Yeah, some of the spoilers are unavoidable, but I’m sure there are a lot of things we still have no idea about, and we’re definitely going to enjoy them tremendously once we’re at that point~ I love how you pointed out that Toboso’s writing is FUN, and I agree with you completely. There is so much to dive into and think about in her stories, not just the major plot points. We’re super looking forward to checking all of it out. This is actually one of the reasons we want to wait until the book 7 is done and we’ve rewatched all of the previous chapters.

Figuring out where on this doughnut like planet this island is. “Alrighty!” She places the map back into its place. “You guys can board the ship now!” She gestures. Tootoo and Fiddlement enter the ship. They venture to the inside of the ship. It had a nice interior. Mostly filled with decor from each seasonal events. From left to right, on the left wall there were hammocks for the crew to sleep in. The center had tables, with a kitchen in the back. And at the right, there’s a wall filled with photos. Some being places the ship has been, and some pictures of monsters. Fiddlement flies up to a hammock. “These aren’t the most comfortable…” they complain. “Hammocks aren’t comfortable most of the time.” Tootoo agrees. Hoola walk down the stairs. “The photo wall is pretty cool, huh?” She walks towards the photos. Tootoo nods, they both head towards the wall aswell. “Here’s an old one,” Hoola pulls off a photo. “The first and only time I’ve been to wublin island!” The photo had 5 distinct monsters. Hoola sticks it back on the wall. They both stare at the image a little longer. “I’ve got to get this ship off the ground!” She heads back up the stairs. “Wait, do you have any papers and pencils anywhere?” Tootoo wanted to know. “I’ll bring some when I come back down!” She continues up. “I want to look at the pictures!” Fiddlement suggests. “There’s plant island! They know Delta by heart, and were ready to dump this whole backstory to her, even if they didn’t have much. “Well…” they spoke at the same time. “Delta was a dragon, she was well liked with in the community. But due to a curse she was transformed to a half dragon half hoo-man!” Explains Tootoo. “She was kicked out of cities and villages, because she was just so different, and is trying to get revenge!” Continues Fiddlement. “But that’s all I’ve thought of so far, still got a bunch to think about.” Tootoo shrugs. Eventually Hoola went back up, Tootoo continued to draw. Fiddlement and Tootoo kept on think of ideas of how to expand Delta’s storyline. At a point, the two decide to go upstairs. They were out of the polar night of light island, strange for Tootoo and Fiddlement. Hoola was above at the control center, driving the ship. “Hello!” She noticed the two. Tootoo waves. Hoola climbs down to talk with them. “What ya need?” She asks. “I dunno,” Tootoo responds. “Well, we got about 20 minutes left.”

“Alright!” Fiddlement looks off, watching at waves below. Hoola joins them, so does Tootoo. “It’s pretty, huh?” Fiddlement looks at both of them. “Yeah,” responds Hoola. “It’s pretty pretty,” laughs Tootoo. “I wonder what caused this,” wonders Fiddlement. “I hope to find out! My anxiety is through the roof today, and I desperately need sleep. 😮‍💨

Vent has to stay with his normal vet today after we just got him out of emergency care so they can monitor him, then they’ll let us keep him overnight bc overnight stays at emergency clinics are prohibitively expensive, and then we have to take him back tomorrow for (finger crossed) the last time so they can remove his catheter and give us a new food prescription for him because he has to eat specialty food for his crystal problems, and then hopefully, tomorrow, he can come home for good. I miss him and want him home; he purred at us when we picked him up from the emergency vet this morning, and I just love him so much. 😭

All told, this is probably going to cost us somewhere around $2300, which is a disgusting, scary amount of money, but here we are. 😔 Mostly I’m just really stressed and completely exhausted - I haven’t slept more than a couple of hours over the last two days, and all the crying and stress has just wiped me out. But I have work all week and we have to monitor him tonight to make sure he doesn’t get rowdy and upset his catheter before tomorrow. 😮‍💨

1- would love to see what the hell the situation is that gets them like this LMAO. either way it would probably be a wildly different situation; magic gone wrong or something. 4- She's not the protagonist sort of person. At the time in life she would be a protag, she wouldn't have the intense "help people take no help back" mindset that she has now, and the most involved she's gotten in a canon story is her Purrloin clawed a Plasma grunt.

Gym Leader Basil would be a (probably minor-league) Dark leader! Probably fairly middle of the road, and despite being a Dark leader her gym would look like the inside of a vampire's manor. Fitting, seeing as she was supposed to be one... anyway.

I don't think she would willingly join an evil team other than maybe Yell though LMAO. her ideals are Have A Comfortable Life and Maybe Write A Book. unfortunately she's not Galarian. There are universes where she's pushed to become an independent villain, but her goals are never really team-oriented...

This is admittedly probably darker than you intended, but a swapped Basil and Thyme would involve and MUCH more intense Thyme and a much more scared-of-him Basil. This universe implies that inside of himself turning into a Dusknoir, it was Basil instead that would've been his test subject on the route to figure it out...

I don't think either of them would've survived in that AU. Basil's ghost would be too full of malice to let him walk away unscathed, and depending on the ghost she'd become, she would just drain him entirely and tear him asunder.

here is how everything the last few days went

so he visited me at work! He told me afterwards that he didn't tell me when exactly he was coming bc he wanted to surprise me 🥺 and i just followed him around for the 15 minutes he was there full on heart eyes 😂 but he got a coffee and he kept telling me how good it was 😂 and i got a hug before he left and it made working alone at night at a gas station as a 23 year old girl a little better bc i had that to remember if I died 🙃

But today I went to his house so we could go out to eat and all that. He gave me this cat crochet kit he bought for me 🥺 and when we came back I tried to teach him how to crochet and he managed a few chains but I think the hook was too small to properly teach him so I told him that I'd bring a bigger hook next time (he was like are you saying I'm too small and I'm like STOP OMG)

Well we went out to eat and we went to Barnes and Noble and looked at the music and the legos and I kept pointing out all the books I read. I can be very work oriented when I need to be, but I do know when to stop. usually that's when my mind starts to wander too much or I'm getting too frustrated to get anything done. usually I'll completely throw myself into one task and then crash right after. ya boy can sleep like a damn log. you will definitely catch me taking six hour "naps" if I'm able to. Ok so for starters, Shadow has some serious memory loss going on. Maybe GUN wiped his memories during his forced sleep. But he doesn't remember the ARK or what happened there. Agent Stone would be the big bad guy in this movie. He's got his desire for murder dialed up to 100. He believes Dr. Robotnik is dead (is he?), and Earth is to blame. So he decides to use Shadow to destroy the world. They're on a destructive quest to find a way up to the ARK, which Agent Stone will use to crash into Earth.

Throughout the duration of the first half of the film, Shadow is slowly regaining bits and pieces of his memories. Maybe it's seeing the ocean and suddenly thinking of a girl with shining blue eyes. Maybe it's when Stone gives him the occasional head pat and he thinks of the glove of a certain doctor with a gray moustache. Maybe it's looking at GUN soldiers and feeling a pang of fear and hate.

It's only a matter of time before he remembers Maria, and what happened on the ARK (maybe it's when he and Agent Stone arrive on the ARK and he just has a full-on PTSD flashback that shows the audience what went down). He's now even more on board with Stone's plan, because now he believes (with a little suggestion from Stone) it's Earth's fault Maria is dead.

Meanwhile, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles have been adjusting to their new life as brothers and the heroes of Earth. Though they're not feeling too proud of themselves now that Agent Stone and a goth hedgehog just stole the Master Emerald, along with the other Chaos Emeralds. So they've got to get those back, and stop the two new baddies from destroying Earth.

In this movie, Shadow is a sad parallel to Sonic. A happy kid cared for by a loved one, until that loved one is killed by the hands of an enemy. The difference is that Shadow is choosing to give in to the rage bubbling deep inside him, while Sonic chose to become a hero and build a new family.

Sonic recognizes this parallel and attempts to get through to Shadow, which he is slowly doing throughout the film, but Shadow is still listening to Stone. Like how Knuckles saw Robotnik, Shadow sees Stone as a friend, because he's (mostly) nice to him and "guides" him when his memory is foggy.

But eventually, Shadow will finally remember one last thing (thanks to Sonic): what Maria said to him before he was taken by GUN. To protect Earth. Thus he betrays Stone and helps Sonic stop his evil plan. Idk if he will die in this movie bc he did "kinda" die in the games, but was weirdly brought back to life (i forgor 😔).

I'm not sure what new characters would be added alongside Shadow, but I get the feeling Rouge would be introduced, and maybe Amy? I do want the dramatic focus to be solely on Shadow's story and the Sonic-Shadow parallel.

So yeah those are my thoughts!
