Based on the manga by Satoshi Mizukami, The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer is being directed by Nobuaki Nakanishi (Mangirl!), alongside Yuichiro Momose (So I'm a Spider, So What?) and Mizukami himself on series composition. The studio tasked with animating the long-awaited adaptation, which is scheduled to begin airing in Summer 2022, is yet to be revealed.
Seven Seas Entertainment, who publishes the manga's official English version, describes the series as:
Everything about college student Amamiya Yuuhi is average: grades, looks and his blasé outlook on life. So what happens when he awakens one day to a talking lizard, who informs him that there is a gigantic hammer in outer space, poised to split the Earth into pieces, and requests his allegiance in the fight against the forces of evil? Pretend it never happened! Unfortunately for Yuuhi, a little bit of coercion in the form of a super-powered princess prevents him from returning to his mediocre life-as-usual.
In the adventure of his lifetime, Yuuhi will join forces with the unpredictable princess and seek out a motley crew of companions to fight back against an evil mage and his horrifyingly powerful homunculus before the Biscuit Hammer destroys the planet!

*sniffs* SO HUMBLE IN HIS VICTORY.
Yep, Mikazuki won against Yuuhi, and considering Yuuhi beat Shinonome all those chapters ago, he also symbolically won against his dead brother. Yep, basically kicked his deceased family in the face by kicking Yuuhi’s, and that’s heartwarming.
It’s also pretty funny that even Shimaki has picked up on Yuuhi’s metaness “wow, against the main character and everything”.
AND NOW THAT WE’VE FINISHED UP WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE STORY “MIKAZUKI GETS THROWN A BONE”, where will we go from here?

Sega has detailed Project Sakura Wars sub-characters Itsuki Saijou and Hiromi Hongou, various additional in-game locations, and the performances staged by the game’s main cast, as well as released the character song music video for Azami Mochizuki.
The song, titled “Ninja Azami,” is sung by Azami Mochizuki voice actor Hibiku Yamamura, written by Jirou Ishii, composed by Kouhei Tanaka, and arranged by Tada Akifumi.
Previously released character songs include Elise, Hatsuho Shinonome and Sakura Amamiya.
Get the new details below.
■ Characters
Itsuki Saijou (voiced by Mayu Yoshioka, designed by Noizi Ito)
Tumblr media

Whether it is day or night, she will visit the Imperial Theater is she has the free time for it, and deepens her exchanges with the theater’s staff and customers. Her hobby is collecting Imperial Theater merchandise, and works day and night to have a full collection of everything from the old Floral Division to the current Floral Division. Regarding bromide collection, there is a scene where she is full of competitive spirit towards Seijuurou Kamiyama.
Tumblr media
Hiromi Hongou (voiced by Haruka Terui, designed by Noizi Ito)
Tumblr media
An employee of Okashidokoro Mikazuki.
With a kind attitude and soft, comfortable smile, many customers come to the store just to see her.

Here’s my wish list of animes/tv shows/movies/games and characters for the Kagome Xover Exchange! I’m open to any genres out there, although, I’m not too keen on anything that’s too dark or angsty.

すげまほ
While listening to Keralino Sandorovich’s band “Ucho-Ten”, which is now famous as a theatrical artist, I noticed that one of his solo songs, a long time ago was called “One more step” and the lyrics were very interesting.
In the lyrics, a professor has developed “a medicine that makes the unconscious conscious” and the person who regularly uses it (Tanaka Noboru in the lyrics) says,
“I named this thing that moves casually and slowly and sizzles like a kettle, ’ Suge Maho’.” (meaningless)
It’s true that some things are hard to describe, such as
The shape of the stain adhered to the couch
Areas of subtle abdominal pain
The mixed feelings of sleepiness and exhilaration when waking up early in the morning.
The location of the coffee spilled on the floor carpet is difficult to name, that is, it is difficult to identify and elusive.
What we unconsciously accept as “it” spills out of our consciousness while being recognized as “it”. If there were a medicine that could make them conscious, it would give them a name that would make them stand out. To be named means to be held tightly in place.
Come to think of it, the only names for the moon in Japan are “Mangetsu=full moon”, “Hangetsu=half moon” and “Mikazuki=crescent moon”. There is no other way to call the shape in the middle of it “crescent-like” or “close to the full moon”.
Similarly, “A Scene in the Sky at Dawn” has a surprisingly large number of names depending on the stage, such as “Akatsuki= dawn”, “Shinonome= dawn-like”, and “Asa-Borake=morning blur”.
The ancients also noticed and became aware of various “intermediate forms” and gave names to “Sugemaho” like Tanaka Noboru and gave them their existence.
“It doesn’t have a name, but it’s there.”
Italic text is quotations from the album “Ten Kai Zu” by KERA

Project Sakura Wars will be set twelve years after the events of Sakura Wars 5: So Long, My Love. In this new entry, the Combat Revues, which previously protected nations from evil while working incognito, are well known to all.
Indeed, the Great Combat Reveue World War is more of a global sporting event, in which the Combat Revues from across the globe gather in Japan’s Imperial Capital to compete in a tournament. These disparate groups then compete to determine which country’s kouma-crushing corps reigns supreme. By the time Project Sakura Wars begins, two such events have already taken place, and the nations are gathering in the Imperial capital for the third. What should be a peaceful event, though, suddenly takes a turn for the serious.
Sega’s email communication describes the story as:
The stage is set in a romanticized version of 1940s Imperial Tokyo. 10 years ago, a cataclysm resulted in the devastating loss of the Imperial Combat Revue of Tokyo, the capital’s global defense force operating out of the Imperial Theater. The theater has since fallen on hard times and risks closure. As captain of the new Tokyo revue, it’s up to you to mend the hearts of your troops and restore the Imperial Theater back to its former glory!
Project Sakura Wars will receive an anime series, which will air in 2020. Manabu Ono (Sword Art Online: Alicization, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere) will direct the project at Sanzigen and co-write the scripts with Tatsuhiko Urahata (Hi-Score Girl, GATE). Sakura Wars composer will score the soundtrack. Ohji Hiroi and Sega are credited with the original concept.
According to their Tokyo Game Show stream, the project will be a side story that supplements the events of the game.
Project Sakura Wars was first revealed on April 14, 2018 at Sega Fes, and was originally tentatively slated to launch prior to March 31, 2019. On April 19, 2019, Sega Holdings President and CEO Haruki Satomi confirmed that the project will be “more than a game.”
A western release was not confirmed until March 29, though Japanese Asian releases were confirmed to be in the works.
Sakura Wars is an original project by Sega CS2 R&D (later Overworks) and Red Entertainment. Ohji Hiroi (Moeyo Ken, Far East of Eden), Satoru Akahori (Saber Marionette J, Martian Successor Nadesico), and Kosuke Fujishima (Ah! My Goddess, You’re Under Arrest!) are listed as the original creators of the franchise.
The first title appeared on the Sega Saturn in 1996. The initial entry, while released only in Japan at the time, was estimated to have a 200,000 lifetime sales goal. The title sold 205,270 units in its opening week, which was roughly 57% of the launch shipment. At the time, the title was seen as having the largest debut for a Sega title to date. It would go on to move 359,485 copies throughout the Saturn’s lifespan.
Since then, the title has gone on to spawn:
Five main-line titles
Fifteen spin-off games
An anime TV series by Madhouse
Five anime OVA series
Seven manga and light novel adaptations
Sixteen high-profile live stage shows
The final main-line title in the series, Sakura Wars V: So Long, My Love was released in North America by NIS America. The title is available on Sony’s PlayStation 2, as well as Nintendo Wii console.

I was going to draw a dramatic close-up of his battle-lust smirk, but you said pretty and Mikazuki is a pretty awesome dude...so there it is.
If someone wants a Hoshi no samidare doodle, ask! (you can take another another one, azulihaven) :3
