If I notice someone I work with is not cooperating with me I need to check my own faith in that person. When I am able to appreciate them for their own unique qualities, my faith in that person will grow. Trust in others wins co-operation from them. Many of us have the tendency to postpone even the most important things to the last moment. We assume we will be able to get things done later. If you don’t really want to make the change deep down then it will be very hard to go the distance. Habits are hard to break. Have you ever felt stupid because you executed every step of a roadmap even though some steps were already executed? You have to be willing to take action, to move out of your comfort zone and to face fear to increase your courage and self confidence in a way that stays with you. It is wise to bend rather than to break. Those who change will get spiritual wisdom. Conversely, those who have wisdom will decide to change. Every sunrise evokes endless possibilities. Conversely, at night, I tend to descend into mindless scrolling on Instagram — a habit I’m not proud of. When I wake up, I meditate and journal at the bare minimum, setting intentions and the tone for the day. Cultivating a toolkit of breathing exercises help through out the day. Those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. Change is the first law of Nature. In fact, change is the mark of Time. Your inner self is who you really are on the inside. To know your inner self is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. Not what you have been told by others, but what you have discovered for yourself. Knowing your inner self requires a high level of introspection and self-awareness. Self realization also called introspection is the key to understand your own values. It's only when you align what you do and what you value, it makes you feel fulfilled!
