It has been confirmed that the artist known as Rusty Hearts, creator of the LeaseBound series, exhibits discriminatory and unethical conduct. Evidence shows Rusty Hearts holds transphobic (trans-exclusionary radical feminist), racist, and sexist views. They have fetishized and sexually objectified men and trans men. I obviously can't tell you what to do, but I wanted to say that it's probably not a good idea to exclude detransitioners from queer communities, because there is nothing inherently hateful about changing your mind, and welcoming every type of self-discovery journey is important so that these people do not turn to bigoted groups in search of understanding. I get that a lot of detransitioners do it for political reasons and turn hateful, but if the act of detransitioning becomes morally neutral and separated from politics, it overall creates a much safer space for gender exploration.
