I HEARD ABOUT THE ALIEN SCARA. I AM BEGGING YOU FOR MORE. PLEASE. WHATS HE LIKE WHEN THE GLASS DROPS AND HE FINALLY GETS TO BE CLOSE?

Clingy. <3 he can’t separate himself from you, or else he fears you’ll be taken away again and he’ll lose you forever. He keeps to a corner, but he’s always gravitating towards you, especially when you sleep (because then you won’t tease him so much about his attachment to you). He’ll watch over you while you’re resting, sometimes standing near the bed and other times attached to the corner and watching from above. He wants to sleep beside you and cuddle you, but he never knows his own strength and he fears he might hurt you. Humans are so fragile sometimes. It’s really annoying. >:(

If it’s particularly cold in the cell (he never notices because the cold doesn’t affect him; he grew up in much harsher conditions, so this is nothing to him), you’ll bundle in lots of comfy blankets and layers. He has to remind himself that you’re just cold and that you aren’t nesting. Sometimes he pretends you are, if only to satisfy his own little fantasies. He wishes he could keep you warm, but he’s merely a cold, formless shadow who isn’t warm-blooded like mammals. So instead he piles blankets on you, sometimes pushing you back down onto the mattress if you try to get up, rolling his eyes when he hears your grumblings about how it’s “too hot.” Humans are so temperamental. Weren’t you just shivering a few minutes ago?

He doesn’t have a name; it’s more so a string of numbers that the researchers refer to him as because he’s a specimen. You go over various names with him when you can’t sleep at night (or perhaps it’s the day? You can never tell down here). He chooses to call himself Kabuki because it sounds familiar, yet he can’t remember where he heard it. When his new name is spoken with your lips, it sounds like the prettiest heaven. He likes it. A lot. Too much. You’ll always say it, and he’ll always feel so warm inside. So loved and accepted and wanted.

Kabuki does not like the other researchers. He makes his hatred clear when they try to enter the cell to deliver meals to you or take you out for the usual things humans need: baths, exercise, sunlight, and so on. Kabuki throws a horrible fit each time, nearly almost slipping through the crack in the closing door in his haste to stay with you. The researchers know to be quick because if he gets out he’ll tear through everyone in order to reach you. He’s always anxious when you’re gone, even if it’s only for a few minutes. That time feels like a debilitating eternity to him. He can never quite settle, and he’s always on high alert, defenses raised, as if he’s ready to attack anyone who isn’t you. You’re always returned to him. In fact, since he’s formed such a deep, possessive bond with you, it doesn’t seem like you’ll ever be able to separate yourself from him. Not unless it’s by force, and even then you fear the consequences that come with abandoning him.

He’s always gentle to you, albeit huffy and occasionally grumpy when you tease too much or talk too much about subjects he doesn’t like (other humans, the world beyond this cell, human mates (you call them lovers)… Isn’t this enough? You only need to stay here in this room with him. It’s more than enough, actually.

At one point, he starts moving less and less and he stops using his human form to interact with you. He’s quieter, too, and he seems to be sleeping (or perhaps he’s in some sort of rest mode) for longer hours. You’re not sure what’s happened or what’s brought about this sudden change. He doesn’t even move from his corner when you talk to the researchers through the intercom (he used to always stick to you when you’d do that). What’s worrying is when he remains silent and unmoving even when Dr. Zandik walks into the cell, completely unfazed and confident, to observe him. The both of you peer at him; he’s motionless, all darkness because his usual bright, beautiful eyes are shut. But every now and then his formless body wavers, and you and Dr. Zandik determine he’s breathing. You wonder what’s gone wrong. Dr. Zandik pens a lot of notes before coming to a conclusion, his smile sharp and a little too wide with eager curiosity.

Based on Dr. Zandik’s observations, he’s theorized that your little alien is conserving energy, hence why he’s returned to his original form. Essentially, he’s doing something akin to hibernation. What for, you have no idea. But Dr. Zandik has ideas. He keeps telling you your alien is preparing for mating; this is something he says with such certainty, but you’re not sure. Kabuki has never shown any sexual interest in you, and he’s never mentioned anything about reproduction or how his species mates. The two of you have a comfortable friendship, albeit one that’s often physical because he likes to be so close to you at all times. You think he likes your natural body heat because it soothes the coldness his body produces. So you wonder why he’s conserving his energy. He doesn’t expect to mate with you, does he? You’re not even sure if your species are sexually compatible!

But you’ll soon find out when he wakes, so very ready to fill you with eggs. :)

thinking about how protective scaramouche would be of you when he joins your team. he’s so terrified of losing another person he cares deeply for, so if a hilichurl so much as throws a stone at you and you get the tiniest of scrapes from it my man is levitating into the air so fast and summoning the strongest, sharpest, scariest wind blade to cut that unfortunate hilichurl in half. no one hurts his dear friend!!! he won’t allow it! >:(

but scara also tells you that scavenging for ingredients is your job and that you should be grateful he’s such a good cook willing to prepare the best meals for you. as much as he may tease or bully you, the minute you’re in danger (whether severe or not) is the minute he gets serious. he’ll insist that it would just be annoying if he didn’t have anyone around to pester, but the truth is that if he lost you he’d be alone yet again and he can’t imagine a life spent without you by his side.

give him any sort of gift (jewelry, a handwritten letter, a flower crown, etc) and he’s carrying it around forever. he gets embarrassed if you point it out too frequently hehe. he also creates a doll in your image so that he can have a miniature version of you wherever he goes. it’s surprisingly well-made and detailed, with the softest of cloth and precise stitching. you could be standing right next to him and he’ll still have mini (name) in his pocket. he’s just always anxious when you aren’t immediately within his vicinity. :( he has terrible separation anxiety, but he’ll adamantly deny it and tell you your observations are false and troublesome. he sneaks into your room/tent/dwelling to stand guard while you sleep, but you’ll never know of this because he’s always up early to make breakfast for you.

What kind of mer do you think scara would be?

Omg mer Scara!!!! We have briefly discussed octo-mer Scara before and, though it may be a little biased and self-indulgent, I think that would be fitting for him! I think he might be something like a blue-ringed octopus mer because the blue-ringed octopus is highly venomous.

But I could also see him being something like a shark mer or a sea snake mer or maybe even a barracuda mer?? Although the idea of Scara being a mer species that is venomous sounds incredibly fitting. It makes him all the more dangerous to be around his darling because all it takes is a single bite and he could very well kill you with very potent venom. <3 it’s a scary threat he uses to keep you with him at all times, perfectly terrified into obedience.

I have a soft spot for slashers, and as I've been rewashing a few of them, mouchey keeps worming his way into my brain.

While most people see him as a Ghostface (it's hot), I can see him filling the roles of a lot of different slashers.

Him as Brahms from The Boy, where you're a babysitter hired to watch over a doll (name can vary given he has too many) who has very specific rules. Meanwhile, the REAL mouchey is living in the walls, watching you, and becoming more and more obsessed. He even has a fake version of you to cuddle with. (The mommy issues will be very strong here)

Or maybe he's more of a Billy Lenz from Black Christmas. Your sorority house keeps getting, disturbing calls. They're erratic, violent, and sexual, but they don't seem to stop. What you don't know is that "The Moaner," as he's been called, is in the house, calling from within. He starts picking off the other people in the house on by one, leaving him with you.

Hannibal from the NBC show can also fit with him and his many names, as before starting his spree in America, he was known in Italy as the Monster of Florence. Mouchey is a well-known man in the area, cultured and has great dinner parties. He's also an investigator on the string of murders going on as of late. Given his composed exterior, nobody suspects that he's the one going around murdering people to serve at his parties, and for his own enjoyment.

I could go on and on abot slashers that mouchey could be, so I'll stop here.

Oh my god I never thought Id see an alpha!scaramouche. Mera, hes been on my brain a lot recently because of the leaks I saw of him (nervous about what his new design is gonna be and what his animations are gonna be). Some more brainrot for omegaverse though ! Maybe a way you would find out about him being an alpha is that your suppresants don't get renewed on time so when you go to seek comfort from the wanderer you notice he seems a bit different around you. Theres just a little hint of brainrot, you'd do a better job at expanding on it than I possibly could <3

Omg he's been on my mind so much lately!! orz I miss brain rotting about him, so expect lots of mouchey thoughts. <3

As for the omegaverse brain rot, what if it's that one trope where Scara gets you pregnant by accident because you went into heat and he got overwhelmed by his instincts and the two of you end up fucking without protection? And he's so close to biting your neck and claiming you as his for all of eternity, but he miraculously holds back and just,,,, sinks his teeth into his arm instead!!! And now the both of you are sort of stuck together after the pregnancy test comes back positive some time later. You're so ashamed that you've burdened Scara with this and you apologize profusely while he just stares at the test, half-expecting a joke or a mistake or something. You tell him you'll deal with this yourself and you suggest getting rid of the baby since you can't afford the resources or the time needed to care for a child. You're in your final year of university. You have to focus on your degree, not a child, and you don't want to bother Scara with any of your problems.

Scara has this moment of internal panic when he hears you say that because he actually doesn't want you to do any of that. He can't explain why, but the idea of you getting rid of the baby makes him feel oddly uncomfortable. So, since he's a very well-off alpha with a stable and respectable job, he moves you into his penthouse. He says it's only to keep you safe. Omegas are already vulnerable enough, but one that's pregnant and emits the sweetest pheromones?! That's just asking for conflict. Scara promises he'll schedule an appointment with an ob-gyn (hmm maybe it's alpha albedo ooohhhh), but he waits a while. He'd prefer to keep this between you and him (the last thing he needs is Miko breathing down his neck if she finds out; and she'll no doubt tell Ei and then he'll really be in hot water). He'll have the family doctor come in to see you. You won't even have to leave his home, save for when you travel to uni.

Scara's almost never home. And for the first few months, it feels like he just doesn't care about you, which isn't too terrible because it allows you to do all the things you'd normally do regardless of this new arrangement. But Scara is so cold and distant, almost always in a foul mood when he's home, and you begin to wonder if this was a good idea. But while you stew over your doubt, Scara's been watching you through the cameras in his home while he's at work. You're so precious when you're oblivious, and he's given an immense serotonin boost when he watches you crawl into his bed and wrap yourself up in the blankets, most likely to surround yourself with his scent.

There are just a few concerning issues. One: You're still attending university and he can't always follow you to and from your school. Two: Your friends are always messaging your phone. He'd know because he's had a colleague he's acquainted with tap into your phone so that he can read every message as soon as you receive it. You haven't told them anything yet, which is a relief because he wants to make you disappear from the world so that it'll be you, him, and the adorable baby growing inside you. You don't need those fools anyway. And three: You don't actually like him. There's no love. You're just here because he told you he'd take responsibility.

But when your friends insist on meeting up with you, claiming that you never go out anymore, it really gnaws on Scara's patience. And when you get into heated arguments with him when he refuses to let you go outside for fresh air, of all things, and he has to calm himself down because he doesn't want his temper or the intense amount of pheromones he's releasing to stress you and the baby out, it just adds more fuel to the growing fire. You only need him. Why can't you realize that? That's what you told him while he was fucking you all those months ago. So why does it feel like you can function perfectly fine without him (save for those little moments when you get weepy and melancholic, yearning for an alpha's presence)? He'll make sure you'll depend on him soon enough.

After all, he'll be the only one in your life. There won't be anyone else to turn to. You'll have no choice but to accept him and this life, even if you think you can leave after you've given birth to Scara's child. There's no way he's letting you go now, not when he's fallen so deep into this obsession.

AAAA I MISS MOUCHEY!!!! The new event,,,, that one “morning, sunshine” line where he wakes you up and calls you adorable. 👁 👁 WHAT ARE WE, WANDERER!!!!!! OTL DOES THIS MEAN HE WOULD CALL YOU CUTE NAMES LIKE SUNSHINE AND SLEEPYHEAD???!?!?!?!?! Even if it's said sarcastically, imagine if those pet names end up sticking and one day it eventually is said sincerely. I LOVE HIM!!!!!

That aside, I have so many thoughts about modern college au with Signora, Childe, and Scara as a trio of friends. Even though the Harbingers can’t stand each other in canon, I love aus where this particular trio are friends. It’s so fun. >w< Childe and Signora who know Scara well enough that they can just see how down bad he is for that one person from class. Scheming devils who plot to get the two of you closer together. Signora living vicariously through Scara and, despite her scathing criticisms when he abysmally fails at talking to you, she’s happy to see him love, if only because it reminds her of her romance with her late lover Rostam. Childe who flirts with you just to get on Scara's nerves......... sleepovers with them...

Aaaaa but I miss Fatui era mouchey as well. 🥺 it hits different when he's evil and cruel. Imagine being the Dendro Archon,,,,, Scara having some sort of twisted infatuation with you in an au in which he successfully becomes a god and he keeps you around like a trophy pet (or emotional support hole :) hehe). orz and you hate him for what he's done, but there's nothing you can do because you're so much weaker than he is. Hate sex,,,,,, poor you who are trying so hard to save your people, and yet what's worse is that Shouki no Kami isn't an inherently cruel god. </3

In Genshin, my first favorite was Childe. I read a few fanfics about him and watched this trailer and it convinced me to download Genshin!!! I fell in love immediately with him. :D I started playing towards the beginning of Zhongli's first banner, so I missed Childe's first banner (I can't believe it was on my birthday as well,,, T_T). But I did eventually drag that Fatui Harbinger home!!!!

And then I saw him. ( ≧ᗜ≦) my most beloved to this very day. Scaramouche!!!!! I missed the Unreconciled Stars event, so I could only watch Scara's cutscenes religiously. The "are you deaf or just stupid? When did I give you the right to issue your own orders?" lines....... AAAAAAAAA IT WAS A DIRECT HIT TO MY HEART. OTL I saved obsessively for two years to ensure I would have enough to get him and his weapon when he became playable. I was a firm believer in playable Mouchey since day one. >w< the crumbs I feasted on,,, from vague mentions of him in dialogue, sprinkles of his lore in the artifact set, Ei and Miko's voice lines about him, the cutscene which only showed his foot, his appearance in Inazuma arc, and ultimately his role in Sumeru and consequent character arc!!!!!!!! So many memories omg!!!!

Scaramouche was a life-changing event for me. My first smut fic was for him hehehe. I love him dearly. He means the world to me. orz I was in quite a dark place during his playable release, so it was cathartic to suffer (and eventually heal) alongside Mouchey!!!

As for twst, Riddle was my favorite!!! In 2019-2020, I often returned to the twst website to play his greeting voice line on repeat. orz I adored him back then (and still do today). It was Riddle and Ruggie who captured my attention first. I skipped over Octavinelle because I thought they were all ugly and I didn't like their fedoras (lol). Azul was spared most of my dislike because I thought the twins were far more unattractive than he was. Floyd especially. ;;;;;;;;;;

I sort of,,, forgot about twst after it released in 2020 because I didn't have any friends who knew of it and so I was something of a quiet ghost within the fandom. ^^;;; I stopped paying attention shortly after book two. I also thought Azul's overblot form was ugly (I AM SO SORRY, MY LOVE) and I wasn't interested in tentacles or that sort of monstrous type back then. So it is with my clown makeup and wig on that I now admit my favorites are Octavinelle LOL. I think I started enjoying them at some point during twst's English release. Thank you to Azul for showing me the light and opening my eyes to the beautiful thing that is tentacles. orz

Mera I went back to playing Genshin and- I had a lot to catch up on so I've spent countless nights playing (and farming primos...) And I finally finished all archon quests currently available. I saved Sumeru's interlude to be the last one and i just finished and oh my god i want Scaramouche so bad

All his three versions- I liked him before but just ugh

Also I didn't expect that I would have to name him in the mission (i thought I'd only have to do this after i got him in a banner) so I had a mini panic trying to think of a name but in the end I named him Flumenel.

:o omg omg the name you chose for him is so pretty!!!!!! Admittedly, I have yet to do the interlude quest. ;;; I've been holding off until I have a perfect name for my Wanderer. Although perhaps I should play it as a celebration of sorts because my yearly account review gave me these statistics:

I wondered which boss I would have fought the most over the year and of course it's Scaramouche LOL. I fight him every week. <3 the aeonblight drake is only there because I fought it so many times when I was farming materials for mouchey. In the end, it all goes back to mouchey. 🫶 perhaps I'll finally play the interlude on Halloween, as that will mark the one-year anniversary of mouchey's drip marketing!!!!! >w<

But yes!!!! All three of his versions have lots of appeal. orz it's difficult to choose a favorite because they're all just so wonderful. As much as I love his Harbinger and Kabukimono eras, I will admit I'm very soft and fluffy over his Wanderer era. My beloved is healing. T_T I'm so happy for him. I still think it's so funny that Nahida enrolled him in the Akademiya. He went from terrorizing and killing others to now writing political essays as Hat Guy and participating in school events. I will never recover from his birthday letter where he visited a cooking club and made too many dishes, so he gifts them to you. He's so perfect!!!!!! I LOVE HIM AAAAAAAAA. OTL

As for thoughts, it's very scattered. >_< there's alienmouche thoughts and discord mod and even scaramer......... but then this is just me shamelessly wanting to make mouchey a deep-sea merman because of a certain trio's influence. >:( OH OH BUT CHILDE....... unrelated and somewhat tangential, but since you completed all of the quests how do you feel about Childe in Fontaine's quest!!!!!! The end of act four had me so :O !!!!!!!!! And the scene where Wriothesley and Clorinde stop the Primordial Sea Water!!!!!!! It was so tense... it had me on the edge of my seat and I was internally screaming!!! AAAAAA SORRY FOR RAMBLING!!!!!! ;;;;

In conclusion, many mouchey thoughts and many Fontaine thoughts in my egg brain. :D

As for Father thoughts…… her hobby of watching insects is so fascinating to me. Arle observing the dynamics amongst insects and perhaps applying it to humans. >:) watching as you’re in a situation similar to the insects she observes. Only ever stepping in to save you at the last second to impart a lesson: even now, you still need your Father. :) perhaps it will be like this forever.

Aaaaa but I also like her idle animation where she sits in her chair. 👁 👁 Arle sitting in her chair and making you show her what she’s taught you. Don’t shut your legs and hide from her. That’s no good. She won’t tolerate any stalling. You’re to listen to your Father and show her the exact techniques she taught you when it comes to masturbation hehe. <3 and if you’ve forgotten she can offer some sympathy and show you again. But next time, surely, that won’t be necessary because by then you’ll already know what to do to please her, amuse her, entertain her while she watches from her chair.

Her care for you is complex and unusual. Some days you think she truly does care, but other times you’re nothing but a pawn to be moved around on her chess board. She’s strict, but she can be soft beneath that. Rare are the moments you see this softness, but you know it exists.

But she does want you to be happy. She wishes for all of her children to be happy and content, so as long as you’re with her you’ll know happiness, even if Arle’s prone to redefining what such happiness is.
