isagi blinks at the bouquet a little surprised. blue hues take in the arrangement of his favorite blue hydrangeas, mouth parted on a small 'o'. rin looked a little out of his element, handing him such a thing, but such sweet gestures weren't that uncommon between the two of them. isagi lets out an airy chuckle, one arm reaching out for his gift, the other reaching up to cup the side of his face gently, thumb running over his cheek gentle and sweet.

“you really haven't forgotten my favorite flowers,” he murmurs softly. and why would rin? they've been close since they were barely out of infancy after all, along with his older brother. what rin and yoichi have together is quite different however. there is nothing but love and longing behind those sweet eyes and smile only meant for rin.

“thank you, rin” isagi murmurs, letting the hand on rin's cheek aid in helping guide the other down. he lifts his height a bit by standing on the tips of his toes. he brushes his nose against rin's, then places a quick kiss on his lips, smile never leaving him — a blush, however, joins the rest of isagi's features. he cradles the flowers closer to him. “i can't wait 'til our hydrangea bush begins to bloom. how long do you think it'll take? hopefully before our second anniversary.”
