unfortunately i got sick right before the weekend, so now my freetime that would normally be poured into creating art is being used for sleeping and being angry at God; i did manage to scribble out a revised outfit design for MH ryou, though. guy that looks like he volunteers at the library every week

Haunt Couture Cleo’s diary had her pointlessly break up with Deuce

The new book whatever it’s called broke up a bunch of couples Except Cleo and Deuce (most notably Draculaura and Clawd)

And now they established Clawdeen and Toralei as a couple for pride only for them to seemingly be broken up in the next issue

Like please give these characters a break and have them worry about midterms or outfits for the next big dance or the upcoming big sports game or racism again I beg you

Hey anon! I’m not as familiar with the characters but I know about Monster High on a basic level. I think Monster High was a bit after my time/age range, but my younger sister liked it so I think I have enough to go with the aesthetic at least. Photos with my restyled Rochelle Goyle! I always liked her concept but her pink hair and eyes bothered me because she's meant to be stone, so I used her greenest-haired doll (Love's Not Dead) and some EAH pieces to play up stone grey and lichen/copper green theming while letting the pink manifest as a tertiary color. I think this highlights a sculptural theme and makes her stony skin more coherent while fitting her look. I also thought a clock motif suited a watching guardian on a fancy building. Mattel Creations sent out PR boxes that are meant to contain clues as to what the next Monster High collector will be that's getting revealed on March 6th. In the box was a purple and black MH jersey, some stickers, and an Andy Warhol inspired Draculaura print, as well as the hair accessory pictured.

The Draculaura print and the flower clip are probably the only real clues, but I'm kinda thinking the Draculaura print may have been a red herring. Idk, I would hope another character would get a collector doll before Drac gets her 4th (6th if you count the Howliday releases)

I'm honestly drawing a blank as to who it might be. The flowers themselves are a pretty generic and could fit on anyone depending on the theme.
