Izuku hadn’t slept in days. A side effect after the war/nightmares/insomnia/etc. and everyone can kind of see that he’s loosing it

Momo gives him some sleepy time tea, Tokoyami and izuku stay up and keep each other company sometimes, kaminari offers to knock him out, Uraraka asks if they should get midnight to use her quirk on him (I don’t claim to acknowledge what happened to her in canon, I know this to be true)

Nothing though.

It happens after training one day

All might asks to meet with him some time that week after classes, so they’re setting up a time and izuku says, “see you then, dad!”

And walks away

What a mad banquet of darkness

He does not realize the class staring wide eyes at what just happened

He does not realize all might’s shocked and blushing face

He does not realize Shouto having a heart attack because, holy shit, I told you guys-

He does not realize what he said until walking down the halls with a near comatose Kirishima and Tokoyami

He stops walking

He goes red in the face

He stops breathing

Now, Kirishima and Tokoyami realize that he must not have exactly been “all there” for the previous conversation with all might, and is now just registering what he’s said

Dark shadow, bless their heart, is trying to calm izuku down too but honestly, izuku is a little too far gone at the moment

Kirishima and Tokoyami really don’t know what to do, but they eventually get now in shock izuku back to the dorms, where he promptly sits as still as anyone has ever seen him for several hours

Meanwhile, all might is happier than he has been in a long while. His son protege called him dad? Holy shit.

Aizawa and mic will not admit that they wanted to be called dad before all might, but it’s true

Midnight is having the time of her life here after she heard what happened. She starts referring to all might as a dilf, and the man resembles a tomato again

Shouto 10000% walks up to all might after it happened and asked him why izuku felt the need to lie when he asked if he was all might’s secret love child during the sports festival

All might is shook

Everyone is in a state

The only ones who knew that this was inevitable were Shouto (obviously), Uraraka, Kaminari (who usually buys into Shouto’s conspiracy theories), shoji, toru, and Jirou

The next few days consist of all might trying to catch izuku’s attention and izuku promptly avoiding him

He’s gotten even less sleep than before, and his work is starting to show that

Eventually, it is time for his meeting with all might and for the first time, izuku is NOT looking forward to it

He’s still not used to people, let alone adults (save for mama Inko), caring about him, and he had a huge slip up with the man he’s idolized since he was practically born

All might has also been stressed this whole time because his son/protege has been avoiding him!!!! Did he do something wrong? Is he embarrassed? Does he not actually think of him as a parental figure?

When izuku gets to his office, they sit there silently sipping tea for a few moments

There totally aren’t a dozen students/faculty listening in on them

Eventually, izuku breaks the silence with a slew of apologies and how it’s okay if all might hates him now or doesn’t want to be his mentor

All might is confused, sad, and mildly horrified

How could izuku think that he doesn’t want to help him anymore? All might is more than happy to play the mentor roll and even happier to play the parental roll for this absolute dork

He stops izuku’s onslaught of apologies, and second guessing, and hurt, and tells him point blank that izuku’s name in his phone is literally, “son :)”

All might cries

The people eavesdropping in the vents and outside the door cry

Nezu smiles

Shouto is insufferable about it

An absolute menace

Izuku tells him that, no, all might is not his biological father, he just has come to be a parental figure for izuku and that they love each other like father and son

THIS. MAN. The second he gets the call that you are hurt, whether it was while you were on hero duty or stuck as an innocent bystander, he’s right by your side holding your hand. Now, Iida is a very work involved person, so when he called his assistant to block his work hours for the next 42 hours, they were really surprised. But he’ll be at your beck n call, I mean, really this man will get you anything you want. You don’t even have to ask! Flowers, your favorite drink + snacks, he’ll also make sure you get a good hospital room. He’s also the type to pace the floor, with a book in his hand. (Make sure you answer all his ‘I love you’s’ because on the inside this man is panicking..)

As we ALL know, Monoma is very self involved so when he hears that you, his s/o, his love, his everything is hurt, he’ll try his best to help you. He would cancel or leave his hero shift for that day, wait for your health status, then decide if he’ll need to take anymore days off. But once he sees the condition you’re in his ‘dad mode’ would kick in. And he would remember all the talks Eri’s therapist gave him about staying calm when bad things happen. Definitely goes to the bathroom and stares at himself in the mirror. Kind of like a, embracing the situation at hand, type of thing. He’d sit by your side for as long as it takes to make sure you’re okay..

Kirishima Eijiro-

THE RUNNER

This man is a big gigantic teddy bear. He may seem intimidating to villains but all his fans know he’s a loving individual. So, when he was at a meet and greet and one of his fans started to yell at him “RED RIOT, RED RIOT, HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT Y/N AND THE MAJOR INCIDENT?” He would immediately place his hands in a low-position, indicating to his crazed fans to please be quiet. It immediately became silent as he asked that person to repeat what they had said. The person repeated “Y/N? THEY WERE INJURED IN THAT INCIDENT ABOUT 4 MINUTES AGO!” everyone gasped, I mean they all love you two together so hearing that was a shock. After this he immediately drove to the local hospital, calling his gruffy pomeranian friend crying. Safe to say the second they allowed this man in your room he was all over you, showering you with love..

Tamaki Amajiki-

‘SOFT’ JITTERS

This boy is so baby coded, the second he heard y/n, his lover, was injured he immediately got in contact with the people that were with you. Suddenly all of his shaky-voice + body movements were eliminated. He was trying to hold things together once he heard how sever the incident was. And he would most likely call over his close friend Mirio. He, and Tamaki would stay over in your room, ordering food and chatting. Anything to help his best friend and his S/o. Mirio would also make sure the paparazzi were contained and away from the room. 

Mirio Togata-

THE NEGOTIATOR

Mirio is definitely the kind to pray. To whom? he doesn’t know. Whether it’s to the gods or to his ancestors. He’s known to be the person that cheers everyone up, including his friends, during stressful situations. However, once it comes to you, his walls break immediately. He needs to know you’re okay, he needs to hold your hand, telling you in a soft voice that ‘everything will be okay’. But the hospital staff workers must refuse any visitors, they really all feel bad for him, and YOU but you would have been really injured. He even tries to pull the ‘I’m the number 5 top hero” but once that doesn’t work he’ll definitely panic. (he always feels bad bringing up his ratings) - he was just really worried. but once your parents grant his access he’s all up in your grill, making sure you know he loves you with all his heart.

Denki Kaminari-

THE SHAKER

He’s all shaking when he hears you’re hurt, just like Tamaki Amajiki! But really he’d be in the waiting room, when a nurse comes out telling him he can come into the room. And once you tell him everything that had happened he’d immediately be on the phone calling people to deal with the situation. He’s definitely the type of person to jump into the bed with you and hop under the scratchy covers and crack jokes to make you laugh, in reality, hearing your laugh helps his anxiety.

Bakugou Katsuki-

‘ACTION’

MAN. MAN. MAN. He’d be forced by his publicist to dress into a tux and join Pro Hero Deku, for a convention. Of course, he and Izuku are close now but he’s getting agitated with all the flirty questions, flirty touching, and tightness of his dress shirt. He just can’t wait to come home to you. That being said, when a Secret Service agent comes to whisper that Y/N has been attacked protecting a child, he stands up so fast he also most flips the table. Luckily, Izuku caught it. He immediately had a cab called, half way in the process of loosening his tie, and taking off his suit jacket is when you called him. Telling him everything was okay but you were injured and trapped where you were. You had made him grit out a promise from a clenched jaw, that he would save the child first and not you. He made sure to bust into action, and placing you in the best hospital known to man.

Izuku Midoriya-

THE PUSHER

Izuku would most likely be on work hours when he caught news of you being hurt, and he would immediately stop everything. You’re his e. v. e. r. y. t. h. i. n. g. Like dead ass, he would be jumping building from building searching, and feeling for you. He’s immediately calling his publicists, asking them to make sure the media isn’t as obsessed with the incident at hand. When he leaves the hospital to get your favorite foods all media lines come in and surround him, asking him questions. He would repeat ‘Not comments at this time’ and ‘No answers at this moment’. He made sure he could take you home, creating a safe spot for you to have an “at home” hospital room. Man… he gets so jittery..

Tokoyami Fumikage-

THE YELL-STRESSOR

As he became a high end hero, he controlled dark shadow extremely well. There had been no slip-ups in 6 years. Well, that was until he got the message that you had been severely wounded, and you had just finished surgery headed to your room. Let’s just say he was livid, and so was dark shadow. How could they not contact before hand, he could have supported you, his love. But now, he can only assure you he’s there? You mean after the fact? When he arrived at the hospital he started to yell at the doctor, including his assistant for being incompetent. He’s usually quiet and keeps his words on the down-low, but after seeing you, he’ll definitely tear up. I’m sure dark shadow comes out himself to lay over you and sulk. (he loves you soo so so sooo much)

Bakugou falling in love with someone hc?

- He realizes it right away. Lately he’s finding himself thinking about you way too often, but it makes him kinda warm and fuzzy on the inside. When you’re absent from school or looking sad it’s bothering him to a point where he’s not able to concentrate very well.

- It’s not common that he acutally cares for his fellow people. It annoys him, because it’s distracting him from his goals. He doesn’t like you making him this…weak. Is afraid you’d make fun of him or look down on him if you knew. To him, this feelings are a weakness meant to overcome.

- Stares at you very often because he’s trying to figure out why you’re so attractive to him, but whenever you stare back he’ll say something like “What are ya looking at? Get lost!” while blushing heavily.

- Will still use harsh words on you, but in a well-intentioned manner. Whenever you have self-doubts or talk badly about yourself, he tries to help you in his own way.

“Are you stupid or what?” “I’ve expected more of you.” “Don’t be a whiny baby, just do it!” “How can you waste your talent like that?”

- Picks a fight with everyone who wronged you. When you say thanks for defending you, he tries to make it seem like it has nothing to do with you. But it’s still pretty obvious. “Like shit I did this for you! I just didn’t like that guy’s ugly face!”

- Will eventually even make some nice comments. Won’t look at you while at it. He just silently says them to himself when he thinks you already stopped listening. “Hell, you’re sweet…” When you ask “What did you say?” he’ll probably say something like “Nothing. Are your ears fucked up too or what?”

- Tries to “accidentally” cross your path or be close to you, yet still holding the distance. If you ask him if he wants to join you, he says something like he just happened to be around, and only sticks with you for entertainment purposes since you’re so clumsy.

- Realizes just how much you mean to him after you got into a dangerous fight. The villain trying to hurtw you still lies in the hospital with third degree burns. As he held your heavily wounded self into your arms, he really had to surpress his urge to cry. But you - you just looked at him with a weak smile - your hand placed on his cheek, thanking him and telling him how cool he was before you passed out. 

- He sat at your hospital bed until you woke up but left immediately after, without a single word.Doesn’t visit you anymore. Is too confused because of his emotions for you and his anger about not having you saved earlier. Doesn’t really know what to do from here on. He’s a mess.

- All Might is the one sensing Bakugou’s emotional disturbance (rather way more disturbed than usual lol) and will have a talk with him. Tries to make him understand that feelings for others can make him strong, and love for the people around him will give him the strenght to become a splendid hero that is able to protect.

- When you’re able to attend school again, he will call you out of the classroom with his usual, angry voice. Sulks on his way outside and remains silent. Has his hands in his pockets the whole time. His love declaration is obviously not romantic or anything likely. Will go full Tsundere.

“Thank you for saving me back then!” The cheerful smile you directed at him while saying this made him flustered.

“Yeah, you’d better be grateful.”

“But why did you want to talk to me alone?”

“Well…” he tried to surpress his blushing, but it didn’t work. “Since you’re so damn weak, you should be around someone strong like me. It’s not like I wanted to, but it can’t be helped.” He nervously moved around in place, staring at you with an angry glare - but his eyes showed you his real emotions.

You got his signals and took the risk, slowly coming closer to him to observe his reaction. He didn’t say anything and stood frozen in place, but his blushing intensified. Then you hugged him, your ear laying against his chest - his heart was beating so fast you thought it might explode at any moment. “Thanks for this offer. I’m glad you’d help someone like me.” Hearing you talking to him so gently makes him feel bad for his rough attitude.

“It’s no big deal” he mutters, as he placed his hand on top of your head and closes his eyes, smelling your scent, “It would be a waste if your beautiful face would get messed up again.”

- On your first date, his mother will try to make him look decent. She’ll show you photos of him as a baby before you leave. She loves you from the beginning, being glad that his son is finally growing up and may become a bit more polite now. She threatens to beat him up when he doesn’t behave well. The acorn dropped right down, huh.

- Bakugou got really angry at his mom because he’s embarassed as hell. You shouldn’t joke about it, he’s really insecure. Showing him that it’s no big deal through just grabbing his hand and start walking will distract him from the stress, leaving him with the feeling of success because he finally got to go out with you.

- You have to be the one to engage into the first kiss. He can’t get over himself and doesn’t want to ruin the experience for you. Brings you home safely and is so nervous that he turns around and wants to leave immediately. But you just collected all of your courage. You hold onto his arm, trying to pull him back to you and kiss him directly onto his mouth. After you let go of him and apologize for your rush behaviour, he’ll embrace you and initiate a second kiss. Smiles brightly for the first time and wishes you a nice evening. Is flustered the whole week - even his classmates realize that he’s not even bothering to insult anyone.

- Everyone seems to be afraid to talk to you suddenly, even though Bakugou doesn’t seem to mind. He’s actually very afraid to lose you, but he wants you to have your freedom. Will stay away from you at school because he knows people tend to leave when they see him coming. You’ll drag him into your clique even though he said he’s not interested in making new friends. Is still glad that you want to have him at your side. Tries to behave nice around your friends, leaving him to often just standing around quietly while holding your hand.

- Is very glad that you’re always there to help him if he’s in trouble, but has his pride. “I could’ve done it myself!” Doesn’t want you to stop, though.

- He’s a very independent person of course, but is very grateful if you to take care of him - as long as it’s not in front of everybody. Opposite with caring for you - he’d get you lunch or help you with your homework, no matter who sees it. Anyone who stares at him in disbelief as he’s being affectionate to you will just get sassy comments “Don’t you have anything better to do? You’re annoying!” 

-  Just loves to make you smile. It feels like a big accomplishment for him. Tries to make you laugh the whole day and never fails. It’s the most beautiful sound for him. No one else can understand what weird things you two seem to find funny.

- Kirishima is your best friend now. Will always listen to your problems and kick Bakugou in the butt when he did something wrong.

- He heared so many compliments in his life, but hearing them from you sounds like much more than just random people idolizing him. It really means something if you tell him how smart or beautiful he is. You keep him from feeling insecure, yet also keep him from acting all-mighty.

- Warms up as time flies by. Will keep his gruff attitude towards others, but isn’t that mean anymore. Doesn’t bully anyone and just teases them instead of using insults. Will never admit that he likes them though, but they see him as their friend now. All thanks to you.

- Feels very comfortable and safe when you’re there. Being with you, he can be himself. He doesn’t feel the need to act all powerful and strong the whole time, rather showing you his “weak”, emotional side. Talks to you about his fears and insecurities.

- He’s actually a very romantic guy if you get to know him. He’d do anything for you and is not afraid to show it. “There’s nothing embarassing about going all out for someone important.”

- He even stopped bothering Midoriya completely because you wanted him to. Of course you couldn’t help them getting along - that part is up to the two alone, but at least tolerating each other was possible.

- Misses you even when you’re only apart for a short time. Messages you often because he’s better with expressing emotions via text rather than talking face-to-face. You’re still making him nervous after all.

- Is so happy about seeing you. In his eyes, you’re just amazing. You’re not nearly as powerful as him, but you showed him strenght can have many forms. Smiles as soon as he sees you. Kissing you became his favourite hobby.

Dabi /Touya canon accurate relationship Headcanons

I was thinking of some accurate dabi hcs of him in a relationship.

With each Headcannon, i wanted to put in proof of why i thought that way.

This list is deeply inspired by @yandere-mha depiction of dabi because i feel like hers is the most accurate.

DABI AS A BF/ with a SO that hes attracted to.

Canonically, dabi witnessed the way his dad treated his mom regarding intimacy, i believe touya would not have a good understanding of sexual consent at least in the begining. He would be too hard and too fast when he is manic.

Outside of mania, sex with him would be much more quiet, but now hes extremely self concious and sensitive (evidenced by his personality in and out of his manic episodes)

He has severe anxious attachment and bipolar disorder. In the moment will run his mouth and hide himself to cry afterwards. Most of his apologies to you wouldnt even be in your presence (evidenced by his apology to his mom and shoto).

Has a staring problem, very perceptive. (Evidenced by his behaviour in the games)

Unlike other posts similar to this I believe dabi would actually be heavy into praising you. EVERY DEPICTION of dabi from the fighting games to the phone game (i forgot the name) has dabi PRAISING people, even enemies. I believe this is because he was raised by a father that praised physical strength, he internalised that belief even though what he truly wanted was unconditional love and attention

Either very quiet or pouring full of emotion, dont even expect him to be reasonable when he is manic.

Biggest 'trauma dumper', he WILL take it as a massive personal slight if he catches you zoning out or not listening when he is trauma dumping (evidenced by his relationship with natsuo)

WILL project his trauma onto you, as evidenced by the way he burnt togas house down. He does not have much life experience in general outside of his trauma so that will be a way for him to connect with his SO.

King of mommy issues 💀 cannonically, Touya wasnt given the opportunity to meaningfully connect with his mom. He will unfortunately project that maternal role in his life onto his SO regardless of gender. Taking care of his physical and emotional needs is an expectation he WILL make your responsibility if he is in love with you.

If he ever has a kid, you better make sure you ONLY have one, cause he will make one kid the golden child, even if its subconcious and he feels terrible because of it. His behaviour as a dad will mirror the way he was treated in early childhood, he WILL make his kid his golden child and unless you intervene, that kid will grow up very spoilt and with a crazily inflated ego. He WILL project himself onto his kid.

Matching Christmas sweaters or pajamas, you name it. -You'd have a mostly slow morning, cuddle on the couch and enjoy one another's company until about mid-day when you'd head to Inko's (Izukus mums) home for a late Christmas lunch/dinner -He's happy to spend any other day with your family or just the two of you, but Izuku insists on spending Christmas day with his mum. - She creates a gorgeous roast dinner for the 3 of you, it's incredible and you all happily sit around the table chatting and eating, Izuku holding your hand under the table the minute you finish eating. - Izuku is a very good gift giver. Katsuki

- As much of he won't admit it, he loves having a big Christmas with both your family's together. - You usually travel up to stay with Mitsuki and Masaru a few days before Christmas. Katsuki puts in under the guise of 'helping the old geezers get the house presentable' but you know that deep down he loves spending time with his Mum and Dad. - You spend time with Katsuki, cooking and decorating, and as much as he feigns complaints, he happily joins you for any holiday activity you want to do. - "Eh? Gingerbread houses? .... Fine nerd but don't take all the icing you hear?" -When Christmas day finally comes, the house comes alive with laughter and chatter of your families, but Katsuki doesn't leave your side. -He is either holding your hand or standing behind you with his hands rested on your waist or wrapped around you - He also always keeps an eye on you to make sure you don't get overwhelmed by all the people, and if you do he'll take you into a quiet room to recharge for a little bit. -"You alright baby? Need a minute? Nah it's fine, the extras can wait, here come sit down." - When it comes to gifts, Katsuki goes absolutely over the top for you. Get ready for 8 to 9 boxes, all for you. - When the house finally quiets down, you and Katsuki help tidy up and head back to the bedroom your staying in. - "Hey, I know I'm not always the easiest to deal with sometimes.... but I love you, I love having Christmas with you, and I wanna spend all of next year with you too. I love you nerd"

Shoto

- Shoto really isn't a massive fan of big family gatherings... for obvious reasons. - His dream Christmas is just with you and maybe some friends. - You really want to make this Christmas special for him so you decorate the house while he's on patrol a few days before. - On Christmas morning you make lovely french toast for him and hot cocoa. - "This looks amazing angel. Thank you" - He helps you set the table and do some cooking for the friends Christmas lunch your having. -Izuku, Katsuki, Eijiro and Denki rock up around mid-day with gifts and side-dishes. - You have a lovely Christmas lunch with all your friends and it seems Shoto was able to get into the Christmas spirit a little. - After your friends leave that evening, Shoto drags you onto the couch and turns on a sappy Christmas movie before grabbing a few small presents. - "I'm not the best with holiday stuff... but I hope you like these" - You adore them, they are heartfelt jewellery pieces and other lovely small gifts. - You fall asleep curled up in Shotos arms, his fingers carding through your hair. - "I've never been a massive fan of the holidays... but with you, I'm starting to get why people love it. I love you and I want to spend every day of my life with you."
