I thought, what is metalhead Sirius without metalhead James right? Right??!

Reasoning

Do I need a reason? More than that Sirius got into metal and James was like "Oh. Yeah, me too 😊 Let's fucking go, mate!"

If they're in a band he would be vocals or drums. But I think ego boy James would like the spotlight of lead singer 😅

Aesthetics

A bit more colorful and blue-denim heavier than Sirius

Eyebrow piercing

Short mullet with an undercut

Same boots but a size smaller

Miscellaneous Thoughts

The first concert they went to, James' glasses got knocked down in the mosh and Sirius yelled at everybody to stop. It worked! Metalheads are nice :)

The second one was on a festival and they got into a fistfight with rightwing metal fans. They won. But James got his nose broken and Sirius was very worried about him.

Sirius helped James to sew all the patches on his vest because James hates sewing

James always keeps a pack of cigs in his vest pocket. He doesn't really smoke. They're for Sirius, if he has run out :)

James will get overly affectionate at concerts when he is a bit drunk and will keep kissing Sirius cheek (and occasionally his mouth 😊). Sirius always rolls his eyes but he secretly loves it very much.

When they clean their apartment they blast their favorite SOAD album and yell along

Thoughts on metalhead Sirius: (beware, this will be a bit longer)

I generally imagine him more in a 90s metal style so the timeline is a tad moved up.

Reasoning:

I think he would start out with getting into Muggle Rock music, get an electric guitar and then move on to Metal (and Punkrock - but that's not the point here xD), because the elaborate Solos are more fun to play. He always needs a challenge!

Metalheads are notorious for their luscious long hair and I am a long haired Sirius truther. I just think it suits him so well.

Just like punk, Metal is a rebellious endeavor and hence be naturally intriguing to him.

The all black and laid back fashion would work well with his character.

What I think he'd listen to:

Iron Maiden & Metallica because who can avoid these...

SOAD

KoRn

Slipknot

Sepultura

Tool

And probably a bunch of niche artists that I am not cool enough to know.

What I think he'd look like:

Long, unstyled hair.

Chunky black boots.

Black, oversized bandshirts.

Black Cargopants or loose fitting, black Jeans.

Maybe some rings, if he's feeling like it.

Ears pierced all the way up.

Misc headcanons:

He'd be the kind of tall person at concerts that let's shorter people in front of him, so he doesn't stand in the way.

If someone accompanied him to the concerts he'd protect them lovingly from the moshers. He'd be good at that 😊

Would wear his favorite bands shirts until they fell apart.

Smokes only self-rolled (idk how to say this in english) cigarettes, so his fingers always smell faintly of tobacco.

Always has dark circles under his eyes from staying up too late obsessing over some album.

Likes concerts on occasion, but perfers to listen to the CDs/cassettes at painful volume in his room (or with headphones, if he feels considerate).

Once took Peter to a concert and lost him, spend the rest of the event frantically looking for him only to find him - as wormtail - sitting in a girls neckline, being fussed over.
