I love that the Allosaurus and the Carnotaurus were just mixpacking the whole time.
They're not bottled up anymore, they both probably went up the same tunnel, but they're both still together in the plaza like "Hey, man. This has worked out so far, right? Let's keep each other in sight until we're clear."

What makes a strain super? Is it the flavor? Is it the potency? Is it its tendency to leave you feeling like a superhero? We put a lot of thought into which strains should go into our Super Mixpack, then we took a smoke break.
Our Super Mixpack includes Bruce Banner, Girl Scout Cookies Extreme, and Gorilla Glue.
These three strains all share one common trait - they are super. Bruce Banner is super at making people smile. Girl Scout Cookies Extreme is super at making people feel good. Of course, don't forget about the small gorilla in the corner. She's sure to make your laugh; in fact, she's super at it.
All of these strains also have very high THC, which is also super.
If you're fairly new to growing marijuana, but want the best strains, this mix is for you. The Super Mixpack includes feminized seeds from strains that are suitable for most growers. Grow indoors or outdoors.

Things I want in Path of Titans...
...which will never happen because the devs pander to the people who just want to fight and nothing else.
I've been playing for about a year now and it went from "oh cool a survival pvp dinosaur game I could play with friends!" to "running around to the same 3 places on the map trying to find someone to hunt with the risk of being attacked by a mixpack of 10+"
Can we have more *survival* please?
Force people to move around the empty map more. The hunger and thirst is far too easy to keep on top of too once you get the hang of the game. The survival advice for the game shouldn't be "stay around the outside areas of the map if you're growing"...
How about:
Have areas of the map which could kill you besides accidentally tripping up over a rock and dying by accident from gravity (the fall damage is comically bad). For example, tar pits you can fall into or lava pools.
What about fires, flooding, drought: these could change around periodically and affect whole areas (which would stop people from hanging around one area). An entire area of the map could be on fire for the duration of the server being up for example.
Events. Have special herds of dinos roaming around, have chances of hurricanes, meteor showers... they could be different each week.
Disease. Get poison damage from drinking dirty water, eating old meat, being a cannibal, being around others who are ill for too long. (Maybe you can get better with rest/drinking clean water/eating specific plants?)
AI dinos. I didn't like the idea of this originally, but it would fill the map up more. Might be a good idea to also remove the generated corpses too, force carnivores to have to hunt for their food.
Get rid of the trophies!!! I have a bunch of trophies and it can be satisfying collecting them sure, but all they do is encourage toxic behaviour (this could be achievements instead).
And speaking of the quests: they do get old fast. Though I'm aware that the devs are going to shake that up this year, so we'll see how that goes.
And before someone says "Go on community servers", I'm not interested in community servers. They seem like an even worse experience to be honest. I'm sorry but I'm not interested in learning a million hyper-specific rules. At least with official servers, there is still a chance to run into other players in any part of the map and with the high penalty for dying and slow growth rate, people will actually be more careful with picking their fights.
Also personal opinion but baby dino killing is... fine? It makes the boring growing stage more interesting and makes you have to do things like hide in bushes and listen out for threats.
I really enjoy this game and play it often but I won't lie that it really needs some variety. Also the devs really need to work on the existing problems and not just add more dinos.

So I wasn't really wanting to share anything about hellfire, given hellfire for me was full of ups and downs. Made some amazing friends and dealt with many people I grew to not like, or generally just detested do to the amount of rule breaks they'd cause. Then would be unpunished even with mass amount of evidence against them. But it was a mix between both staffing and community that caused the issues I'd see.
One time for instance I was mixpacked with some Herbie's, and the same Allo pack followed us the whole session, they had a scav who always found us right before they appeared (this was during the whole "ambush, non ambush allo fiasco) we saw the allos a mile away was 3 calling them still came in anyways failed to kill one of our members, instead had to kill another few allos who challenged them for the hunt. We sat to let the player they targeted (our shant) heal their bleed at night before we all had to move do to food issues. (We had a cama with us so food was always hit and miss, the vacuums camas are) then that Allo pack harassed our shant about it in dms. Deleted or edited the harassment before we made the report so lost evidence. Hunted us AGAIN the next morning after a failed hunt (and guess what scav was there before the allo pack? Same one! Shocking!) And killed our shant. Rinse repeat on a anky the next day cycle. Sam scav. Same pack. This ticket was open for months with no communication then suddenly closed, from my understanding as I had irl come to the forefront so had to disappear from hellfire for months before finding out it shutdown. The allo pack was still around and nothing occured from the report, but I might've seen wrong the few times i looked into hellfire.
The playerbase was and always had been hit and miss I dont really think any of us can deny that
And on the point of handling tickets made about certain topics, a rule set in stone was this "if you don't have permission from whoever gave you info to make a report on their behalf we can catalogue the info and monitor but we can't take action" that's at least what I was informed (made a report against a player and had to scramble a long time to get that authorization to use the info I had) a lot of delays on certain reports wasn't just the staff hading it, or understanding, seems to have been from rules set in stoneby the highest ranks as a protection against falsified information, by having approval the person who gave the information originally was held accountable.
Don't get me wrong their was some horrible staff members I couldn't stand, but on other staff keep on mind while their actions came off lazy, wrong, or just plain toxic, some protocols within hellfire also held them to a certain rope that made them unable to handle things the way they may have wanted or felt.
Hellfire is a great example of stuff getting out of hand, rules in place to protect people had loopholes, it has issues, needed a revamp and might've been blocked from doing so (a lot of my information was given to me by staff at he time I was active, or my own experiences and how it came off) and one bad egg in a staff team spoils the bunch. Sadly it was a downward spiral, hold the staffing team accountable yes, but also don't forget to hold accountable the community members who did also cause the issues in the first place. It's a give and take
And don't take any of this as defending one side or the other, I have many grievances left over from hellfire. But we need to look at all sides as well that's my opinion. In the end from what I've read, there was a failure to protect those who needed it from the staff. But also certain community members were abusing the system off all I've seen, it's both sides here. Not just one. Sorry for the long submission wanted to share my views off al I've read. And my own experiences/what I was told back in the day.
Good luck hunting on the isle everyone may your dinos thrive

oh yeah i finished growing my rex like a week ago and its been. an experience. mostly because pvp practice isnt happening as the only ones willing to square up with me are regular packs and trashy mixpacks
i ended up switching up my rex's build a bit and it worked great enough to get rid of another pack that attacked me today made up of a concavenator, a cerato and a suchomimus
it was lowkey sad to watch though because the conc pissed off completely once i hit him with one stomp, and the sucho did NOT survive once i got bonebreak on him (fuck you bitch), at some point a bird tried to steal the trophy which is when i killed him, and after that the cerato took off when they realized i have 0 intention of letting them have a trophy or let them eat.
you started and im not letting it go bitchass coward

Tossing this out into the void: I'm in Australia, so I've been playing on official Oceania servers with my partners. We experienced nothing but KoS players tonight - mixpackers, a very large group of KoS herbis, KoS in every zone we tried to quest in, and finally some herbis we were nice to that decided to suddenly turn on us for no reason (we were fresh spawn latens). This seems to be becoming more common.
The community server browser won't show my ping to any of the servers in the list. It sucks to play on higher ping, especially in a game with active combat.
My partners and I have been genuinely enjoying PoT but constant bad experiences from other players feels pretty bad after a while.
Are there any community servers on here that are hosted around Australia?
I'd really love to look into some, but if I search myself I'll be opening one server at a time and creating a character just to load in, check my ping, and probably leave ;;

DigiTrax.AI Unveils AI Music Training Model License: New Opportunities for Publishers, Composers, Producers, and Beatmakers
Tumblr media
DigiTrax AI, headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, extends an exclusive licensing opportunity to Music Publishers, Composers, Producers, & Beatmakers, to transform existing music into licensable templates for new AI-driven music creation, through its Artist And Label Services offered in its patented AI platform KR38R LAB. The AI Training Model License framework is founded on DigiTrax AI’s seven granted patents in music theory-based data block analysis and composition technology. The DigiTrax KR38R LAB employs abstract music theory data derived from a composition’s analysis to generate music theory data block templates that capture the distinctive style of each composer. The templates, akin to Legos for music, facilitate collaboration on new works, with the original composer earning a 50% pro-rata publishing share in the ownership of the resulting intellectual properties. "The composer/artist signs a licensing agreement with us and with this license we create an 'Artist Authorized' AI Training Template. This template is sold as downloadable content (DLC) in the form of StudioPacks, SoundPacks and MixPacks from the KR38R Marketplace," explains Joe Vangieri, the company's CEO. The DigiTrax AI technology is a move beyond traditional neural network approaches. While neural networks can create music autonomously, monitoring and respecting copyright requires additional features not available via neural networks today. Read the full article

O god im a toxic pachy player lol, found a bunch of lil baby raptors and ceras and couldnt help but NOT attack them as a bigger flex of my power than actually obliterating them. the deinos really didnt like this and hunted me down for the crime of mixpacking, but I didnt intend to help them harm other players. other than the deinos. ;]
