This is what I’ve got going on in procreate so far @blackmonitor 👀👀 and I cannot wait to color it…
All I can think is him being like, “you seem to be distracted, care to share with the class?”
And then ya know, me choking on my own spit because he’s too handsome for words. 🤷🏻♀️

You know what? You’re completely right and you should say it more.
The way that Thrawn’s leitmotif conforms to Ezra’s lighter style? ‘Things you didn’t make, didn’t earn, things you don’t even understand’? The not so subtle subtext of an indigenous boy telling the colonizer who ruined his planet that his home is so much bigger and more complex and he can never truly have it? Like....he really did tear down Thrawn, the Empire, and the very concept of “benevolent” imperialism in one fell swoop.
Thrawn set out a chessboard and Ezra kicked it across the room. That’s why they’re nemeses. Others might be able to beat him at his game, but Ezra won’t even play it, because Thrawn doesn’t deserve that honor.
honestly ezra telling thrawn off for being an art thief and colonizer in the rebels finale deserves a spot up there with iconic star wars moments i said what i said

Thrawn Ascendancy: Greater Good Chapter 13 - Chapter 14
Chapter 13
Thrawn has his own command chair
I bet he misses his command chair when he works for the Empire, having to stand all day
Samakro seems a lil’ jealous of the crew’s loyalty
Samakro glanced around the bridge, long experience enabling him to gauge the officers’ moods merely by looking at them. They were tense, he could tell, for all the same reasons he was. But he could see no panic or serious doubt. They’d been with Thrawn long enough to trust him to get them through whatever mess he was leading them into. Distantly, Samakro wondered if they’d had the same confidence back when he’d been the Springhawk’s commander.
Immediately head into a conflict with the Paataatus
Thrawn notices and points out how the tactics are all off
notice the usual and the unusual
The Paataatus fire BUT at only one-tenth of their power
“It’s a light show.”
they both “pretend” fire at each other, with Thrawn stressing the importance of sending shots that miss or shoot in a way that’ll glance off the ships
so they are about as effective as your average post-Clone Wars stormtroopers
Thrawn suspects the Nikardun have taken over
and then this makes Samakro guess what ship the Nikardun are in
in the middle of the bloody battle!
They are able to figure out what ship the Nikardun are on and cripple it, with the Paataatus coldly destroying the remnants
A tentative alliance has formed between the Paataatus and the Chiss?
Memories V
Jixtus and Haplif have their meeting
It is in a meditation center, “with colored drift tendrils intertwining around floating light globes.”
reminds me of Thrawn’s colonized artwork from the first book of the original trilogy, Heir to the Empire
the species whose art he could not decipher and subsequently committed genocide against
Jixtus is such a tool: he has anatomic chairs that are easy to get into but are impossible to get out of gracefully
little psychological manipulation
So Bratty Girl (Yomie) and Social Climber (Yoponek) are on this months long bird migration thingie, but Jixtus wants the journey completed in the next 20 days
Shimkif - who is very resourceful - makes the birds go away
“I understand the Grand Migration has moved. How did you pull that off?” “Quite easily, actually,” she said, dropping her backpack on the deck and lowering herself gingerly into one of the chairs. “I poisoned some of the areas - not lethally, just enough to make the birds sick - so they would avoid them. Then I captured some other birds and took them to an area where I’d lain in extra food supplies. Once both groups passed the word to the other birds - however the Chaos they do that - enough of the flocks shifted location that the whole thing was thrown off balance.” Haplif nodded. “Nice.” “I thought so.”
Yomie is determined to attend the Bird Migration on the other side of the planet.
Gurl, you’re riding on a ship for free, getting to eat for free, with your own room.
Can’t you be a little bit adaptable!?!?!?
Like you’re making me side with the villain, Zahn.
Chapter 14
Lakphro calls up his cousin Lakbulbup (try saying that 5 times fast)
and Lakbulbup’s wife - Dilparm - is a biological scientists and Lakphro wants her to find someone to study the jewelry more closely, to really look at the metal
and he has to mail it
so many steps involved - I feel like this book is being padded out
the great little quibble on postage rates made me laugh
very topical! #USPS #FireDeJoy
Honestly, I do like that there is this strong family unit within this family. Compare this to the Mitth family, who want to cut each other down and play games against one another
except Thrawn, who just wants to live his life and be good at the military and at studying art
Guess whose back? Back again?
Qilori
yayyyyyy (heavy sarcasm)
Qilori and Lakjiip (and the other Chiss crew) are investigating the mining planet
soil is noted to be very acidic and not sustainable for plant life
they get to take a tour of the facilities
seems like the real deal
Thurfian is pissed that Thrawn is good at his job. He takes risks, but they more than often pay off
Zistalmu asks if Thurfian is he reallllly wants to take down Thrawn and Thurfian is like yesssssss
bro you need to get laid
Zistalmu also considers Thrawn a threat but is not obsessive about it
what did Thrawn do to you personally?
I would get it more if Thrawn had crossed Thurfian, or even hurt him or his immediate family members in some way, but nope. The main thrust seems to be that Thrawn is just threatening (and probably intimidating) to Thurfian and to the Ascendancy
even though Thrawn is clearly loyal to the Ascendancy
He recommends sending a Xoldak ship to “help” Thrawn
specifically Lakinda
Lakinda is “family-focused” and “given the Xoldak relationship with the Irizi, and the tension we have with you Mitth, she’s going to be completely resistant to anything he throws at her.” And she wants her family back into Ruling Family status.
I feel you are setting up Thrawn for success, again
Thurfian + Zistalmu: this plan is totally going to work
Thrawn’s sheer talent and ability:

Thrawn Ascendancy: Greater Good Chapter 23 - Chapter 26
Chapter 23
Apros calls up Lakinda with Thrawn tagging in
Apros and Thrawn: A bit weird how three families are on this “emergency” thing amirite?
Lakinda: Now that you mention it...
Thrawn lays out the obvious, with help from Apros
the whole thing is a scam. Sunrise is being mined and destroyed for nyix
and the Agbui likely incited a civil war
Lakinda manages to put it together: “Three of the Great Forty Families are preparing to fight to the death,” with Apros pointing out that because “each of the three is allied to one of the Ruling Families,” a civil war would likely break out
Lakinda realizes the seriousness of the situation and tells Thrawn and Apros that “if accomplishing the mission requires the destruction of my two ships, understand that we - and I - are expendable.”
Haplif is just about to leave, convinced he has gotten everything wrapped up and tried in a bow when LAKPHRO!!!!!
*air horns gif*
and he is ready to fight
Lakphro lets on that he knows what is going on (and that he has been communicating with other Chiss about this) and Haplif just decides that he is gunna have to k i l l him
Lakphro is smart, gotta give him credit
Haplif thinks he can strangle Lakphro out, but he ends up killing himself when a dog grips onto his arm, biting down hard. Haplif tries to stun the dog and kills it, but the dog ends up clenching down (I think in a death grip) so hard that Haplif’s arm is torn apart and he succumbs to his injuries
The last thing he sees is Lakphro staring down at him as Shimkif escapes in the ship
Shimkif is coooooold
Chapter 24
Lakynm is very distraught at the thought of firing on his own family
and that his family is allied with certain families while the Mitth family is allied with other families
Samakro offers him cold comfort
and that is: “I have never - never - seen anyone as utterly incompetent as politics as he is” and that “when Thrawn comes up with a plan, it’s strictly military. Nothing more, nothing less.”
Lakinda manages to get to Sunrise first, with the Erighal and Pommrio right behind her
and they managed to send in two haughty idiots
and the Erighal seem itchy for a fight
so Thrawn’s plan is to make the other families think that the Springhawk is under attack by enemies to focus their attention not on the mines but on helping other Chiss
Lakinda assumes command
when the two douche-canoes attempt to pull rank, Lakinda puts her foot down
one of them makes the point he is blood and she isn’t
okay, you inbred snob, Lakinda still outranks you. suck the suck
Thrawn managed to figure out that by assigning certain fleet warriors to certain ships, (i.e. family members to family ships) they would know where to attack “with a maximum of ferocity and a minimum of actual damage.”
the Chiss warriors assigned to each gunboat (safely inside the Vigilant) are picked off one by one
if nothing else, good target practice
Chapter 25
Lakinda discovers a fatal flaw within Thrawn’s plan and sends him a message:
the Erighal and Pommrio will want to investigate the mines and will subsequently become outraged and look for someone to blame
Lakinda suggests taking down the Watith freighter into the fake mine
Her subordinates - whose name she cannot remember (and I feel like Zahn may have cut some names out, Lord knows there are enough already!) - hear the message and remove her from Command
Thrawn gets the message
and needs to destroy the mine so no evidence is found
and the Grayshrike pops into the battle!
This is such a whack-a-doodle process, but if I had to sum it down:
Thrawn has to explain to the two ladies - Thalias and Che’ri - that the battle is being recorded and will be analyzed by future analysts. Every move counts.
basically, Che’ri is being asked to see “something that isn’t going to happen” and make it happen
she is literally backseat driving!
Chapter 26
So this ending is very abrupt and takes place weeks after Chapter 25
Lakphro is being question by Lakooni:
and he lies when asked if he knew where the jewelry ended up
he lies and says he doesn’t
and I am assuming the jewelry is still with Thrawn
Samakro may talk a little - s h i t - on Thrawn, but he ain’t no snitch
and the Families involved are not talking either
Samakro still doesn’t trust Thalias
assume that the story he sold he is being sat on because no one has spread it yet?
or maybe she did not tell anyone?
dude?
You need to get laid too, dude
Jixtus isn’t particularly upset with the outcome
which is like.... weird? not even a small temper tantrum?
anyway he is confirmed to be a Grysk
and he is hanging out with the purple robes navigators, the same ones that hung out with Snoke
Jixtus has a plan for Thrawn: “Defeat isn’t always necessary. Isolation and neutralization can be equally effective.”
and Qilori is assigned to learn “how exactly the Chiss navigate through the Chaos”
I am already thinking ahead to the little kids from Thrawn: Alliances
No one from the incident over Sunrise is talking about what actually happened
It is arranged in a way to make it look like Thrawn was attacked but the three families saved his life
if you want someone to keep a secret, trust the Chiss I guess
and everyone just buys this stupid premise? That Thrawn would ever let someone get the upper hand on him and these three families just happened to be nearby to help him?
pfffffffft...
Lakinda is on the outs with the Xoldak family, to the point that family members are calling for her expulsion
and no one leaked her conversation with Thrawn?
Zistalmu offers to make Lakinda a Trial-born Irizi
and if she passes, her name would be Ziinda
I wanna know what the Irizi Family Trials would look like
Thurfian receives the call that the Patriarch has died
off-screen?!!?!?!?!
we didn’t get to see him again?!!?!?
I legit forgot his name too (its Thooraki)
Thurfian is made Patriarch outta nowhere
this would have been nice to know about, Zahn!
Thivik, a Senior Aide, drops by who lets him know that he’s going to be given access to two things:
(1) the true, ancient, and suppressed history of the Mitth
(2) and about the terrible Alien weapon is known as the Starflash
Sooo... I immediately thought it was the Death Star
BUT - this takes place in 18 BBY and the Death Star was not fully functional until 0 BBY
If you look up a screenrant.com article on this very topic, they propose the theory that the Ancient Sith could have caused the Chaos in a power grab, to defend themselves against enemy fleets, or as a hiding place
I wanna see Sith!!!!
I wanna learn the answers to these mysteries!!

Thrawn Ascendancy: Greater Good Chapter 19 - Chapter 22
Chapter 19
the Springhawk jumps into yet another battle
they are able to help a vessel that just so happen to know where the Vagaari pirate base is
sure you do, bub
Fsir, the guy (alien?) who runs the Saltbarrel (a ha ha, take his story with a grain of salt) is all for attacking the base directly but Thrawn urges patience, wanting to collect information first
There is some back and forth with Thrawn asking for a tour of the vessel and Fsir being hesitant. Thrawn hits him up with this proposition
“Perhaps your superiors could be persuaded to look upon it as payment for our rescue of their people and secrets,” Thrawn suggested. “In addition, a visit would give you the opportunity to see if your legends of the Chiss are accurate.” “Who suggested we even have legends of the Chiss?” Thrawn smiled. “Come now, Captain. Everyone in the near reaches of the Chaos has legends of the Chiss.” Fsir sighed. “Very well, Senior Captain.”
this will pay off later, I am sure
anyway, back to Senior Aide Lakjiip, who is really surprised to see Lakinda arrive
and Lakinda is immediately suspicious that though the call came from a Patriel, it was “a mere Councilor’s senior aide passing out the duty assignments.”
Lakinda asks where Patriel Lakooni is and Lakjiip feeds her a b.s. line about the Patriel “talking” with Councilor Lakuviv in his office
When Lakjiip reveals the Agbui story, Lakinda calls it “unbelievable” and feels the possibilities are both tremendous and ominous
Lakinda feels that Lakjiip really wants the Xoldak family back in high status
as does Lakinda, but she isn’t a fool about it
Memories VII
Qilori thinks to himself that Jixtus - with him covered head to toe in a black robe - that he looks like “any other biped alien. Or for that matter, a statue, a mannequin, or even one of the mechanical robotics of lesser space legends.”
I am really looking forward to the day when C3PO meets Thrawn
Qilori tries to explain why he was (by his count, at least six hours) late and there is this great exchange: “I was on a job, and I thought abandoning it would bring attention you probably wouldn’t want.” “As well as damaging your professional reputation?” Jixtus suggested. “My reputation is important,” Qilori said. “Not just to me, but to you as well. Any future job you want me to do-” “Any future jobs will depend on how well you complete this one,” Jixtus interrupted calmly. “So will any future. You understand?” Qilori’s cheek winglets twitched. “I would very much like to have a future,” he managed. “Good,” Jixtus said. “Then we shall have no problem with motivation.”
Qilori - always looking out for his skin and winglets - doesn’t want to be anywhere near any battle and especially does not want to be tangeled up with Thrawn
Jixtus promises to make his “own arrangements for this Thrawn. Hints and rumors in the right ears should remove him a sufficient distance from Haplif’s web.”
Jixtus, through an almost casual questioning of Qilori, figures out that “either the Chiss have their own group of navigators, some aliens hidden on an obscure world of the Ascendancy...” He paused. “Or they have a means of finding their way through the Chaos without navigator assistance.”
He is awfully close to the truth
also the Sith Wars from Legends is back in canon baby!!!
this just makes me want a Revan movie series so bad
Turns out Qilori was pretty earlier and Jixtus let him stew in his own fear
Jixtus is a petty d i c k SPOILERS FROM HERE ON
Chapter 20
Lakuviv on his foolish and likely fatal errand: “From this moment forward your performance will either bring honor and glory to the family, or send it reeling into disaster”
massive Lord Farquaad energy here
Lakinda has a bad memory names
unlike Ar’alani, who makes it “a point to known and user her officer’s names”
Ar’alani is a good leader
Lakinda is already feeling suspicious about this “endeavor”
Lakooni - the Patriel - hasn’t shown up at all
Lakuviv instructed the comm officers to “ignore any and all transmission except those originating from this office and carrying this protocol”
Lakinda immediately tells her crew to ignore these orders and heads off into space
Thrawn comes in asking a bunch of questions about the Magys’s clothing and Thalias (justifiably, her roommate being an alien preserved in a coma) asks to know what the heck is going on
and tells him that the Patriarch asked her to look after him
Thrawn seems tickled by this, that he needs looking after
well you do, you lovable blockhead
also this reminds me, we have not seen the Patriarch at all
Thrawn thinks Fsir’s story is b.s. and that the Springhawk is being lured into a trap. Thrawn decides to:
Chapter 21
turns out going jump by jump is long and tedious
Laknym seems excited, with Thalias its his chance “to prove himself in the eyes of Thrawn and Kharill, his chance to show that he was indeed worthy of...fleet advancement”
the Grayshrike appears just as Thrawn gives the order to attack the Saltbarrel
there are a bunch of gunboats that make it seem like there are individual pilots inside
but its all remote controlled
this will be very helpful later on
Wutroow mentions filling up a zigzig card
the Chiss version of bingo?
Ar’alani and the Vigilant have been investigating the planet Sunrise for two weeks
there are definitely survivors putting their society back together
real shame we don’t get to meet and learn form them
they went through a horrifying ideal and they are barely mentioned and are literally overlooked
What the heck is borjorysauce?
Yopring is looking at a mine that look suspiciously functional when he is jumped and being chased by armed and armored skycars
Ar’alani employs a very neat maneuver and trick with water and grants Yopring his opportunity to escape
I do like how good of a tactician and clever thinker Ar’alani is
Ar’alani notices that the skycar’s design “was radically different from ant of the hundreds of wrecked air vehicles” seen on the ground
invaders!!!
Chapter 22
Apros is able to pass on what little information he knows about Lakinda and the other Xoldak family/military personnel being pulled away for a “family emergency”
Apros reveals two other families - the Erighal and the Pommrio - also sent emergency summons
they are also part of the Forty Families
and these planets just happen to be on the southwest vectors
And he is able to pass on the brooch to Thrawn
this brooch has been on a real frigging journey
in an interrogation with Fsir, it is revealed he received instructions from a certain “robed and hooded” alien
Thrawn wants to go investigate what’s going on in the Ascendancy’s southeast sectors. Samakro decides to get a bit snippy, pointing out: “It doesn’t sound like the Expansionary Defense Fleet was invited.” “Do you care?” Thrawn asked. “...Not really.” “Neither do I.”
Thrawn finally gets the jewelry piece!!
And Thrawn finally decides to wake up the Magys and have a real sit down and talk session
where have other aliens been stored??
surely they would ask where their leader is??
Thrawn had given the Magys’s outfit a good look over and notices that the brooch and her outfit have many similarities
when the Magys wakes up, she is JUSTIFIABLY pissed that she was forced into hibernation
Thalias bluffs her way through the conversation, claiming (with zero evidence) that people are indeed alive and well on Sunrise
and as proof she shows her the brooch
the Magys recognizes it immediately
and actually agrees to go back into hibernation!
once Samakro and Thrawn leave, Thalias realizes Che’ri had somehow convinced her!
Che’ri playing mindgames
kind of very much creepy
Che’ri be like: Imma invite myself in thanks

Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising (Chapter One - Chapter Four)
Heavy spoilers below!
Chapter One
Space outside Chiss borders is known as “the Chaos”
Space is very difficult to navigate due to (according to legends within the text itself) a “series of chained supernova explosions” that sent a massive, chaotic chain reaction throughout the region, resulting “in the constantly changing hyperlanes,” hence the need for sky-walkers.
The Chaos also holds “dangers... hidden worlds and tyrants who sought conquest and destruction.” Dun dun dun!
General Ba’kif seems to be on the same level, intelligence wise, as Thrawn. It is a good pairing thus far. Zahn gets to show Thrawn being super smart and observant without it being too much.
Excellent summation of Thrawn:
loves chasing down enigmas and working through puzzles
sees connection where others can’t/couldn’t
higher-ups don’t want him anywhere near them
only sees the surface situation and misses the political subtleties
I like this Samakro guy. No-nonsense and straight to the point.
Thrawn really is the only Chiss, really the only person, who talks the way he does. Making him stick out all the more. Who taught him to talk like that? Where did he learn how to talk like that? I need some more background on lil’ Thrawn!
“subsequent death of Syndic Mitth’ras’safis and the loss of valuable alien technology.”
don’t do that to us Zahn, damn
Outbound Flight slowly coming back into canon, piece by painful piece (Thrass!! Lorana! C’baoth!?... we will have to wait and see)
Memories II
So, my first impression of sky-walkers is that they are like children caught in a messy, contentious divorce. At least in the case of Ali’astov, she is used like a pawn between fighting parties and kind of neglected until deemed useful again.
world-building: sky-walkers abilities typically last until they are age 14
Thrawn is genuinely nice to kids/tweens and connects with them so well. That is really sweet.
Al’iastov comes across as pessimistic and sulky but to be fair to her - she was taken from her home at a young age, lost her Third Sight ability, and is now being shunted to a new family. That is a lot for a 13-year-old.
Chapter Two
Thalias joined the Mitth family because one person from that family showed her a bit of kindness. Yikes.
Her early life suggests it was unstable at best - got punted around to different caregivers.
And does Thalias have a crush on Thrawn or just a strong attachment?
Good to see there is plenty of bureaucratic bullshit within the Ascendancy (I say, sarcastically) on top of the politics.
who alerted Thurfian he needed to help Thalias? I have to assume they have systems in place for detecting this, but he came in at just the right time.
So it had been two decades since Thalias “had to even read a military timetable”... so is she 33-ish?
Thalias finds the sky-walker playing some sort of “tap-click game on her questis.”
Is that some sort of Chiss version of Angry Birds or Candy Crush?
Does this mean there are app/game developers within the Chiss workforce? Interesting...
Che’ri - means “beloved,” “cherished,” “darling”, “sweetheart” in French
nearly 10 years old
odd comment: “sky-walkers tended to be on the short side.” What does that mean?
had eight caregivers before Thalias shows up?! Dang.
cute quote: “I am not supposed to talk like that about people.”
Yeah, just not in public!
nut-paste sandwiches are now canon!
Thrawn must have been a cat in a past life because:
he is sneaky
he is quiet
he has a hard time relating to actual people with few exceptions
he needs constant care because if not, he will inevitably mess something up
Ar’alani: Thrawn, what in the flying fuck do you think you’re doing?! Get back into formation!
Thrawn: reads the message, does not respond
this jerkwad. I love him. And poor Ar’alani, she has been dealing with him for years, if not decades!
Ar’alani: Mind keeping me in the loop going forward?
Thrawn: mmmm... maybe.
Thrawn: “I’ve had the protocols concerning preemptive attacks carefully and specifically laid out for me.”
Yeah, I bet you have.
Samakro thoughts: “Just because the protocols had been laid out for him didn’t necessarily mean he’d listen.”
Protect Samakro.
Memories III
Irizi’ar’alani - her full name. :) Had to give it up when she joined the military.
Mitth family cannot be bothered to show up for their adopted son’s hearing. Eesh.
Ar’alani has literally been saving Thrawn’s neck since their school days.
Ar’alani is good at reading a room, calling for backup when needed, and condensing/explaining information. No wonder she is a good leader. No wonder Thrawn relies on her!
Chapter Three
Senior Captain Wutroow: “bogus. Totally bogus. Bogus to the ninth, factorial.”
I love her already
She and Ar’alani make a solid team. Ar’alani comes across more by-the-book and stately, whereas Wutroow seems a bit more loose and crafty.
I am really enjoying getting to learn more about Ar’alani. Zahn wrote her so well.
Again, the Mitth family letting Thrawn out to dry. Why adopt him then?! You can’t even help out your adopted son!?
Thrawn is known for being that fucking guy who loves art all the way up to the higher echelons of power. He is an outcast and the butt of a joke to his own kind. It’s funny and a bit sad (but mostly funny).
Chapter Four
It makes me so uncomfortable that sky-walkers are told/encouraged to push on and on and on some more, despite the heavy toll on them. Reminds me a bit of America’s grind till you die approach to work and of the Soviet Union’s hard push to make everyone perform at impossibly high standards. These are little kids and tweens. Cut them some slack.
Zahn really nailed down the sad/pathetic narcissism kids/tweens have at that age - everything is her fault, everything happens because of her.
Get the girl some therapy, STAT.
A bit weird that a 10-year-old girl needs a bath drawn for her, but maybe the overload spell is akin to a really bad hangover or the flu. You cannot function properly and need some help.
Samakro got some sass.
the chapter ending is so gold:
“You think there’ll be combat at the other end of this trip?”
“Thrawn’s there,” Ar’alani reminded her. “So, yes, I’d say that’s pretty much guaranteed.”
Wince Count
I have noticed Zahn really likes to use the word wince, so I’m going to count all the times the word is used throughout this novel for sh*ts and giggles. Thus far: 5 cumulative uses of the word.

Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising Notes
Prologue to Memories I
Prologue
tension between the Ufsa and Mitth families (over mining. Mining seems to come up quite a bit in Timothy Zhan’s stories - take Thrawn for example: Pryce and Nightswan were involved in their own way within mining), with Mitth being described as Ufsa’s “current chief rival.”
Vagaari are officially back in canon
Speaking of the Vagaari - “many of the Aristocra were still brooding over that whole mess.”
Dang Thrawn, whad’ya do?
“Not all those who thought poorly of Captain Thrawn, after all, were members of the Aristocra.”
Dang Thrawn, how many people did you tick off?
Memories I
General Ba’kif - described as having a young face, with family connections. So it appears he will be instrumental in Thrawn’s rise through the Chiss Ascendancy
Kivu’raw’nuru (birth name - core name of Vurawn, which is so cute). So Thrawn was indeed a backwater yokel with an obscure family name that made it big.
History of adopting in other Chiss - in short, gotta prevent inbreeding and keep the bloodline strong. Don’t wanna end up like the Hapsburgs.
When Vurawn is being taken to a meeting, he mentions not wanting to miss his classes and tick off his teachers. He is such a sweet nerd.
Vurawn is adopted right off the bat without any formal interviews - he is just that good
“The boy might bring glory to the Mitth... He might just as easily bring shame.”
Gurrrrrrrrl - buckle up, it’s gunna be a bumpy ride.
