Okay so how do I describe the taste 🤔 kaju katli has a very smooth structure like its firm but it melts in your mouth. Gulaab jamun is very soft and its dipped in sugar syrup 😍 Now moong daal ka halwa is basically made from lentils with a lot of nuts like cashews and almonds and the texture is like a little powder-y but it's still firm (idk if that makes sense) but it smells so SO GOOD 😍
i still have my eyes set on Ras malai and i love desserts that melt in your mouth!
