Springtime Wedding

Hi! I'm sorry for having been away for over a month now, I've been very busy and dealing with a lot frankly! XD I have been making quite a lot of art during that time and wanted to post some of it instead of waiting ages to finish this current batch of art I'm working on, it'll be easier for me that way but know that likely in the coming days or week I'll be hopefully posting another batch of art. I hope you all are having a lovely spring so far :3

I'm back with another Amon OVA style wedding picture this time with Miki x Mico! Getting the colour scheme for this one was kind of tricky but I noticed that both Miki and Mico have day time scenes in the Amon OVA and I worked hard to make this bright but simple palette to work. I think it looks nice and soft like the ship itself is in fandom. So here's Miki and Mico after getting married running into their happy ending with the air flowing with pink cherry blossoms!

The only person(apart from their mom) that can differentiate them is Becky

The amount of times teachers have told him that he can report bullying is astounding

He did NOT like joy(the music woman)

They tried to bully her for her disabilities but they stopped after she insulted them back and rolled her wheel on their feet

Visits the nurse a lot (either accompanying matthews or has to check if she's alright)

Her parents are absent so she has to take care of herself which is a huge chore for her

first off becky!

the pink hair? the tiny eyes and sticking out teeth? the glasses with lashes on them for some reason? the big ugg (supposedly) boots? everything about her design is so endearing and silly and i love it!!

templetonnnnn. i love his big glasses and how you cant see the rest of his face. the socks and sandals is so him too. hes so weird and odd and i adore him for it. also the green really suits his personality if that makes sense?

THE IMAGE QUALITY HELP. anyways i love how miki and mikikos designs compliment each others and how their identical but also a mirror of each other?? and how you can see one of their eyes through each of their hair (which is funny to me since a lot of people hate it in art but they put it on puppets here!) and the big grins. makes them cute but definitely off-puttiny

The calm after the storm

Andd I'm back with posting more art, this ship round is Miki x Miko! Here I thought I'd do the ship in two different versions, this one and the next picture are based on the Amon OVA, though sadly Miki and Miko never got to interact in that OVA 😔But they did interact a lot more in the live action movie, in fact one of the few good parts of that godawful movie! XD

I kind of envision the relationship between Miki and Mico as Mico kind of at first admiring Miki from afar, almost idolizing her for how confident and beautiful she is, but in time especially after she's become a devilman, she also comes to love Miki for kind and accepting she is of her new form. And on Miki's end, she has always found Mico's tom-boyishness and quiet strength to be very attractive to her, and was touched by Mico's bravery when she had revealed to Miki she was a Devilman. I feel in time Mico's idolizing of Miki fades into a real love when she sees more of the real Miki, the good and bad and comes to understand her better than some of her other lovers did, or rather actually acknowledging what Miki does actually want verses the idolization of her believes she wants.

In this picture is a little AU where Miki gets saved by Akira and Mico from the mob and now Miki is resting peacefully in Mico's lap, neither of them know what the future might bring but for now they are safe and that's all that matters.

Devilman - Demon Days

Based around me thinking of a title for my Amon prequel comic, with one idea being "Demons Days" as a reference and so thought of this. Originally Mikiko was outlined at the bottom left and Ryo at the top right cause 2D had a smoke but Miko had the similar hat so changed it a bit.
