Franco B. Barbi was transferred to our care last month, and in this time, he has made quite the impact on staff and other patients. His behavior is erratic, and he's lashed out at multiple female nurses already. I've put in a request to minimize or completely remove all female nurses and doctors from his care team [with the exclusion of myself].

While the request is pending, I had the chance to give him my first test after his acclimation period. Giving my patients the chance to draw their feelings rather than speak of or write them has always been fruitful in understanding their mental state. I observed that during this period, he would create rather crude looking art depicting scenes of graphic violence.

[Drawing 3]: A very simplistic sketch of himself inside the pregnant stomach of a woman, in which he was aroused.

[Drawing 4]: Various sketches of what seemed to be high heel shoes. He once again appeared aroused.

I'm requesting we prepare to use heavy-duty restraints should he act on his violent tendencies again. I would also like him to have weekly mandatory therapy sessions. These sessions should be reordered so I may tack his progress.

Came back from the mental break down! ! ! 🎉 🎉 🎉 + has anyone played Outlast? I got a self insert 👀

The Mount Massive Asylum also makes this Rei wears a muzzle to avoid cross contamination with herpes

(The herpes detail is a inner joke I have with irl friends, I do not have it or had it (ig, idk, who knows, maybe-) )

My self insert is already used guinea pig but doesn't have strong skin conditions or changes since he wasn't used to test the Project Walrider due to being afab

But this Rei did get to be tested on the matter of conditioning it's body into hormonal changes some time after the female patients and staff had to be transferred from the asylum to another place thanks to the psychological pregnancies they suffered

He doesn't bite + extra detail his back is getting physical skin changes like the other inmates and later on starts losing his hair and gets bald spots !!!

Meanwhile the outbreak he wandered through the sewers until he was found by other inmates that used him as a tool to pass through an area (dlc related) and was given as an offering to Eddie Gluskin, the Groom
