Just demolded my first eco friendly resin contemplation crystal from an original quartz crystal I cast myself in silicone. It came out pretty awesome and I’m so pleased to have this new large shape to build mushroom forest floor and ocean floor scenes in. There’s still some sanding and polishing to be done before it’s finished but overall the silicone mold turned out well and it’s exciting to know that I’m the only one with this unique crystal mold shape. What’s more, eco friendly resin can aggressively deteriorate my molds fast, but now I have the master crystal to keep making more.
