to celebrate 50 followers, i wanted to record a little post stuffing belly appreciation! i'm thankful for all the support i've gotten, it helps me to feel more sure in my body every day!
additionally, i've decided to share my favorite recipe for preparing these feasts. I've eaten at least one each week for the past year and a half, so i'm confident in saying they make up for at least 20 pounds on my frame.
Chubby Mug Cake: 960cal
1/2 cup Flour (225 cal)
1/4 cup Sugar (190 cal)
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (50 cal)
1 tsp Baking Soda
5/8 cup Milk (75 cal)
1/4 cup Peanut Butter (400 cal)
Mix dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Microwave Peanut Butter for 30 seconds to soften. Stir in Peanut Butter and Milk. Move to a fairly large microwave safe bowl (it's actually a bit bigger than most large mugs, but i have a mug bowl i use, hence the name). Microwave for 3 minutes, and let cool before feasting.
Easy additions:
Top with ice cream (80-300 cal)
This recipe may turn out somewhat dry if overcooked, so the melting of the ice cream makes it a heavenly experience to easily scarf down.
Lava cake (100-300 cal)
Putting chocolate chips or nutella in the middle of the cake before cooking gives it a super rich note. if you want it to taste fattening as hell, this is it. i've only done this sparingly (tonight included!), but it's incredibly satisfying.
Serve with milk (100-200 cal)
No better drink to accompany it - unless, of course, you've got a shake on hand 😉
Increase Peanut Butter (100-400 cal)
While it's somewhat bad for the consistency of the cake, i've experimented with as much as 1/2 cup of Peanut Butter to really help pad the waist. It's manageable, but the cake tastes a bit worse, and i can feel it the next morning.
2 tbsp chocolate powder (not cocoa, sweetened chocolate powder, the kind you mix into milk. if you do not have that then cocoa is fine but add an extra tablespoon of sugar) (i think it tastes better with the chocolate mix)
i don’t like overly sweet things and the nutella + chocolate powder is already sweet enough for me so i usually add like just a half tbsp of brown sugar because it enhances the taste. but you could add up to two here depends on how sweet u want it
1-2 tbsp flour (depends on how moist you like your cake/the kind of flour you use. add one, mix, see how you feel, add more if your heart tells you)
1 egg or a splash of milk + a little oil
pinch of salt
you can add vanilla/hazelnut extract or nuts/pieces of chocolate if u want
mix etc. microwave it a minute on high if you like a very moist cake - the core will still be a little gooey. if you want it a brownie consistency, moist but not runny, 1:10-1:15. if you want it fluffier like an actual cake add a pinch of yeast and do 1:20-1:30, check at 1:20 though to be sure it isn’t burning and if it’s not done then do 10 second bursts until you’re satisfied
i like to reserve the spoon i used for the nutella to eat the cake with because the heat from it melts the leftover nutella and it’s divine

Nutella mug cake:
Take a small microwavable bowl
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons of butter
-4 tablespoons of flour
- approx. 2 teaspoons of sugar, but I use sweetener
-baking powder
-milk (you decide how much)
-1 egg
-pinch of salt
Mix them together, then add as much Nutella as you like. Put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes.
this has been the best and easiest lil midnight snack i’ve found - mug cakes with cake mix so like a million times easier and u can turn them into cake pops so easily!
6 tbsp of any cake mix
4 tbsp milk (recipe says water but we all know milk is better - coffee is good too for chocolate cakes!!)
2 tsp oil (if u eyeball 2/3rds of a tbsp you can just use one measuring spoon for the whole thing)
microwave for a 1 min 30 and then stir in like a scoop of nutella or whatever spread u like to make it cake pop consistency

Hi!! your RWRB birthday celebrations is so special!! I love it!! Would you mind sharing the recipe to your cup-cake....I have tried it a few times in the microwave but it never comes out as beautiful as that. Your looks absolutely delicious!!
Hi! What an adorable ask, thank you for this!
I gotta clarify real quick, that photo was from last year, when I watched the movie for the first time, and I distinctly remember not liking that cake, it was so dry, but to be fair that was a last-minute decision and I think I just used Nutella, flour and maybe eggs? Go search "Nutella mug cake" on YouTube and you're bound to find recipes!
You know those days your fat ass is in bed all day like the piece of shit you are? And you want freshly baked muffins but you’re too lazy and/or incompetent to make any? And there’s nobody around you to make them for you because nobody loves you? That’s when mug muffins come into play. They’re made from a simple mugcake base recipe, and you can then add whatever flavor and sweetener you have at hand. Just sugar for a plain sponge cake flavor. Maple syrup and berries for a finer product. It’s so quick and so tasty that you might end up eating several ones in a row, all with their own amazing flavor combinations. And then you’ll get back into bed and keep contemplating about what a fat piece of shit you are.
Ingredients for base
3 tbsp of plain flour (the less protein the better, you’re making cake here not bread)
3 tbsp of butter (it’s an approximation, better a little too much than too little)
1-2 tbsp of sugar (depending on if you plan on adding other sweet ingredients for flavoring)
1/4 tbsp of baking powder
3 tbsp milk
Pinch salt
Flavoring variations
Blueberries + maple syrup
Banana + Nutella
Apple + cinnamon + dulce di lecce
Instructions
Get a mug
Melt the butter in the mug using a microwave oven
Add all other ingredients except the final flavoring. Mix until no (few) lumps. It’s very liquid. That’s a good thing in this case.
Now choose your mugcake toppings…
Add e.g 1/4th sliced banana and Nutella. Bake in microwave for about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave).
2.Or a handful of blueberries, frozen or not, and bake for 2 minutes in your microwave. Then pour maple syrup on top. Succulent as fuck. Eat.
3. Grate a third of an apple into the batter. Sprinkle some cinnamon in there. A spoonful of dulce di lecce (you can buy ready made or make some by boiling a can of condensed sweetened milk for a long time, or 30 minutes in a pressure cooker but you’re lazy so you won’t make any yourself and we both know it). Microwave for 2 minutes. Eat your mugcake.
4.If you own no sweet flavoring, add half a teaspoon of more sugar into the initial recipe. Experiment with various spices. Cardamom, cinnamon, lemon zest and juice, it all makes a great microwave mug muffin
