Aaaa I finally finished this!! According to Ibis paint this took Eight Hours not including the original sketch. But! I had so much fun making it that it didn't really feel that long :)

So first of all, flower symbolism. We've got white and yellow chrysanthemums and white calla lilies. Yellow chrysanthemums represent joy and celebration, so they're here to represent the wedding. White chrysanthemums represent grief and mourning, symbolizing Dot and Four's grief over losing their kids and vice versa. Calla lilies have dualing meanings of life and death and are popular in both wedding AND funeral arrangements!

Speaking of weddings and funerals, the bells are meant to symbolize both since both events are associated with the sound of bells. Pretty obvious but I was giggling to myself when I thought of it lol

Anyways, I'm pretty proud of this! And it was very fun to make

Hm, I'll be honest, I've been thinking about this ask for a bit and I don't quite get what you mean by gnc Link.

My best guess is the GBC/GBA Zelda games. If that's what you meant, then absolutely! I'm currently playing Minish Cap (I've been taking my time to enjoy the game ^^). Next on my list is alttp and after that I'll probably play the Oracle games (...again. Never got too far before but I'll definitely beat them this time!)

If that's not what you meant, then could you clarify?

At any moment I am thinking about Librari the library Minish, who canonically fought a heroic battle against a cucco and kept its feather as a trophy. Do you think the Minish have ballads of that? I think they have ballads of that.

What games do you like to replay the most, and how do you tend to replay them? Like do you 100%, speedrun the story, speed to favorite sections and just let the game hang out in that state? I ask cause I’m currently replaying skyward sword (again) and it’s making me curious

ah yes the replaying a zelda game brain rot. i understand.

its actually super dependent on what it is I like about the game. for example, my most replayed zelda game, twilight princess, i replay because I love the spectacle of it. love the themed dungeons, the cinematic cutscenes and bosses, the characters. because its not much of a collectathon, i usually just replay it without trying to 100% everything. botw, meanwhile, ive probably 100%ed 4 separate times because the part of the game that I enjoy is the exploration, the making sure I've gotten every shrine and armor set.

ZELDA LORE

My interpretation of the events between skyward sword and minish cap now that totk has more information. Trust me this took many headaches to get right lol.

Many people seem to be fixated on totk retconning or being in another timeline entirely, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I believe this makes it all fit snuggly.

There’s also a distinction between the zonai and hylian temples of times. Tldr I think the zonai temple of time is a “dungeon” like the other sage temples but for Sonia. It has no relation to the hylian temple of time, despite it being named the same. It just follows the naming conventions of the other sage temples.

I really wasn’t expecting just how much I’d be enjoying mc but s it’s so good omg,,, it’s so whimsical and the world building is top notch!!! Mc Link is also such a sweetheart wahhh

Im not very far into the game since I’ve been mostly doing nothing but drawing, but when I do sit down and play it’s great

My design for this Link might change while I play but I like this one so far (I was thinking about maybe giving him blond eyelashes)

Also, im fairly certain I might be dyslexic, the amount of struggling is getting out of hand

Since snow would completely stop Minish from being able to move I think they dig tunnels. Either with little digging mits or twigs turned into shovels.
