🧠 WHAT IS FEAR? fear is spiritually sourced from insecurity. and fear is the predecessor of a lot of emotions / feelings: such as anger, or sadness. it’s in the root of the animalistic, carnal, survivalist part of u. the part of u that is of this world — ur flesh.
fear is housed in the amygdala — a part of the brain responsible for survival instincts. it’s one of the oldests parts of ur brain, having been developing since before the transition from life in the sea to the land… that was a long time ago. this means that the amygdala (or the capacity of fear) is almost as old as the brain (the capacity to have a thought) itself.
fear is defined as “an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.” for billions of years, this is how living beings survived. by being afraid.
but that’s the problem with a mindset centered on survival. in order to fear something, u have to sub/unconsciously believe that something else has the power to threaten u. u must believe that it can bring harm to u.
fear has its place for the body. it’s instinctual. the rabbit fears the serpent. the serpent fears the cat. and so on. when u fear something, that’s because ur animalistic, physical self is trying to protect the body. and we are animals, after all.
but in many ways, fear is the antithesis of the limitless soul and spirit. because fear is in the core in the animal’s physical form, it can corrupt what is beyond the physical — including the core of the non-physical.
this is why we must address our fear — it’s a necessary step in acquiring freedom from the cycle of survivalism and to allow urself to evolve past what you have been conditioned in. read on to learn how u may house fear within u. good luck!

first house. what you fear in yourself, in new environments, fear of your mind, of your psyche. what you fear of your spirit and soul. self-consciousness in your body; fear of your appearance; fear of health. fear of life itself.
second house. fear of losing your possessions and assets. fear of loss in security. fear of poverty.
third house. what you fear in your personal communities. fear of not belonging. what you fear in your siblings. being the “black sheep.” fear of communication; of expressing yourself. anxiety. fear of information, of the truth.

I'm in law of assumption since 2019 and in void since 2020 i have tried numerous times to enter/wake up in the void and i failed everytime now it's 2024 and i still haven't entered/wake up in the void and feel like loser i have tried EVERY.SINGLE.METHOD but nothing helped at this point idk what should I do I just want to enter/wake up in the void and change my life I just can't take all this anymore
Stop using methods. Stop saying that you are failing. Stop with the “trying” mindset. Methods are so ridiculously useless. It’s not the methods that work, it’s YOU that makes them work. Stop putting methods on the pedestal because you are literally the creator of your reality. Once you realise that, and actually APPLY, you are unstoppable. There are no limits whatsoever.

Here we are, the final day of the “MAYbe I can Challenge” First I would like to send out a HUGE thank you to everyone who participated. I greatly enjoyed reading and seeing all of your updates and checkins throughout the month. You all truly inspired me and helped keep me accountable throughout May.
The quote above felt like a fitting closing metaphor for this month and I have always loved a powerful metaphor. The whole idea behind this challenge was to spread a little sunshine in May to help you bloom and open the door to new and healthy positive possibilities. And just like any day the sun maybe didn’t always shine for everyone. Perhaps there were clouds, or some rain and even some storms that greyed out some days But ultimately what I saw was that the clouds cleared, the sun came out again and everyone used the rains to grow a little stronger and carry on.
If this challenge worked for you you should now feel as though you have established some form of positive physical and or mental consistency that will hopeful stick around going into June and beyond. Perhaps you’ve realized the endless possibilities that lie in front of you from a sunny mindset and it has you feeling recharged and beginning to bloom.
At the very least you’ve answered the question of MAYbe I can? with LOOK what I did!!
You may have noticed that there are actually 31 days in May. So why did this end on day 30?? Well, Day 31 is yours to do with as you please….just like all the other days this month. A reminder that ultimately it was you who made the decisions and took action to bring more physical and mental wellbeing into your days. Yes, no doubt the group and accountability helped some of you more than others. But now it’s time for you to take that momentum and keep it going.
SO, if you enjoyed this past month I’d love to hear about it, if you struggled I’d love to hear about that too because it’s part of the process. What did you love and or dislike about this challenge? Has it helped create healthy habits, did it change your mindset, are you noticing positive change? I certainly hope so! I know for me personally it’s been a wonderful experience and kept me growing and blooming through the sunshine and the rain!
To wrap up I encourage everyone to give it their all on this final day! Push a little harder, shine a little brighter think a little more positive and then do it all again tomorrow knowing that you totally CAN!

I didn’t use duration-based goals anymore
I focused on the depth of the focus instead
I stopped when I had learned/done enough (at the end of a topic/after completing some quizzes, etc.) or was tired
I rewarded myself with less brain-stimulating activities (journaling, walking, stretching, listening to soft music)
I still aimed to revise 4 chapters a day, but it’s alright if I can’t
I set a large window of time and started when I was ready. I made sure I was physically and mentally ready by taking care of my nutrition and physical movements, and applying cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to myself

On burnout:
I figured that studying endlessly without being sure my effort is sufficient to achieve my goals leads to burnout. Only relying on motivation also leads to burnout
Changing the study system helped me unchain motivations with studying, so I can keep studying without having to rely on it
My root of excessive (and unstrategic) studying is the fear of failure and not having enough time to be fully prepared for it
I changed my mindset that I should be grateful for the time I have to prepare for my exams and do the best I can (in a healthy manner)
If I use the best of my time, it should be enough to help me pass the exams
If I don’t get the best result, that’s okay. The world doesn’t end. At least I learned something from it and could improve next time. (I shouldn’t let myself loose too much, though!)

I still struggled to sleep before 12, but I woke up earlier these days. 
My next goal is to go to sleep earlier, no matter what

Explanation
Atypical Dysphoria also referred to as Uncommon Dysphoria, is when someone had a dysphoria for things not commonly seen in the average person. Atypical dysphoria is not connected to things like gender, height, or weight (though there are exceptions where the atypical and typical dysphorias blend.)
Rather it can take the form of a multitude of things, such as conditions like BIID (Body Integrity Disorder), Munchausen Syndrome, Headmates within Systems, Delusional Attachments, etc. but it can be also found in some general groups as alterhumans, systems, age regressors, and more.
Those who use this term do it as a acknowledgment of who they are and their own minds. This term isn’t to justify, condone, or produce actions that could hurt themselves or others.

Don’t Do
Atypical Dysphoria, like anything out there can be fine when in check. But it is always good to make sure that you stay in a healthy mindset. Especially for things like BIID where one may end up wishing to remove certain appendages to relieve the dysphoria.
But in reality atypical dysphoria is something anyone with it should keep a watch on. Certain dysphorias may lead you down bad paths or doing dangerous things in the sake of reliving it. So please, if it gets bad, find a professional or someone in your life you trust to talk about it. You should not struggle alone with these types of things.
Remember, for anything that may be dangerous, harmful to yourself or others, or may end badly in any way. Please make sure to make sure you are in a good space, mentally, physically, financially, etc. before doing anything. Don’t harm yourself to achieve something.

How to Support
I’m short, listen, be there, and be a open arm. If someone suffers from a extreme or harmful dysphoria make sure to help them stay as stable as they can. This can be as simple as listening and being there for those who do struggle.
If you notice them fallowing down darks paths so your best to get them out, it like any other down mental state.

Atypical Dysphoria is not exclusive to any community. No one can claim a type of thing that affects more than just one group out there.
Atypical Dysphoria does not automatically mean they’ll use terms like TransIDs, Dissomei, Desirdae, or Intusui. Someone may just call themself that and go on their Mary way.
It’s best to respect the boundaries of folks who do happen to stuggle with this!
