I made cupcakes!!!!!
They're mint chocolate cupcakes, with a raspberry compote filling, and a raspberry buttercream frosting. I, to be a little extra, also topped each of them with a fresh raspberry and an Andes mint.
The frosting didn't behave quite the way I wanted it to, but it was my first time making both a compote and buttercream. I can't wait to share these.
