I assume he wrote to Elisabeth, who he called fat that one time, but also guy from Equinox had a sister named Melissa (she died), and in the interview for Mayhem box set, he said his sister was exchanging letters with both Øystein and Pelle

Yes, that's her and Mortiis.

I often say she looks more like Mortiis than Mortiis looks like Mortiis. They were in the relationship for over a year, and he even lived with her and her mother for some time, in Sweden. Apparently, her mother was mentally ill and it seems like Ilsa and her brother were without proper parental care, which explains why she was in another country at the age of 16, and why she ran away from home.
