ohhhh recipe for the nutella mug cake? 👀
1 heaping tbsp nutella
2 tbsp chocolate powder (not cocoa, sweetened chocolate powder, the kind you mix into milk. if you do not have that then cocoa is fine but add an extra tablespoon of sugar) (i think it tastes better with the chocolate mix)
i don’t like overly sweet things and the nutella + chocolate powder is already sweet enough for me so i usually add like just a half tbsp of brown sugar because it enhances the taste. but you could add up to two here depends on how sweet u want it
1-2 tbsp flour (depends on how moist you like your cake/the kind of flour you use. add one, mix, see how you feel, add more if your heart tells you)
1 egg or a splash of milk + a little oil
pinch of salt
you can add vanilla/hazelnut extract or nuts/pieces of chocolate if u want
mix etc. microwave it a minute on high if you like a very moist cake - the core will still be a little gooey. if you want it a brownie consistency, moist but not runny, 1:10-1:15. if you want it fluffier like an actual cake add a pinch of yeast and do 1:20-1:30, check at 1:20 though to be sure it isn’t burning and if it’s not done then do 10 second bursts until you’re satisfied
i like to reserve the spoon i used for the nutella to eat the cake with because the heat from it melts the leftover nutella and it’s divine

Nutella mug cake:
Take a small microwavable bowl
Ingredients: -2 tablespoons of butter -4 tablespoons of flour - approx. 2 teaspoons of sugar, but I use sweetener -baking powder -milk (you decide how much) -1 egg -pinch of salt
Mix them together, then add as much Nutella as you like. Put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

I don't have a bakestone but my mums always made rlly good welshcakes with a frying pan so hand over the recipe I want to see if u can compete (I hope u can my mums a terf and I don't want to rely on her welshcake recipe forever 😔)
Ah ha, well, fuck terfs, here's a recipe! Or three.
Welsh Cakes (basic recipe)
Okay so the enemy of Welshcakes is dryness so we must FOCUS on that. A common mistake is to roll out the dough too thin, I suspect, but I’ll come to that.
Um, the currants: I know they're traditional. I know that. So I have included how to use them BUT I hate them, so I have also included The Other Option: you cut them in half and sandwich them with a filling like jam, and then they’re called 'splits’. Right:
Rub together:
8oz self-raising flour
4oz margerine/butter (I’ve used sandwich spread before which is basically fine but only use 3oz then)
1 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice
Pinch nutmeg
Until breadcrumb-y. Then add:
3oz caster sugar
1 large egg
(Optional) 4oz currants that you have been soaking in tea during this time (this makes them richer and also moister, which you want, never trust a Welshcake recipe that omits that step)
This should make a dough rather than a batter. Roll it out to between a quarter of an inch to half an inch thick (don't go thinner! Dryness is the enemy!) Use a cutter to get little cakes (mine are heart-shaped because that's the shape of my cutters for some reason. Use a mug if you lack a cutter.) If you decide to omit the currants, like me, you’ll need to make it half an inch.
Anyway IT'S BAKESTONE TIME or in your case frying pan time - you're quite right, it does work, but just be aware that the cooking process will have to involve you flipping them much more often than on a bakestone. But that's fine you do you.
Heat your bakestone to a low to low-medium heat. On my hob, the heat goes up to 12; I use a 4, and leave the stone for an hour to hit temperature. You will not need to wait so long! As a frying pan heats much faster than an inch thick slab of cast iron. Run a bit of butter over the stone, and then off you go! Put the cakes onto the stone. They should take roughly four minutes each side normally. Don’t be afraid to keep flipping them, though. There’s an art to it at this point - when you take them off the very centres should still look like they’re just still dough instead of fully cooked, but it takes a bit of practice to spot it. Don’t fear experimenting. You’ll have loads.
Once they’re done, if you used currents, sprinkle sugar over. If you didn’t use the currents, let them cool slightly, then cut them in half and put jam in - raspberry or blackberry for preference. And you’re done!
HOWEVER here are some alternatives that I have made

Amend the base recipe as follows:
Sub up to an ounce of flour for cocoa powder, and use half a teaspoon of chilli instead of the spice.
Go to Tesco or some shit and buy lime curd (or marmalade if you like it I guess but I Hate Rind)
Split them with the lime curd
Alternatively you can omit the chilli and split them with Nutella for Double Chocolate
Welshcakes (Christmas Pudding flavour)
Ohhhhh, trust me on this one. Amend the base recipe thusly:
When soaking the currants, spike the tea with brandy
Use brown sugar instead of caster
Substitute one ounce of the flour for ground almonds and half a teaspoon of baking powder
Up the spice to 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp mixed spice and ½ tsp nutmeg
Add the zest of one lemon and one orange
If you make splits, split them with brandy butter. Then everyone eats them and they smell like Christmas.

How do you make mug cake
don't let the endless nonsense the chef lady goes on about deter you, there is EVENTUALLY a recipe at the end of the article and its the best one I've ever had. No eggs too! I'd recommend an added teaspoon of sugar to the original amount, and uh... feel free to leave out the peanutbutter. Unless you have a really nice one or maybe nutella or something, it just kinda detracts from the whole experience.

Meal Guide For Littles! 🍴
If you have trouble eating healthy or making meals in little space, I made a little chart with the different food groups! I would recommend having at least one fruit/veggie and one protein! Also, if a food is in more than one category it can count as both!
Fruits!🍓
apple sauce,  sliced banana,  sliced apple,  strawberries,  grapes,  orange,  yogurt with fruit, fruit loops, baby food,  smoothies like Danimals, any other kind of fruit you like! If you want you can shape the fruit into shapes like a heart or star!
Veggies!  🥑 (hey, veggies are not yucky, they are yummy if you eat ones you like!)
half a sliced avocado, broccoli (try it with cheese on top if you don’t like broccoli a lot) peas, green beans,  cherry tomatoes,  sliced cucumber,  baby carrots,  salad with yummy dressing,  baby food
Proteins! 🥓
dino nuggets,  eggs, dairy can be considered protein, ham/turkey sammich, trail mix, nuts, beans, bean soup,  veggie burger,  peanut butter and jelly sammich you can use sammich cutters to make cute shapes! granola bar(with nuts or peanut butter) hot dogs,and any meat food like nuggets you can switch with vegetarian stuff like meatless nuggets. 
Dairy! 🍼
milk!  yogurt/yogurt with fruit, mac and cheese, string cheese, cheese balls, little yogurt smoothies like Danimals, mac and cheese, any kind of cheese.
Carbs! 🥞
pancakes(you can add sprinkles, Nutella, maple syrup, butter, etc) waffles,  mac and cheese, pizza(you can make one yourself too if you want to do a craft in little space, and can make the toppings into cute shapes!)  sammich with bread, muffins(you can make these too!) goldfish,  pasta with cute shapes. granola bar
Desserts! 🍰 (only one dessert if you decide to have one! and ask your cg if it’s a rule to ask first)
cake slice,  more than one topping on pancakes/waffles (sprinkles/syrup/whipped cream are sweets)  icecream,  cupcakes, muffins(can be considered a dessert)  milkshake,  smoothie,  milk( with things such as vanilla and sugar)  
Making It Fun! 💛
use fun plates,  tiny silverware,  bottles/ sippy cups, placemat with characters or designs,  fun cups or mugs, arranging your food to make shapes like a smiley face

ok so when im hungry and want something quick to eat i usually do one of these :
bread. if u have bread u can do anything. bread and cheese. bread and mayonnaise with oregano (trust me it tastes amazing). bread with cheese and aloo bhujia. bread and jam. bread just plain toasted with butter. bread with chocolate spread. etc etc u can do anything with bread
eggs. a quick egg fry. sunny side up. scrambled eggs. egg bhurji. EGG FRIED RICE!!! these take very less time. also : take an egg, mix it with salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and just put it in the microwave till its cooked and fluffy. u can adjust spices as u like
strawberry/mixed jam with parle g. melted chocolate/nutella with parle g
poha! simple poha taked like 5-10 minutes to make and its a very filling and healthy and delicious snack!!
cocoa powder. milk. sugar. mix and bring to a boil. freeze. take it out and eat whenever u want. u can make many adjustments to this. u can add coffee powder, salt, ANYTHING. just do this in summer
mug cakes and more mug cakes!! chocolate, oreo, u can use almost any biscuit

cheesy rice! it’s super quick and great you just put cheese rice and some spice in a pan and a little butter or oil in a pan till the cheese is melted as you mix it around.
or if your family buys like rotisserie chicken i would just heat that up and eat it with some bbq sauce
i know this sounds weird but rice and eggs(with bacon if you like) you cook the bacon then add the rice and eggs and like top with cheese. it’s fairly quick or try apples with peanut butter and cinnamon!
cereal also never hurts but if you can stand for a little more than oatmeal with cinnamon apples and some sugar is super good.
i suggest mug cakes(make sure it’s no egg) cause not only are they ridiculously easy but the payoff is just straight sweetness and cakeiness which helps when you’re feeling depressed. it’s really just flour milk(or even water), butter, baking powder,sugar and flavoring. for vanilla add just a little bit of vanilla extract or bean, for chocolate add coco powder or nutella, i love cinnamon coffee so i add cinnamon and coffee powder to mine and it almost always tastes good.
a bagel with butter, chips with salsa guacamole or hummus. a shit ton of fruit. i find making myself like a fake starbucks drink always helps, so like milk vanilla coffee(i hate coffee so it’s usually a little) cinnamon and sugar makes me feel better(add some creamer if you have it)

RECIPES:
*half-vegan mug cake—
in mug of choice, combine:
2 big spoons each: flour, sugar, coco powder
pinch each: salt, baking soda
dollop each: vanilla, almond milk, vegetable oil
toffee chunks
microwave for 1-ish min
*cookies even dnp can’t fuck up—
in large bowl, combine:
cake mix of choice, 2 eggs, 1/4-ish cup olive oil
aaaaaand some toffee chunks
roll onto foiled cookie sheet, bake at 350F (180C) for 6-ish min, and decorate once cooled.
*puppy chow (for the furries🐶)
melt 2 big spoons of nutella and coat over 1/4 cup of rice chex. put in fridge for 20-ish min, and coat generously in powdered sugar. might as well throw some toffee chunks in there too..... while we’re here.
