real shit, some people thought TMZ was entertaining, however that did not make them a net positive for society and I feel like the same thing can be said for the activity that's been going on with the audio/asmr rp confession blogs going around rn.

You can be entertained by this shit, that however does not mean it's good for anyone. Like, I promise yall, giving people anonymity and a space to say shit no one asked to hear is not in fact healthy for anyone. You have simply invited ignorance and abhorrent behaviour and I fully believe that this is going to blow up in someone's face.

"some people have grievances and need to air things out without backlash" I think you meant some people don't say shit with their chest and would not say shit if they couldn't hide behind a wall and that's fair, HOWEVER that is a them issue. It really is I fear.

"this gives people a space to say things the fandom would go after them for" that's called consequences, fairly common thing that happens. You say shit and people have shit to say about that, this is how online posting does work, it's why you have a comment section and why we have brains that tell us that maybe we should keep a thought as just a thought or write it down somewhere. Going to a confession blog to air out how much you don't like a specific thing about x, y and z is not therapeutic, that's what incels on 4chan do.

Am I saying that you're a bad person for engaging with these kinds of blogs? No. Be so for real. Do what you want. I am however saying that we should all have the understanding that those kinds of blogs are not healthy nor important to the ecosystem of fandom and pretending they are is wild. Eat junk food, but don't call that shit a balanced diet.

AU Wishlist; {The Spinner's Return}

Let's all be honest. One thing that could have been an interesting AU on OUAT would be Rumple becoming 'The Spinner' after his dark one curse is taken from him, and he loses his memories of Belle as he becomes the man he was before the curse.

Do you see how amazing and tragic this would be?

Belle is trying to convince this man of who he was to her and who he was during the curse. I feel like he would be terrified to know what he became… but also it would be interesting to see how he would try to regain the curse to accept that he was truly worthy of Belle.

He ran a hand through his hair, it was hard to see his eyes overall. He stood in about being 190cms tall, wearing a vest with a beige shirt under it. His gloves only had attatchment to his middle finger on his left hand, his right hand held some rings on it.

His hair was visible dyed, you could see the brown hair roots, but his hair was mainly colored red. His look was focused on Basil, the kid that had just got in. His eyebrow rose a bit, he seemed to know his sister brother. “who are you? And how do you know little kim?” he almost demanded his answers. His right hsland resting over the files he was holding just moments ago when basil first got into the office. He wasnt seemingly the most kind guy, but at first glance he didnt seem that bad either...

yep. mostly just ridiculous uncalled for comments because people didn't like how things went or didn't read the tags.

not really. only for character development--it feels really repetitive pretty much always

yes. someone was reposting FG on wattpad and people have stolen parts of my fics for "collections" they post on other sites without crediting authors.

several people have asked me but i don't allow it with rpf. too dangerous.

kind of? i posted rp archives but i don't think i'd do too well with co authoring even though i love(ed) rping

i started a maxiel fic from the perspective of max's cats but it was boring. loved the concept tho

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

for f1 rpf specifically it feels inauthentic to write without it. i don't think my translations are always accurate (sorry french speakers) but most f1 drivers don't speak english as a first language so i lean on my friends and readers who speak other langauges to help with translations if there's time. for example, the scene with esteban, pierre, and charles at the restaurant before the french gp in FG was only possible because a GROUP of french speakers debated over the proper dialogue.

What was the first fandom you wrote for?

supernatural on deviantart lmfao. then terra nova, then marvel.

What's a fandom/ship you haven't written for yet but want to?

hmmm. loscar for some reason? or a real charlos-only fic.

What's your favourite fic you've written?

fool's gold was really special, but concatenation, divinity, and HLS have spots in my heart. ia slo thinks about two of you, two of me a lot.

As with 2023, I started 2024 off with great ambitions regarding writing and gifing and editing:

I ended up posting [in 2023] only a handful of gifsets, three ficlets, two of which I wrote for Rumbelle Showdown (shoutout to @jackabelle73 for hosting this wonderful event last year, by the way), and 0 fanvids/edits. I'm not particularly proud of it, and I really, really wanna make much more content this year.

And, as with 2023, I ended up posting only a handful of little things, a couple of moodboards and gifsets and a couple of tiny ficlets. Honestly? I'm a little baffled as to how it happened (it feels like only yesterday I was writing that post and looked forward to creating much more Rumbelle and Anyelle content in 2024... where did the time go? 😅) and more than a little ashamed, especially considering 2024 was the year I really got into Anyelle.

We've already seen how this promises go, but I really really really do hope I'll have enough time and spoons and inspiration to write and edit and gif and put together much much more things on this blog and in this fandom. Guess we'll see next year how well it went?)
