Hey sis, I'm not sure if you've heard the news about Lisa Marie Presley, but you will by the time my ask gets to you but I wanted to reach out with big hugs 🫂 💖

Thank you so very much for reaching out, sis… yes, since I read about her hospitalization I was compulsively checking twitter for updates in hopes to finally go to bed knowing she was stable and recovering, but I ended up coming across this sad news a few minutes after it came out. It honestly feels like a nightmare… I was so happy and proud of her, she was starting to put her life together again, looking like she was genuinely feeling better and more comfortable around people and going to big events… It's so crazy to think she attended the Golden Globes last Tuesday and a couple days before that she went to Graceland and made a beautiful, touching speech for Elvis' Birthday Proclamation Ceremony… and now she's gone from this world. And it actually almost feels like she knew it'd be her goodbye. One thing that comforts me is that in her last days she was surrounded by her lovely family and dear friends, and received so much love from them… I believe she departed from this life being kinder to herself and it makes my heart feel a little lighter.

You'll always be remembered and cherished, Lisa. I really hope you finally found relief and are now resting easy in eternity. We love you.

"Really? Huh?" Buck feels his heart thump erratically inside of him.

Holy shit, holy shit. Eddie Diaz read his books.

Honestly, how is Buck supposed to act normal after such revelation?

"I'm actually flying to an audition right now. Hopefully to be part of the movie for the book." Eddie says and then frowns. "Oh shit, I don't know if I should've told you that."

"It's okay." He leans forward and grins, squinting one of his eyes and shrugging. "Your secret's safe with me.' or; Buck's a best seller author under a pen name, Eddie is an actor auditioning for the movie adaptation of his books, and somewhere along the way, they fall in love.

When was the last time you cried?

A few days ago when I hung up the phone and realized that the IRS is not going to get their mistake fixed any time in the near future and that I’ve got months of spending more hours on the phone, begging somebody to help me all to no avail, still stretching out ahead of me. I might cry again now that I’m thinking about it. 😭😭😭

Do my plushies count? Action figures? Barbies and other dolls? If they do, I have hundreds, lol! 😁

I think I just did... 😛 Seriously, though, in general when dealing with people, I don’t ever want to make them feel bad. If I’m talking about something about myself or something that won’t feel like I’m belittling the person I’m talking to, then yeah.
