Heath is useful to have around her lab.

He isn’t allowed inside he has to sit outside with something to distract him until she needs him to heat something up.

She helps him with homework and with relationship advice.

Neither of them know anything about romance but Ghoulia knows her friends and that’s more than Heath knows.

They are each other’s conscience.

Heath stops Ghoulia from doing crazy stuff and she stops him from doing stupid stuff.

Heath and Ghoulia both know morse code so while Heath is learning zombie they talk in Morse code.

Heath knows morse code because he thought he’d impress Abbey.

I swear, I love Monster High as it is, seriously, one of the only doll franchises I've ever given two shits about. BUT if it were directed at adults, we could get gems like fully wolf Clawdeen being caught by her human neighbours and explaining herself like:

"I'm going to a convention."

"Oh, what character are you going as?"

"I'm...a furry. It's a furry convention. This is my fursona."
