Today I did a little cardio, took the bike out to explore a new trail in the area. I saw some new sites , got in a great workout. I love riding my mountain bike on the different terrains. Bike riding is a great workout obviously for your legs but did you know that it also works your lower abs too? Or maybe your arms in a sense? If you have the chance get out and explore, just be safe about it. Also if you are stuck at home and looking for some home workout ideas, you can go to bodybuilding.com and download their fitness app called bodyfit. (Link in Bio) They have hundreds of programs both for the gym and home workouts for you to use to accomplish your fitness goals. I go there often to find programs for my fitness routines.
