“Movement is life, and so shall you move” As bi pedal beings we must never neglect the posterior kinetic chain. It is important to exercise the posterior as it is the main muscles that keep us upright and running strong. This exercise is the Single Leg RDL and it’s a great exercise to work on the hip hinge movement. I use this exercise for my clients who suffer from Anterior Pelvic Tilt as it helps engage the gluteal muscles which helps pull the pelvis to its proper position.
