some sketches /practice. tried using charcoal pencil on the first two. i rarely use this medium but it was nice drawing with it and not drawing lightly with a pencil first.

Eyes On You

hi, i finally posted new art. it’s been a while lol

i started this one last year but then i stopped doing it. experienced some ups and downs with my art and mental health. felt unmotivated and experienced art block. but this year i wanted to finish this and here it is. glad i pushed through and forced myself to do it. sometimes you just really need to force yourself or sometimes you just need at least 5-10 minutes of warm up sketch and then you'll be in the mood. anyway, it still took me a long time to do this. i easily get distracted or couldn't focus on it for too long. i kinda fear that now since i'll probably get distracted again and again when making art. i realized i'm able to do art faster if i focus but i can barely do it lol. i still did it though. i finished it. so on to the next art :)

Pen and ink sketch!

I keep forgetting to post my art here whenever I have a new one 😅 I decided to go back to digital art because I haven't really made that much digital art and I wanted to improve there more since I can do traditional art faster lol so yeah, my next one is going to be digital art! 😊

How do you know if you've finished your art? Because I was looking at this drawing and it felt like there's something missing but I don't know what. I just decided that it's done and I don’t want to stress over this one. 🤔

A new work in progress that I’m doing right now. All I’ve been doing lately is figure drawing and I missed drawing faces and applying my style to it. Also, the first photo is just me playing with photoshop on my phone because I forgot that I installed it here. (๑･̑◡･̑๑)

I used a fineliner pen for the line art and watercolor for the color :)

This is my first entry for inktober :) I’ll probably do a lot of abandoned houses and buildings but I might change my mind and do other things as well. Who knows? Last year I tried to do inktober but I was only able to do one because I lost motivation and hopefully I’ll be able to do more than one this year :D I might not do it every single day and I don’t want to stress on it. I’ll just have fun and do my best to improve and so should you!

Also, I won’t be following the official inktober list haha
