ok. ok consider: the clans having plays. like they dont need props, its oral tradition, different interpretations of old legends!!!!!! 

thunderclan’s plays would be hero-centric stories, w/ the typical good conquers evil in the end. moral and sometimes would have the lesson explicitly stated in the end like an aesop fable.

riverclan’s plays would have a lot of Drama and Romance. generally happy endings.

windclan’s plays would mostly be tragedies. starclan is also very prominent in their stories, due to their belief that they are the closest to starclan.

shadowclan’s plays would be largely trickster tales, featuring an ‘underdog’ outsmarting the enemy.

clan rivalries feature very prominently in them- eg. shadowclan and thunderclan constantly demonizing the other.

Can I just say your art is amazing!!!? How do you do your shading and draw the leaves so well?

HI SORRY THIS TOOK A BAJILLION YEARS I WAS GONNA ANSWER IT AND THEN GOT SUPER DISTRACTED

I DONT ACUTALLY DRAW MY OWN LEAVES THO :( I DO HAVE A LINK TO THE BRUSH I USE >HERE

1) start off with your base colors! i layered a slightly darker shade of the base color onto most of the background cuz it makes it look better

2) then i go back and re-shade all of it with two colors, one for shading and one for lighting

3) set it all to overlay!

4) another shading layer!! here to darken the darks and lighten the lights. set this one to about 68% opacity

5) overlay again!!

6) i go back with an airbrush and lightly go over the highlighted areas, add some particle effects, and then and some light beams

7) after that i go back and use the photoshop filters/adjustment things to adjust the picture to my liking. there u go!!

Hello! I have some questions and I hope their not too spoilery, so... You said the Dovestar would eventually be a thing, which would mean that Dovewing would have trained at least one cat. Can we get any hints to who this is? Who do you think would fit this role the best and who do you think would be the worst possible choice. I have the mental image of Doveing training Sleekwhisker and it honestly makes me want to laugh.

lets just say dovewings ascent to power is. a little unusual ;)
