EARN MONEY after Decluttering

Mommies, have you started decluttering or tidying your closets or maybe your kitchens or any part of your house recently? Have you started doing the "letting go" or the KonMari Method by Ms Marie Kondo?

Now that we are almost always at home, maybe its about time we make time for this. Aside from the fact that it makes our house cleaner and more organized, it can also give us extra income especially in this time of Pandemic. Yes, extra income!!!

Plus, giving your unused stuffs a new owner who will be needing them or using them more, instead of being stuck on a closet/cabinet. With this, we can help each other somehow by giving each other options of buying for a more affordable amount.

How?

Since Garage Sale is not safe, if not possible, you can sell all your unused stuffs online, the easier way.

How again?

By opening a Shop via Shopee App.

Why Shopee? There are now millions of Shopee Users all over the Philippines who are buying used/unused items. Plus, delivery is fast ad easy.

No need to go out. Just stay at home.

All you have to do is create a Shopee Account, take a photo of your items and upload. Thats it!

Its easy!

I’ve been doing this for few months now, since I decluttered my Kids Closet, and so far, Ive been earning few amounts weekly, and have saved a few amount even when im just at home.

When the Covid Lockdown started, i decluttered my Kids Stuff and my own Closet. Right now I still have 4 boxes I have yet to upload from my Kids Closet but im grateful because I have already disposed so many Baby Items and have met touching mommies.

The hardest part about this, is “Letting Go”

So how to do this? 

How will you earn? How will the delivery be? What about the shipment? How will you get paid? How to receive the money?

I know, these are some of your concerns. And I will be giving you a detailed step below on how to do this.

FIRST. 

After you’re finish decluttering, you need to create a Shopee Account. If you’re already using the App as a Shopee Buyer, no need to create an account. But, this time, you have to be Shopee Seller.

You will see on the Upper Left of your Shopee Account “Start Selling”

Click “Start Selling” 

SECOND.

Then, fill-up all the informations needed about you as a Seller. Some basic information about you or your shop, so that people will know you are a legit, a real Seller. 

PS. cassandragirl is just an example and does not exist

THIRD. 

Take a very good photo of your items, edit them and start adding your products.

FOURTH.

Upload the photos. Fill in the required description of every items.

 FIFTH - shipping.

Click the “Shipping Fee” and choose “J&T Express”

For products such as clothes or shoes, you can just enter 1KG weight for every product you will be posting. J&T minimum charge is PHP 45/shipment for items weighing 1 KG or below.

This shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer, not unless you will press “I will cover the shipping fee”

Once you are finished entering the weight and choosing J&T, then you’re ready to publish your product.

SIXTH.

You also need to input your Bank details. Why?

This is where Shopee will transfer all your paid and successful transactions.

Shopee will ask for a verification code sent to your registered mobile number, and once verified, you’re good to go!

That’s it!

Welcome Shopee Seller!

So what will happen next?

Just wait for a notification once a Buyer placed an order to your shop.

Once Shopee approved the mode of payment chosen by the Buyer, you will be notified in you Seller Shop that you need to accept the order and arrange the shipment.

In arranging the shipment, you will just choose a date when your goods are ready to be picked up by J&T.

Print the Airway Bill and pack the order properly.

On your desktop or laptop, there is a link that you will see where you can print the Airway Bill. Please take note, you cannot see this link via Mobile App

Once date is chosen, just wait for J&T rider to pick up the order. 

This is why you need to enter your address on the Seller information. this is where J&T will pickup all your orders

When J&T picked up the order, you will be notified on the status of the shipment. You can also track the shipment via the Airway Bill on J&T Website.

Shopee will notify you again once the buyer received the order.

It is only after the buyer click the “Order Received” that Shopee will transfer the amount ordered to your Seller Wallet.

You can choose to let your money stay on your Seller Wallet so that you can use this for paying for your Shopee Purchases or you can transfer right away your money to your Bank Account that you have registered initially. 

Please take note that Shopee gets around 0.5% of every order that you will have. Just cents of amount in every transaction. A little payment for using the Shopee App as a way to sell your products.

Mommies, i hope this could be a start of earning money in a helpful and positive way. 

Just clean your closets, your kitchen or your house. Stay at home and post it all!

and she is finally safe, after getting lost😌 here's the story: There were so many @disneyfrozen items at the entrance of @thesmstore. but Cassie only wants Anna. she found this and ask me to buy this for her. since this is her first time to ever got interested in a doll, i gave in to her request. few hours after i paid for the doll, she was already playing with it while we were at the bag section. then she shouted to me, "mommy, wiwi is coming" nataranta ako, ano pa nga ba!hehe i said, come... lets look for a restroom. takbo kami. while she was on the seat, i asked her, "Cassie where is Anna?" then she replied, "oh no! i dont know mommy" i said, "what? where did you put Anna?" we searched in the bags, but its not there. i was panicking and then she said, "mommy, dont worry, we will rescue Anna" People in the CR were looking on us because we keep on mentioning Anna. so i said to one of them, "its a Doll, from Frozen" and then they laughed. anyway, going back, i said to Cassie that we should go back to the bag section since this is where we were standing before she wiwi. I asked the Sales Lady if they saw a Doll, and thank God, they kept it somewhere safe. haaaay. Cassie said, "im sorry mommy, im sorry i left Anna" then i replied, "Anna was sad, because you forgot her. i will just keep Anna on my bag so that you are sure you wont leave her again, okay?" Cassie said, "no mommy, i want to hold Anna." And the Sales Lady added, "bigay nyo po sknya...hindi na nya yan makakalimutan" True enough, despite strolling and playing at the mall, Cassie never left Anna again. And now, they are sleeping together. what are your thoughts on this? lessons learned? i dont know but sometimes, i feel that im learning so much from a child. Cassie's baon for today🍱 Its my first time to use Bento Sticks. Masaya din pala syang gamitin kasi nakakadagdag ng cute sa baon.
