Morpheiea is a personal, self-made holiday that falls on the fourteenth day of the lunar month; this date is based on the start of my relationship with Morpheus. This holiday is focused on reflection and introspection in addition to honoring Morpheus and thanking him.

Regarding Credit: Many of my posts include links to resources including Theoi.com, Wikipedia.com, many outside websites and blogs, and many Tumblr blogs. When sourcing Tumblr I used to linked directly to the original post, but due to blogs that have deleted and lost posts, I now reblog to my Tumblr, use that link in the post, and credit the original creater (tagged when possible). If your content has been linked in a post and you would prefer to not have it there, please send me an ask and I would be happy to remove it for you.

N O T E S
I roughly follow the Attic (Athenian) lunar festival calendar. In addition to the above yearly festivals, I also celebrate Noumenia on the second day of the lunar month and Morpheiea on the fourteenth day of the lunar month in honor of Hestia and Morpheus respectively.
In compiling days of importance to my personal practice and deciphering Hellenic, Kemetic, and Norse calendars, I utilized this Hellenic calendar “masterpost” by pomegranteandivy (no longer available), resources from this Kemetic Round Table post, and this Nordic holiday post by thewitchofothenorseispissed
* Boreiea is a self-made holiday created by Hearthfire Handworks; I modeled Notia around Boreiea.
