Montessori Tips for Nurturing Infant Independence

The Infant Montessori approach is based mostly on helping young independence. This teaching approach stresses from the very start for babies to explore their surroundings and learn at their own speed. 🧩 Zelah loves to play online games so lately I've been trying to steer her towards #jigsawpuzzles, music and math games. Out of all the different types of #onlinegames out there I think jigsaw puzzles are the best way for her to develop memory skills, planning and #problemsolvingskills. Completing a jigsaw puzzle requires kids to remember shapes, colors, positions and develop strategies. I think puzzles are also an excellent way for her to develop strategy skills as she recognizes and understands how each piece fits together to complete an overall picture.
