little resource of their computer. In exchange that explorers will do a retranslates items of signal channel line to their star. So, it was done.
Robots Ovel 9 – are standalone personalities. But they have ability to use a connect by network in multi process task mode to other users in network. They way to speak it is binary code. And their main center – it is their computer. Which collect all the data and do organize their activity. So, computer do a complex calculations too. And robots do no give access to this calculations.
One of the robots tells more about himself. It is idea that they can share a resource. It means that you can connect to a robot. Some other robot, or computer or someone else. And to be a second operator. And in this mode robot itself can have a rest. In a free time. He built in his mind a fractals. And have endless dive into them. It is something like a sleep.
So you right now has a connection as a second operator to such robot Oval 9 and bring new data to their computer. Then they will tell a little more about who they are. In exchange about information about planet Earth, Solar system, and those who lives there. And what technology is there, what is level of progress.
In exchange they will tell more about themselves. Who they are, how they works. And why they built all these. And even can share a resource from one of their computer. And give permission from time to time to connect as a second operator.
They can built a big wire all around planet Earth. If it is a central plant for humans. And built there a computer, just like they have. They are having a termoatomic sintez. And they will need energy of our sun. And also it will be good to built a retranslation network straight to Earth.
In exchange you will know where they come from. They show to you, their planet. It has lots of power wires. It is a network of wires. And computers. There are constructions that built new robots. And there are big atomic powerplants that’s gives energy to the network. Robots do not know who built them. But they already about 100000000000 their cycles acts like standalone. And they have never seen anyone with intelligence mind. They think their existence is random. As your also. That’s why they have idea to exchange data. And make a connection.
Bring them this data. And let’s see.

Alexander Skarsgård Is A Better Werner Herzog Than Werner Herzog
By:
Keegan Kelly
October 20, 2022
Documentary Now! has returned to IFC for its long-awaited fourth season, and the documentary parody anthology certainly didn’t disappoint the film nerds and comedy fans who had waited three long years for more episodes of the Bill Hader, Fred Armisen and Seth Meyers-led series that dares to ask, “What if Werner Herzog made a multi-camera sitcom?”
The first two episodes of Season Four, titled “Soldier of Illusion: Part I and II,” satirize the controversial “making of” documentary, Burden of Dreams, which chronicled the chaotic production of Werner Herzog’s epic adventure film Fitzcarraldo. Playing the monotone Bavarian auteur is Alexander Skarsgård, fresh off of the starring role in A24’s Viking epic The Northman. Skarsgård's performance is as impassioned, transfixing, and grimly absorbing as every Herzog film put together. He’s somehow more Herzog than Herzog.
The two-part episode opens in the modern day on a desolate landscape nestled in the mountains of Eurasia where Skarsgård’s Herzog character recollects one of the most ambitious and confusing undertakings of his career: In the 1980s, he attempted to simultaneously film a documentary about the native people during the mating season of the goats on which they have built the foundation of their meager existence, and a CBS sitcom pilot called Bachelor Nanny about a free-wheeling ladies’ man who is forced to adopt his twin nieces. As Skarsgård utters gravely, “He must juggle babies and babes.”
“Soldier of Illusion” uses its surreal setup merely as a launching pad as it careens wildly between different touchpoints in Herzog’s exhaustive filmography — at one point, the production crew of the sitcom/documentary are assaulted by a pair of Kamchatka brown bears, only for the beasts to be butchered by a sleepless monk wielding a bowie knife. In his perfect Herzog deadpan, Skarsgård poetically laments the bears, saying, “The Kamchatka bear and his girlfriend would survive 68 stab wounds before escaping to the safety of death.”
Skarsgård is pushed to find the outer limits of his Herzog embodiment at the act break between the two episodes with the arrival of the Klaus Kinski character, played by August Diehl, best known to American audiences for his role as a formidable Nazi officer in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds. The chemistry between Skarsgård and Diehl is as violent and electric as that of Kinski and Herzog, who, on more than one occasion, came deathly close to ending each other’s lives.
Also appearing in “Soldier of Illusion” is Skarsgård’s Succession castmate Nicholas Braun, television’s go-to guy whenever they need to cast a 6-foot-7 sad sack. Braun plays a washed-up child star looking to revive his career on Bachelor Nanny.
The entire two-part episode is as whimsical and grim as we could have ever hoped for once Documentary Now! inevitably set its sights on Germany's most doleful documentarian. Of all the powerful performances in the history of the parody series, none has been more accurate, more focused and more artful than that of Skarsgård’s Herzog. Skarsgård does not just do a good Herzog impression — he captures the filmmaker’s very being, and shows us what it would be like to witness Werner Herzog greeting a live studio audience by reading off a list of all crewmembers who had died during the filming of a family sitcom.
Later this season on Documentary Now!, we will be treated to “My Monkey Grifter,” a parody of My Octopus Teacher, and “How They Threw Rocks,” based on When We Were Kings — new episodes will come out Wednesdays on IFC
