I'm looking for new TV Shows (maybe movies) to watch. Brownie Points for good representation of normal and diverse human beings. And Baby Brownie Points if its not from the US! (Cherry on Top for Mexican or German Productions). Nothing too horror-y or too "american hero saves the world"-y.

I've been thinking about watching Shit's Creek? But I've heard that its similar to Denvers Clan (or the other way around) in regards of drama and everybody does everything behind everyone's back? I did not vibe with that one. 🤔

So I was looking on Netflix the other day and I ended up finding this. It’s a Mexican TV series that’s arriving this Friday. From what I read, it’s a teen drama about a hacker who reveals the deepest, darkest secrets of high school students. I suppose you’re wondering if that just makes it a telenovela Gossip Girl, but I’m not so sure. It deals with a lot of LGBT issues, which, if you’re familiar with Mexican culture, aren’t really discussed often. Even though I don’t normally recommend foreign TV shows, this one stood out to me. I hope that some of you gringos get a chance to watch it, and pray that it gets adapted for US audiences someday.
