hello. I don't know if you are accepting asks right now. but you're the 1st person that came to my mind when I felt like talking to someone. I am from India, I am in my 1st year of Msc in biotechnology. I am undergoing treatment from depression and GAD. my recovery is slow and I am at peace with it. I know how much trauma I have been through, but my caregivers responsible for it, don't understand it. it does make me question if I am over reacting. after months of avoidance from college and lectures, through small steps and micro goals of bravery and medications, I am able to stay in university through out the day, I do feel burnout nearly every single day. I think need to change my subject. I am always there for people when they need me, but I always feel lonely even though I have like 2 best friends, at the end of the day if im having intrusive thoughts or suicidal thoughts, there's no one I want to call from them. I have had this thought of leaving my family for sometime, moving to Finland for Msc in education course. I don't know if it will be of my interest but I'll do my research before moving. I need to break free from my family. I believe that I am hindering some progress in their lives, anyways they find it too complicated to even try to understand me, and ig its okay, people don't knowhow to help an illness that u can't see. but it still hurts. I am exhausted with my life here and I'd like to move to some place quiet. even if I have to work for a bit ig im fine with it. I don't know if I have any questions for you, but im tired and the grief in my chest in too much to bear and I needed an outlet so I wrote it here, I hope its fine. thank u fr your posts, they always re-instill this faith/ hope in me.
I don't have the solution you're looking for, but I just want to say that I'm really sorry you're struggling so much and that you don't have the support you need. I wish you all the best and I hope you find a way to move forwards!

Eligibility Criteria of Manipal University
The eligibility criteria for an MBA at Manipal University can differ depending on the specific campus or college that's running the course. But, I can totally give you a rough idea of what their usual requirements look like. Remember though, the ultimate source of the most accurate and recent information will be the official website or you could also directly get in touch with the university.
A Bachelor's Degree: You will need a Bachelor's degree from any renowned university, and this can be in any field of study. To ensure your application stands a good chance, you should have earned this degree with a minimum cumulative percentage, which usually falls between 50% and 60%. (However, this is subject to vary based on your university's specific criteria.). Entrance Exam Score: Most likely, you'll need to ace one of the MBA entrance tests, which could be any national or university standards such as CAT (Common Admission Test), MAT (Management Aptitude Test), XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test), CMAT (Common Management Admission Test), or GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test).
Work Experience (Not always though): A few MBA programs might prefer you to possess work experience of a span of one to three years, particularly for Executive MBA programs. So, if you've worked before, that’s a plus!
English Proficiency: If you're flying from overseas or your prior education wasn’t primarily in English, then you will need to demonstrate your proficiency in English. TOEFL or IELTS scores are widely accepted methods to prove this.
Interview or Group Discussion: If you've been shortlisted, yay! That's great news! You can typically expect an invitation to a one-on-one interview or a group discussion. This is all part of the selection process.
Admission Procedure Of Manipal University
You're interested in a special program and campus you want to apply for. Awesome! I can definitely give you a broad idea of how the usual admission process works for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Manipal University. However, bear in mind that admission procedures can be updated or changed over time. So, it's always a good move to double-check the official website or get in touch with the university directly for the most current info.
Application Stage: For those enthusiastic about starting an undergraduate or postgraduate journey at Manipal University, step one is to fill out an application form. Check out the university's official website where this form is generally available. You will need to fill in your personal details, academic history, and any other necessary info.
Entrance Exam (When Required): Depending on the course you're eyeing, you might need to sit an entrance exam. To illustrate, let's say you're gunning for an engineering course - in that case, you'd be completing the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). Aspiring medical students will need to take the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) or a medical-specific test. If you're interested in a management course like an MBA, then buck up for a national-level test like CAT, MAT, or GMAT. The entrance tests vary depending on the course in question, so always double-check what applies to you.
Admission Test/Interview - Hey there! Just a heads up, for some programs, you might have to go through an admission test or an interview. This is just part of the process to see how well you fit for the course.
Merit List - Once all the tests and interviews are done, the university's going to prepare a big list - a 'Merit List' as they call it. That list is going to rank everyone based on how well they did in the exams and interviews. That list determines who gets a seat in which program, so it is pretty important!
Counseling - If you do really well and make it onto that merit list, then the next step is counseling. You'll be invited to a session where you can pick your favorite course and campus, depending on their availability and where you stand on the merit list. So, fingers crossed you do well and can pick out your ideal course and place!
