I mostly wanted to do this for my own enjoyment, so I'm not tagging anyone, but if you'd like to try this too, go for it! :)

This is a small blog so I'm not sure how many folks will vote, but I at least wanted to see if I could make myself narrow down a list of my favorite blorbos enough to fit a Tumblr poll lol. It was very, very hard.

Some special shoutouts that were almost on this poll but I ran out of space: Link (LoZ), Frog (Chrono Trigger), Frieren, Botan (YYH), Hua Cheng (TGCF), Kirby, Steven Stone (Pokemon), Sypha Belnades (Castlevania), Anakin Skywalker, Harry Dresden, Kotetsu T. Kaburagi, Loid Forger, Lloyd Irving, Zelos Wilder, Kratos Aurion, Raine Sage, Ema Skye, Mia Fey, Sheik, Sophie Hatter, Tails and countless others. I have accumulated so many blorbos over the years.

Some I didn't include so they wouldn't take over the poll (even if Sherlock might do that, being a Sherlock fan is too fundamental to me not to include), and some just got nudged out slightly by other favorites. I could have a poll with 100 options and I'm still not sure they'd all fit.

EDIT: Okay, I know I chose for myself well, because just trying to vote on my own poll is giving me decision panic. I CAN'T CHOOSE.

Favorite Arc/Episode/Scene: DAMN. either yosano’s backstory arc, the sky casino arc, or the guild arc. i also love the episode when the café master was taken and the agency went apeshit lol. and lucy’s introduction ep was fantastic too! WAIT ALSO in untold origins, you are but a child is one of my fav bsd lines EVER and the entire scene was so great 🫶🫶

Character I Think is Underrated: lucy my beloved

Character I Think is Overrated: can i say dazai. and fyodor. but mostly dazai (squishing him tho)

Favorite Ship/Pairing: im ngl it might actually be kunichuu now… but i also love sskk 🫶

Something I Love About the Show/Movie: i love the ADA found family, and the symbolism in bsd is also SO good. especially in the endings! wait yes i also love the op and eds a lot (i have s1 ending on loop genuinely) and the way character dynamics are explored is so captivating. my fav dynamics are definitely ranpo and yosano, sskk, tachihara and the hd/pm, and ranpo and fukuzawa. ignoring bsd’s questionable plot i genuinely do love it a lot hahaa

Something I Love About the Show/Movie: i love that this show is so kind to its characters. it understands that they’re all just teens trying to figure things out. with mitsumi’s hesitance over love (esp in comparison to fumi), mika’s jealousy, shima being so guarded etc. ut defines maybe you weren’t unlovable maybe you were just 15. also the FRIENDSHIPS!! they’re all so heartfelt and full of love i feel all fluffy thinking about it 💛💛

[Beastmen] - The world is inhabitated by people with animal characteristics. The main story happens in a city corrupted by gangs and the people from both the inside and outside criminal circles.

[BRAIN] - Inside Out kinda deal, consists of a group of little guys living in someone's head, with some occasional internal drama.

[Descendants] - My main plotline with so many protagonists and branches I can't even be bothered to give them all tags. Modern setting, but most of the protagonists are descendants of a man who cursed the entire bloodline due to lust.
