anyone got any tips on how to shade dark colors? I use a dark purple on a reduced opacity layer and that doesn't work to well with dark hair.

Me and a group of fans are recreating LEGO Monkie Kid Embrace Your Destiny.

We need people to redraw still images and/or animate! P.S. This is a FAN project, no one is getting paid money to help with this. We are all doing it for fun and hopes that LEGO will either post it on the official LEGO channel, or at the very least let me post it on my Youtube channel.

**Image shown above is one of many still frames that need to be redrawn. As for animation, we need as many animators as possible. This is a 40 minute animation, so you get the idea**

I only noticed this on my second watch of the special but does anyone else find it weird that Tang is the only one obscured by the fire in this shot?

I mean, I know I’m waaayyy over thinking it, but it seems odd to have the one character that was most recently associated with a bright, glowing yellow color be the only one covered by the bright yellow fire in the last group shot (sort of) of the season.

I doubt it means anything since this is such a minor detail, but it was something I found interesting.

I had just finished these set of illustrations when the new intro for season 4 of Monkie Kid came out.

These are the 4 immortal monkeys, my design of them at least. I did my best to keep them as close to the original frames as possible, but I did change a few details, most ovbious of them all, I switched Macaque and Langur’s colors
