It is definitely difficult to get an interview with an adult model. So much so that sometimes it takes years to produce and a while to release.

Lots of things go into it. Location is something to think about. Time and money is the most important thing. You also have to consider the model's schedule and depending on the model, it can take a while. You have to make sure they consider your time as well as your finances. You have to be an idea man and know what works with who you're working with. After all this, sometimes it doesn't work out and you have to be able to peacefully call it quits.
