Because "boléro," besides being the Ravel masterpiece,

And the name of [more than 1 type of] music with poetic lyrics of romantic love (here, specifically, I think it means trova, rather than Vietnamese bolero),

And a sexy rumba (the dance of love),

It can mean flattery itself, or refer to an insincere sweet-talker manipulating with false praise. "Prostitué" is obviously hustler or whore.

And that line isn't "I'm " or "You're," it's "We're"

So he's not only admitting "Yes, this IS a love song," while not trying to conceal I have another agenda" (Or vice versa: "Yes, I have ulterior motives here, & I won't bother to pretend this isn't also a plea for love."),

He's adding "Oh yeah, We're each [ALL 3 of us] incorrigible liars and unrepentant sluts with selfish, disingenuous intentions... in case you forgot, lol" I'm obsessed by how so much text, subtext, and spectacularly accurate characterization is in that one line! How everything about it (the meanings, the feelings, the sounds, the vocal delivery... Mon Dieu, the delivery!) is encapsulated in just 3 words!

This show's producers, cast, and crew continue to provide us with, almost, an embarrassment of riches. I'm so grateful they get it!

You guys remember the whole new years horror in New Orleans where this psycho runs people over right? Well my mom just said one of the most insane things she has ever said and believe you me, she has said a lot of absolutely batshit stuff over the years.

She said how the newscasters calling them innocent were wrong; these people were not innocent... after all they were out partying instead of being with their kids. They basically deserved it.

I.....don't even know how you're supposed to respond to that.
