Patch 7 Day 1 Photo Dump

Since it finally arrived for Macs today I took a tour of some of the mods and eeeeeevil endings.

Mods: so far, the hair and dyes mostly work out great for my Tavs, but Cannor with Astarion's hair and Oscar Isaac vibes is a bit much. Same for Zaf and Minthara's bun. However, the bun works great for Sianed the druid, and a modfied one works for Talinthe the fighter. Also the party limit adjuster is gonna be rad. I just wish there were better faces and certain weapons available for Macs. Ah well.

Evil Endings: Well, Cannor's went full megalomania, with Minthara totally down for it. Farago and Shadowheart make for quite the maniacal second couple in here as well. It's so over the top, and definitely a novelty for all of them, since I'm not sure I have a Tav who'd actually take over the cult.

we would love to see the dynamic of like, wander (and only him) added to the same location as zim and dib and what the three of them interactions would be like. we imagine he would cause chaos for both of them and they would both resist his efforts to befriend them. gir would love him tho, gaz doesn't care. proffesor membrane might adopt him, because we find that funny. he would bring cheer to their gloomy planet.

he would probably be very fascinated with humans and their culture sense irkens aren't social with other species so this would be his first time seeing other creatures than irkens. (irkens likely don't keep pets, maybe attack animals or things like that) we can picture him choosing a "human" name, maybe he wasnt orginally named wander but something in irken language and choose that as his name. Irkens don't have genders and the same idea of identity lables or even an equivalent for some human things so he picks up human identities. He of course helps everybody and that makes the people of earth confused sense that version of earth is so fucked up and nobodies used to it. (it was even weirder to irkens, we are expected to only help the irken empire or ourselves, not others.

He has a whole human disguise with clothes, accessories and makeup, he has access to irken technology but saw zims disguise and decided to not use it and make the disguise himself. He likes to try out different human fashion styles and aesthetics.

heres the thinglike. there are some things i would have to do if it ever came up in a batman story that. aren't headcanons i just need to do it or else it would feel like a chekovs gun in the back of my head. like it would be ooc for either preboot jason or roy to care overmuch about trigger discipline - like when you read devins arsenal mini the reason roy gives for stopping using guns altogether is to set a better example for his daughter. by not using that particular type of deadly projectile weapon unlike the. other types he continues to use. and thats like. okay roy thats great i guess but MORE IMPORTANTLY im glad youre not letting her play with the unloaded guns on your living room floor anymore! ya dingus! and then in outsiders he goes right back to using guns. including special modfied ones after he gets shot five times. still guns! and you can headcanon/reconcile that however you want - EYE sure do - but thats whats on the page. jason is jason and cheerfully tucks loaded guns into his waistband which is yk its fun its sexy and if another writer is in charge of it im not worried but if i was writing it id be like jason peter todd you are going to land wrong in the rubble and that firearm is gonna shoot your asscheek clean off and rhen where will you be. and you have to assume he knows what hes doing bc again its jason and thats the kind of thing hes good at. but it would be in the back of my head driving me crazy. just put them in a holster and quit waving them around like that.

the other thing is the batcave and rabies. absolutely no one goes down there unless they 1. are fully vaxxed and they DID have to figure out smt for the Kryptonians bc just bc bats cant bite thru their skin (under normal circumstances) doesnt mean they couldnt possibly contract it other ways unless they can rule them out (im not up to date on kryptonian biology lore but i have to assume its about as consistent as any of dcs other lore I.E not very). and 2. are capable of communicating it if a bat comes anywhere near them for "just in case" shots. absolutely no non-bat animals in the batcave. all the (human) bats have a rabies spiel and it is fucking terrifying. shivers down your spine cold sweats cujo whomst terrifying. I just wanted to express my appreciation as a black fan for the way you draw Abigail. It’s way for a lot of fandom artists to whitewash darker skinned characters but you don’t. It really just means a lot

Thanks anon, your appreciation means a lot to me too. As an artist (especially when I have to draw someone's fanart) I've always thought that the most important thing in making an art is depicting each person's distinct characteristics, including their skin color ofc. I drew Abigail as a dark skinned character because she obviously HAS a dark skin and no other reasons! Anyway I'm so glad you mention this cause I modfied her skin more than five times not to whitewash her😂😂
