now that mha is over, i keep looking back to points in my life when i clinged to it cause of very stressful events that happen at the time. it’s so weird like i was reading krbk fantasy aus on and from the plane ride of my aunt’s funeral. i read a krbk dj after my dog died etc etc. like when i was at my most stressed and could no longer have the brain power to read bl before bed like i once did, i began reading krbk fic before bed cause i didn’t need too many brain cells to read things like that.

it’s over now and i still have a bunch of opened tabs of fic that i have yet to read and rn i'm feeling a lot of love for kiriwhima and the other characters i love a lot. i know eventually these feelings will fade away and i will probs never think about mha again like i do rn. but i'm ok with that, relieved even, but rn i will love my boy with an irrational passion and let these good feelings overtake me while they still can

mha got so terrible after a certain point but i’m happy it even existed at least just cause it helped me get thru very difficult periods of my life since late 2017

First things first: I would change so much of MHA, but if I must make somehow still reconizable...ok. I kill the Shimura - a caveat here is how I try to make the scene less ridiculous. I like Shig's origins but at the same time "everyone dies" seems a waste. Maybe I make smth a la batman "a criminal picks the wrong house, wrong day"- and they are mourned, people talk about this.

Inko is a reporter in this au. She is a good mom. By this ...Izu is not in Aldera nor is saddle with abuse...people dont get why he wants to be a hero but treats as if is smth temporary "ah how many kids say they want to be astronauts until they give up?"

Inko did work on the cover of the Shimura fall. Miss Curious, in her young years, was there as well.

AM was in the funeral and was heartbroken...Nana sacrificed so much and...she lost all. His tears are a mix of hers. Nana is feeling and seeing - thanks to ofa- what happened to her family.

Izu loves quirk analysing ...and horror movies/books. One day after seeing Mt. Lady being her greedy self (I dont mind that scene at all) Izu goes to a place to get a new volume of his fav horror manga....and he sees a pale teen with blue hair and red eyes.

Oboro was in debt. Oboro was desperated and Aizawa not having to lift a finger didnt help. He is from an old money family and acta as if he has to struggle more than Oboro...Maybe he does...the problem is how Aizawa looks down on others. Oboro'a poverty is a novelty...until it became a reason to santify him.

All Might is a pivotal figure in the MHA verse and so is Shigaraki due to his family bloodline. Would you guys, in any part of your MHA rewrite have had AM confront Shigaraki or would you leave that for Izu to handle the situation. AM has a saviour like complex, he wants to save everyone. After knowing Shigaraki's relationship with his mentor, Nana Shimura, do you guys think it would be AM's nature to reach out and help Shigarki?

My question may sound very stupid and ridiculous but it just had this thought suddenly pop into my mind. Do let me know

So, I got an ask from @printeriink a... a few... weeks?? Months?? ago?? Idk when it was, but I had started to answer it... But I made the mistake of going to answer it during my lunch break at work and, when my lunch break was over, I wasn't done... All that to say is, I'm sorry, Print, for not answering! I totally intended to, but I forgot ;3; Anyways, I'm stuck currently in 3 different hyperfixations

1 - BNHA/MHA: I've recently started watching My Hero Academia and to say I'm hooked is, quite frankly, the understatement of the century. In any other situation, this would be a form of bad kind of obsession ^^; Head empty, only thoughts of heros

2 - When my thoughts aren't being bulldozed by MHA, I'm thinking of the Red Dead Redemption characters (specifically 2, but also 1). I was listening to my music playlist on my way down to a funeral back in June and Bad Company by Five Finger Death Punch came on and I was just like "Idk who all would be playing, but Arthur Morgan as lead singer is a must". So, now I have an idea for a rock band au in which the Van Der Linde gang is, like, a band that does covers or something. Arthur is lead singer, Javier lead guitarist, Bill possibly as drummer..?? Its all real hazy, but I do know that I'd want Micha to be an ex-band member and like, maybe they do a battle of the bands against the Pinkerton's and O'Driscoll's?? Idk. I'll figure it out at some point xD

3 - I'm in the researching stage for an oc. I wanna make a cosplay {is it a cosplay if their a personal character of mine??} of them, but I also wanna make sure everything looks good. I've never made anything like this, so I want this to last as long as possible... If that makes sense?? It does to me, so I'm goin' with it lol

Flamebug AU - Heaven Boxes

So, this post will contain all of the ideas/design inspirations for Marinette and her Guardians’ Box Weapons

Boxes

The inspiration for how the boxes work was lifted somewhat from the idea of the Funeral Wreathes Carnage Boxes (except, you know, significantly less objectively horrifying) and the Vongola Gear Cambio Forma. When opened, the boxes surround the user with their respective Flame Type, and changes their outfit and adds their weapons of choice. The boxes are in each flames respective color, while being adorned with both a picture of a vanilla flower and a symbol that represents the owner of the box.

Rings

The designs of the rings would closely resemble a Silver band with a colored jewel in the center.

The Rings for subtypes would be a less decorative variation

Marinette

Her combat outfit would heavily resemble that of a Chinese Martial Arts gi. The general color scheme would be red, pink, and black.

Her yo-yos and box weapons would be attached to a sash around her waist, and the symbol would be that of a ladybug.

Chloe

Her combat attire would be punk based, heavily resembling that of Jirou from MHA. She would also incorporate white and yellow into parts of her outfit.

Her box weaopns and tops would be on a studded belt around her waist. She would also have “stingers,” bracelets that extend into wrist mounted daggers by using the Cloud Propagation characteristic.Her symbol is a diamond.

Kagami

Her outfit is traditional kendo attire, in dark blues and blacks, featuring a red dragon across her shoulder. She has a rapier at her hip and the Shigure Kintoki across her back. Her box weapons are stored in her kendogi, and have the symbol of a dragon.

Allen

Allen’s outfit is a combination of Gavaroche’s costume, Mercury’s lightning lines, and a soccer uniform. He stores his Box Weapons in his pockets, which has a soccer ball insignia.

His gloves have the ability to condense his Lightning into a ball, while special pads throughout the rest of the outfit can channel Lightning into the ball to amplify it.

Allegra

Her outfit is almost identical to Melodies white costume, save for some added padding for defense. Her flute is stored in a holster at her waist, next to her box weapons, sporting a double eighth note.

Michel

Michel’s costume is a more militaristic take on the original Sparrow look, complete with bands of darts across his chest and a utility belt (featuring his box weapons, complete with a sparrow insignia). He also has a launcher on his right arm for more efficient dart throwing. His goggles work similarly to Hayato’s Contact lenses, allowing him to make the perfect shot.

Claude

An indigo take on the Kid Mime costume, it also features special gauntlets and boots that allow him to make invisible Mist constructs. His mask has been replaced by a visor that allows him to see his constructs, and his box weapons hang of his belt, adorned with a stage.
