Current Status of Voltage Titles
I decided to make an overview of the JP status of the Voltage titles of the Love365 / 100Koi apps and their console titles. A lot of the apps titles are currently nearing their end and I'm curious what they still have up their sleeve. I know i'm delusional but with all the ending titles they might have capacity to work on some of their Hiatus stories again?
Ending
Kissed by the Baddest Bidder: MS ended
Metro PD: Tennoji, Kirisawa, Nomura & Himuro final baby stories left
Destind: Towards the End? Just Yuri & Takane left i think
Irresistible Mistakes:
>Shunichiros MS ended after S9 (he officially has more seasons than Eisuke)
>Keita, Toma, Jun, Maki might get final stories.
>New Aki & Minoru (uncertain what's going to happen to them)
New
Can We Start over? : S2 announced for December in JP
Doting Marriage (TBA in EN)
Friends with Benefits (TBA in EN)
Tumblr media
Ongoing
Her Love in the Force: All continue since JPs favorite. Maybe Shinonome, Soma or Namba update next?
Masquerade Kiss: Boss ended, the others continue
Oops I Said Yes: Ukyo concluding, with Eiji potentially afterwards as well, Kunihiros S5 is on the JP schedule in December
Romance MD: Sens and Hoshos S3 is releasing next in JP
PLUST: S2 not announced yet
Hiatus
Kings of Paradise: Hiatus; Tsubaki and Blood Moon have been cancelled, artist is currently working on a Kop Manga
Tokyo Love Hustle: Hiatus; only Suzumu and Taro have been released. The other 3 are nowhere in sight. Compared to KOP they haven't been removed of the title yet though and still show coming soon
Liar: Main Stories of S1 & S4 on JP & some S5. However, Liar was not popular on Koi100, so the effort of archiving it in the app might have come to a stop
Console
Voltage rebranded their console department to AmuLit.
Even if Tempest: DLC is being worked on
Red Bells Lament: Main Characters got revealed and will release early 2025
Neon Mafia: TBA
Kaleido Tower: TBA

AP, via The Guardian:
A federal jury on Friday convicted a former Kentucky police detective of using excessive force on Breonna Taylor during a botched 2020 drug raid that left her dead. The 12-member jury returned the late-night verdict after clearing Brett Hankison earlier in the evening on a charge that he used excessive force on Taylor’s neighbors. It’s the first conviction of a Louisville police officer who was involved at the scene of the deadly raid. Some members of the jury were in tears as the verdict was read around 9.30pm on Friday. They had earlier indicated to the judge in two separate messages that they were deadlocked on the charge of using excessive force on Taylor but chose to continue deliberating. The jury of six men and six women deliberated for more than 20 hours over three days. Hankison fired 10 shots into Taylor’s glass door and windows during the raid, but didn’t hit anyone. Some shots flew into a next-door neighbor’s adjoining apartment. A separate jury deadlocked on federal charges against Hankison last year, while in 2022, a jury acquitted Hankison on state charges of wanton endangerment.
[...] Neither of the officers who shot Taylor – former Sgt John Mattingly and former Det Myles Cosgrove – were charged in Taylor’s death. Federal and state prosecutors have said those officers were justified in returning fire, since Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, shot at them first.
[...] Hankison was one of four officers charged by the US Department of Justice in 2022 with violating Taylor’s civil rights. Thus far, those charges have yielded just one conviction: a plea deal from a former officer who was not at the raid and became a cooperating witness in another case.
Brett Hankison, one of the Louisville Metro PD officers involved in the killing of Breonna Taylor, was convicted of using excessive force.

I adore how Voltage Inc makes doctors so romantic, dedicated, and love starved.
But wanna hear a fun fact?
The professors in my school are of a few main types:
Divorced men
Married men who cheated on their wives with students or colleagues from hospital
Unmarried women
Divorced women who were married with other doctors that cheated on them with students
Happily married (men & women) who work with dead people (forensic & pathology)
So, the only Voltage Inc doctor that has a real equivalent in my med school is Masashi Himuro from Metro PD: Close to You.

Voltage Chara Cafe Chibis 2024
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Voltage once again claimed my heart by announcing the new merch for their upcoming character cafe. Weak as i am for chibis they just had to release animal hoodie acrylics of some of our best boys.
Kasumi tries to wriggle himself into my heart more and more by now also dressing up as a red panda! It almost feels like Kurosawa stole the penguin hoodie of him :D
Of course Tsugaru just had to have something bunny themed in the picture. Nomura has to watch out not to end up in Tsugaru's bunny merch collection at this point.
Kaga and Ishigami have their signature food and just had to have matching poses. Coincidence? xD
I wonder what the animals say about our characters. They are all so very adorable! It's difficult to decide!
Anyways, if you would like to buy some chibi merch too, @lydskisses organises a group order for the event. If you are curious just contact her ;)
Who is your favorite?

Hi, I’ve never actually sent a request before so hopefully this is okay, but maybe Hotch’s adult daughter calling him dad for the first time when she’s in trouble or hurt which could also open up an opportunity for Hotch to see her mother for the first time since he found out about her
You’re gonna throw your pants in the trash when you get home. The blouse is a loss —getting blood out of champagne material is a pipe dream. But the pants were unscathed until now.
“Can you look at me?”
You lift your pounding head. The EMT cups your cheek, her lips quirked into a deep frown as she raises a small flashlight to your eyes. “Just gonna check your pupils again,” she murmurs, shining the light in your eye.
Each flash has a heated knife of pain slamming into your brain. You moan in pain and tip your head forward, wanting more than anything to lay down.
“What can I do to make you more comfortable?” the EMT asks.
“I want to go to the hospital,” you say. Surely they can fix the carving agony behind your face.
“I know. As soon as the ruckus upstairs is clear, we’re going to take you there.”
“I don’t want to sit here.” You grimace at the clammy stone under your legs. The subway is not a good place to touch things.
“It’ll be over soon. There’s a heavy police presence. You’ll be okay.”
“Got blood on my shirt,” you mumble.
“I’m sure someone will wash it for you.”
“My dad,” you say without thinking.
If you asked, Aaron would wash the blood from your shirt. He could buy you a whole new wardrobe and he would if you let him, but he would just as happily stand at the sink scrubbing away your stains.
“Ah, Mr. Hotchner,” the EMT says. “I’ve heard about him, I think we all have. He’s a very important man.”
“He’s just my dad,” you whisper.
You’re not really talking to her anymore, the thumping pain behind your eyes a wave you can’t get past. It hurts with every breath. When you hold out your hand, the EMT knows without asking that you’re going to throw up.
She’s more alarmed after that. “Okay, I’m gonna take you upstairs now, okay? I’m sorry there’s no gurney, but we just have to get to the top of the stairs.”
Each step sucks. You taste blood and vomit alike on your tongue, the daylight is too bright as you ascend the steps, and the EMT isn’t taking enough of your weight. You moan something incomprehensible even to yourself on the second to last step and cover your eyes, aware of the sirens, the roaring crowds, glass shattering at your feet.
“Shit,” the EMT says.
You search for your phone blindly, your hand lost in a pocket full of gum wrappers and tissue. “I don’t have my bag... I want my phone. Need to call my dad.”
“It’s okay,” she says, giving you an encouraging jostle to look out at the clearing sidewalk. “I can see him.”
Aaron is speed-walking through the crowd. He’s surrounded by people in Kevlar vests, but he himself wears nothing more than his usual suit and tie. His face changes when he sees you from glaring to a strange flitting panic.
“Are you all right?” he asks, jogging those last few metres to take you by the elbows. “Sweetheart, are you all right?”
Your eyes are tired. “Somebody hit me,” you say.
“I know.” His sympathy is warm, his hand smoothing up your arm as he turns on the spot. “Morgan, can we get better access down this street?”
One of the Kevlar vests doubles back the way they came. You’re trying to make sense of who you’re seeing, and what’s happening, but the confusion since you got hurt is enthusiastic. You can’t make sense of anything but the splitting pain in your head.
Aaron’s talking five miles a second and ushering you up those last few steps, a gentleness to his touch that’s absent in his barked commands.
You’ve never heard him shout like that. You can’t help staring at him.
“This is an attempted insurrection. The aggression is only going to get worse. JJ, see if you can coordinate with metro PD, make sure there aren’t any other injured civilians in the subway. Dave, I need you to run the operation while I go with her.”
“Aaron,” you say, watching his frown deepen.
“Reid, you’re with JJ. Prentiss, I want you to find who laid hands on her–”
“Aaron,” you say again, shocked.
He gives your arm a placating squeeze.
“They could still be here.” Everything he says is unarguable. He’s suddenly a monolith, and he’s freaking you out, and you’re no closer to being in the back of the ambulance than you had been ten minutes ago. “Have Garcia pull the security footage–”
“Dad,” you say in a short breath, your hand grasping weakly at his arm.
He falls silent for a moment. The agent you’re unfamiliar with becomes the man who brings you teddy bears at dinner and sends encouraging missives in the morning.
“What, sweetheart, what’s wrong?” he asks. Not gentle, but hushed.
“I think I’m gonna be sick again.”
The EMT passes you a paper bag.
You could hear a pin drop in your hospital room. Your broken nose has its own heartbeat, but that’s a feeling, rather than a sound. Aaron hasn’t spoken in a long time, he just sits there with his hand on your arm, waiting for a cue you don’t give. You’re so embarrassed about calling him dad you’ve decided to never speak to him again.
His hand occasionally comes to life, giving your arm a soft up and down.
It’s strange to suddenly have a father, but not bad. His paternal caring is a comfort with all the pain, and it doesn’t feel stilted. With Aaron it never has, he found out you were his and he immediately began to act like it, though you suppose you’ll never know how he would’ve loved you as an adult if he’d known you as a child. This feels genuine. Careful, but genuine.
“Time to take it off,” he says.
You meet his eyes.
“The ice pack,” he explains.
You drop it onto your leg, and he takes it and sets it on the rollover table instead.
“You can come and stay with me for a few days,” he suggests quietly.
“I’ll be okay.”
“Your mom’s working. I can take the time off.”
You give him a dubious look. “And then you’ll get called away and it’ll be just me and Haley in the house. That won’t be awkward at all.”
He shakes his head. “You’re hurt. You’re gonna feel dizzy for at least another day, and that’s not thinking about how hard it’s gonna be to breathe for a while. I’ll stay home, and you can get familiar with my guest room.”
“You don’t have to look after me.”
“But I want to.” He holds your wrist. “I know we aren’t a conventional father and daughter…” His brow furrows, and he looks at your hand just below his rather than your face. “I want the chance to look after you. How many times were you sick as a kid? Hundreds of times. Mostly colds, a runny nose. Maybe you– maybe you broke your arm, I don’t know. But I wish I did. I owe it to you to take care of you now.”
You give him a small smile as he raises his head.
“Just think about it,” he says, “we’ll be here all night anyways.”
“You can go home.”
“Don’t be difficult,” he says, his sincerity swapped for teasing as he stand. “I have to go find you something to eat.”
He stoops to give you a warm hug across your shoulders. You should want it to be over quickly, you smell like blood and sick and sweat, your clothes are ruined, and you’re not used to him seeing you like this, but let the feeling of his hand on your back persuade you into closing your sore eyes.
“Okay?” he asks.
“I’m okay.”
“Okay. I need to do a lap before your mother gets here anyhow. I might… be more unkind than I plan on being, otherwise.”
You laugh at his half-joke and hurt your face. He is very sorry.

Tumblr media
notes:: I love literally all of you🫶🫶 thank you SO SO SO MUCH FOR READING!!🫶🫶🤭 this is a part two but it can be read as a standalone because nothing really connects to the last part <3 really similar themes to part one but with a bit more going on… kinda..😭 just under 900 words, fem pronouns used. Mentions of blood & brian cuts his palm in a kitchen setting!
Brian chopped up some tomato, his knife skills precise and practiced. He had some oil and aromatics in his pan, preparing some pasta sauce. You, his ever faithful helper, sat on the stool at his kitchen island, peeling some carrots.
Brian liked to take charge in the kitchen, and it was a great explanation as to why he had a massive walk in refrigerator- one you’d never seen the interior of. In reality, he didn’t mind cooking, but Rudy Cooper? He loved cooking.
“So, how was your day? Spare me no details.” Brian said as he began to cut up an onion. His cutting board was on the island facing you, his pan on the stovetop sizzling behind him. “It was alright.” You swished around your wine in your glass. “I know you’re probably sick of hearing me talk about the ice truck killer.” You mumbled, taking a sip.
Brian could never be sick of you, especially not when you were talking about him. He could listen to you talk for hours, regardless of topic. It was just a little added bonus he was the subject.
“Absolutely not. I could never be sick of hearing you talk doll.” He smiled affectionately, gently pinching your cheek. You felt your own little grin as you looked down to your carrot pile bashfully.
You cleared your throat. “It’s hard. You know? He’s just- smart. Annoyingly smart.” You sighed and sipped your wine. Brian nodded, turning his back to you to add the onions and tomatoes to the pan. Frankly, you were sick of thinking about the ice truck killer. “I mean, what kind of psycho has this much precision?” You huffed.
He liked this. He liked when you inadvertently stroked his ego, it felt nice to hear it from you. His detective girlfriend. So intelligent. So close to the truth, but so far.
Brian hummed in acknowledgment, turning back to you after giving his pan a little stir. “Well you’re smart too. I have no doubt you’ll get him.” He grabbed the carrots from your little pile, cutting them into small cubes.
You sardonically exhaled in response. It had been weeks and the Miami Metro PD were getting nowhere. You looked around the kitchen, trying to be of use. You felt stumped at work, but that didn’t mean you had to be idle at home. You spotted a couple unused onions sitting on the counter.
You sprung to your feet, walking up beside Brian to grab the onions. He quirked brow at you. “What’re you doing?” He asked, genuine confusion striking his features.
“Taking the onions back to the cold room.” You announced. Before he could protest or convince you to sit back and relax you turned your back to him, already making way to the freezer.
Brian’s pulse quickened. What was he going to say? How could he manipulate this? You were going to find out. Like this. No. It wasn’t right. He had a plan. A plan to help you. He felt a cold sweat on the back of his neck.
In a split second Brian grabbed the kitchen knife, slicing open his palm. He winced loudly for dramatic effect, feeling practically nothing. He was used to far more pain, but this would do for now. You whipped around, dropping the onions as you rushed over.
“Rudy? What happened?” You stared at his slightly hunched over figure. You eyed the blood dripping down his forearms, your eyes going wide. “I cut my hand.. grabbed the knife the wrong way..” he lied, loving how much attention you were giving him.
You grabbed his hand, pulling him over to the kitchen sink. “Wash it.. clean it, just, let the water run over it… I’ll go grab your first aid kit..” you said, shaking slightly. You ran over to his bathroom, rummaging under the sink for any gauze or a first aid kit.
You pushed bottles of cleaning products out of the way, looking for old, white first aid box you’d seen countless times while sleeping over at his place. You spotted it, grabbing the kit as you made haste back to the kitchen where Brian had his hand under the running tap. “Let me see..” you peered over his side.
“It’s fine doll, really..” he titled his palm to show you the deep gash. You scrunched your face, feeling queasy at the sight of his blood. “I brought gauze. We’ll wrap it up tonight and get it checked tomorrow.” You mumbled. You looked around the kitchen, grabbing a clean hand towel. You turned off the tap and gently wrapped his hand up with the towel. “Keep it high and just make sure it’s all dry.” You instructed. “Yes detective.” He flashed you a little smirk, and you rolled your eyes fondly.
Opening up the first aid kit you grabbed a roll of gauze and some antibiotic cream. You motioned for him to come closer and he obliged, unwrapping the towel and resting his hand in your smaller one. “Jesus Rudy. That’s a big cut..” you mumbled, spreading some of the antibiotic cream on his palm. “I’m such an idiot. I was just trying to grab the knife..” he explained. You looked up at him, a little frown on your lips.
God, you fell into his trap so easily. You were just eating this up. It was adorable how easily you believed him.
You wrapped up his hand, gently, with such care and love it almost hurt his heart. “Thank you doll. I’m sure it’ll be fine.” He smiled reassuringly. You looked up at him, tenderly rubbing his cheek.
He leant in, kissing you tenderly. You smiled, slinging your arms around his neck as he peppered kisses along your face. You giggled.
It wasn’t much, but it kept you out of the freezer. That was all that mattered. His secret wasn’t just a secret, it was a gift for you- and you have no business spoiling it before it comes to fruition.
