the most annoying thing to me is spending time reading moomin propaganda that makes me want to live life in peace and harmony with nature and live only for the joy of living, and then having to listen to my parents lecture me on all the things I’m doing wrong and how I need to plan for my future. the moomins lift up my mental health and hope for the future only for it to be squandered by my parents giving me a “reality check”
