You start to meet him at night in hidden places

What began with rebellion turns into a genuine liking for Ches

You become really 'invested'

Until Ches and Sebastian eventually become friends

Even when they're friends, Sebastian still doesn't like him near you

"She's my baby sister! You can't date her!"

This does end up bothering you, but you really like Chive

When you do end up giving him the ultimatum, he does end up quitting cold turkey, much to your brother's disappointment [While he was glad that Chive quit, he didn't like that it made your relationship with the male stronger]

Chapter 6 : Watercolor Eyes

Daisy could feel herself tossing and turning in her sleep, sweating from her past memories resurfacing back to her.

She heard Avó in her bedroom. Her Avó was on her knees at the foot of the bed crying her eyes. Daisy was only two at the time and didn’t understand what has happened. "Av��? Você está bem? O que aconteceu?, Por que você está chorando?" (“Avó? Are you okay? What happened?Why are you crying?” ). Avó was whipping her tears and looking at her granddaughter. She walks and lifts Daisy up and puts Daisy on her bed. “"Querida, é sobre sua mãe." ("Honey, it's about your mama. ") Daisy 's eyes were wide and she was worried about her mami. “"O que aconteceu?"("What happened?") . Both her grandma and Daisy were crying. "Algo ruim aconteceu com sua mami, ela sofreu um acidente quando estava caminhando para chegar em casa do trabalho." ("Something bad happened to your mami, she had an accident when she was walking home from work. ") "Ela está bem?" ("Is she ok?") Avó was avoiding Daisy’s eyes because they are the same as her daughter's. “Ela foi morta, Margarida,” (She is dead, Daisy)Daisy cried so hard and she hugged her Avó. "Não vovó, não, ela pode estar morta, ela é minha mãe, ela é minha mãe"("No Grandma, No, she can’t be dead, she's my mama, she's my mama") she cried and cried “"Quem fez isso com ela?” ("Who did this to her?")

Avó looks at the ground. "A polícia ainda está tentando encontrar o assassino da sua mãe. Eles não sabem quem é isso." ("The police are still trying to find your mama's killer. They don't know who this to her.") They cried and cried for hours.

The young girl jumped awake from her dream, and tried to catch her breath. She glanced at the time seeing that it was 3-am, and laid back down onto her bed to stare at the ceiling. Daisy rubbed her eyes away from tears that started to form, and shut her eyes tightly. 'God don't cry. You've been crying so much lately and it's honestly stupid. No one fucking cares so just shut up and take it." She flipped her pillow to the cold side and shoved her face into the pillowcase. 'I wonder what Dee is doing... he's actually really cool. I'm glad that I'll see him tomorrow.' She thought, smiling and slipping into a calm sleep.

No no no! Not good enough, Again!" Daisy's father said, accidentally spilling a bit of scotch onto the marble floor while doing so. "Father, please let me have a break! My fingers are starting to bruise, look!" The girl held her red-ish purple fingers up to her father's face so he could get a good look, but he merely shook his head and walked behind Daisy. "You will only get a break until you have actually perfected the piece, now again." The man held his daughter's head to look at the music, and forced her to stare at the sheet music. The girl drew in a sharp breath and started to play once again. Daisy could feel her tear ducts starting to water, and her ears started to ring. "God damn it Daisy !" Her father said, before letting go of her head, and forcing her up. It wasn't until the man shoved a rag into her hands, Daisy realized that her bruises had started to bleed, and the blood smeared on the keys. "Clean this up and go. Her father sighed, and walked away leaving Daisy to clean the piano with a rag and bleeding fingers. As the young girl started to wipe the keys of blood, her mind trailed to a certain blonde haired boy and his family. 'I can't believe that the man on the plane is Dee's dad, hopefully he's not over there when I work with Dee. That'll be awkward.' She wiped up the last bit of blood and ran to her room to clean up her hands.

This looks stupid." Daisy mumbled out loud, looking down to see all of her fingers containing band-aids. She glanced at her clock and internally cringed when she saw what time it was. '4pm, I've been playing for eight hours.' She thought to herself while sighing, and walking to the closest to grab her coat. Daisy shrugged it on and made her way downstairs to meet the butler and escape the house, even if it was just for a couple of hours. As the girl snapped on her seatbelt, she couldn't help but notice her father staring at her. "I had a pack of cigarettes lying next to my coat the other day... you wouldn't have happened to know where they are would you?"He said, pulling out of the driveway. Daisy's palms started to sweat and her heart got faster as she reached a hand into her pocket and realized that she stored the cigarettes in her coat pocket on the day her bed was stolen from her. The girl awkwardly coughed and shrugged her shoulders while looking into the window, "I'm not sure. I also don't know why you would ask me." She said, mumbled the last part, noticing her father just sighed . “Please meet me back here at 8pm sharp.”The girl just gave him a strange look “Yes, father.” before taking out her backpack and leaving the car so she could walk to Dee's house.

While walking to Dee's house she saw the car drive away, so she decided to slow down her pace and lit a stolen cigarette from her pocket. As she inhaled the stale smoke from the cigarette she stopped to look above the sky. Daisy took notice of the way how the sky's shockingly beautiful orange sunset was starting to be conquered by the rain clouds that were forming. 'I hope it doesn't rain while I walk to the car.' She thought while taking in one last breath before dropping the cigarette onto the damp concrete and roughly putting it out.

“Dad please just don't be embarrassed." The blonde haired boy said, sighing nervously while looking at his father. "I promise I won't be embarrassed, I just want to know who she is! That's all!" Glam hummed, while finishing up dinner. You're gonna love her dad! She is super cool, and really funny!" Heavy said, placing an ace on the middle of the table. "Oh come on! I didn't raise my children to be cheaters! Hmph." A muscular woman said, leaning back into her seat and crossing her arms rather angrily. "Ma I didn't cheat I swear! Besides, we're both losing anyway." The two slowly looked over to Ches who was relaxed as usual, holding his cards faced down.Hey, you should really try not looking at your cards until the end. It really works." All of a sudden everyone heard a faint knock at the door. "Please everyone just... be cool. We'll be in my room for most of the time so you don't need to worry." Dee said, quickly making his way to the door and subconsciously fixing his hair. But before he could open it, his father seemingly appeared out of nowhere and opened the door. Glam's height blocked Dee from seeing the girl who was standing at the door, but he could see his father's face turn into a look of surprise. Dee finally pushed past his father to see Daisy , standing and awkwardly scratching her head and Glam’s eyes widened in his mind he thought ‘she looks a lot like Gia’"Uh hey Dee's dad. Long time no see?" The girl said rubbing her palms on her legs to rid herself of the sweat that was forming. "Wait Daisy you know my-" But before Dee could finish his dad had cut him off. "Daisy! It is great to see you! Please come inside, I've just finished making dinner! Besides I'm sure everyone would like to get to know you! We have a coat rack off to the side, if you want to take it off." Glam hummed happily and walked back to the kitchen to set the table for dinner. Dee stared back at Daisy who was shrugging off her jacket and placing it next to an almost identical one. "Wait, so how do you know my dad?" The girl finally looked back into Dee's blue eyes and smiled gently. "I called him creepy on my flight here."

You spent a lot of time together. When you were once again spending time together cooking lunch, Glam heard a strange sound. When he looked at you, about to ask what it was, he saw you with your hair down. As it turned out, your hair band broke, it was the sound of the hair band tearing that he heard

He was interested to know what you looked like with your hair down, but he was in no hurry to ask you to let your hair down, not wanting you to feel uncomfortable

He invited you to his house so that you could have dinner and watch a movie together. However, in the middle of dinner, a severe thunderstorm began outside. You came to him on foot and it would have been difficult for you to get home as well. That's why Chive invited you to stay at his place for the night. Like I could easily make and Eddie x Reader out of Glam and Victoria. Eddie the unstable metal head who all has eyes for the reader. He is normally happy and goes with the flow but the moment someone tries to mess with his family he goes off. The reader is this badass chick who has a resting bitch face who only knows how to handle problems with their fists but only has a soft spot for her man, Eddie. The moment someone talks bad about Eddie reader sees red. The reader is a little slow at times and gets mad very easily but Eddie is patient, sometimes reader is trying to do something but it is just not going their way so Eddies secretly steps in to helps reader thinks they fix the problem on their own and Eddie will praise them as if they did but would never tell the reader the truth.

Reader and Eddie meet like Glam and Ches/Chive did. Reader has been working all their life to get into the music school trying to follow the path her family wants her to have. May I ask what type of requests you take/don't take (apart of morally unacceptable ones, that is)? What are your thoughts on x readers? Do you do pairings/ships? If so, which ones? What tropes do you like writing the most and the least? How much do you follow and ignore of the official canon? Do you have any favorite characters or any that you are more close to? Which? And lastly, for the sake of taking that out of the way, how do you feel about NSFW?

Hello! Thanks so much for sending an ask in; I'll try and answer these as comprehensively as possible and hope the read more feature works because this is going to be long!

In terms of what I will write, I'm pretty flexible! Angst, fluff, romance, I like to keep my options open tonally!

I've never written x readers and I can't say I have a huge interest in doing so in the future. Respect to people who do, though! There's clearly a huge market for it and I do have a level of nostalgia for that kind of contnet.

When it comes to Metal Family, my taste in ships is incredibly milquetoast. I'm a huge Glam/Vicky and Glam/Ches enjoyer! I also like Dee/Lif in an 'aww, these kids are so lame, they deserve each other' way.

Oooh, tropes! Well, if my works are anything to go by, I'm a sucker for flashbacks (do they count as a trope? I'm gonna say yes). Mutual pining is super fun, and I generally love writing anything with a lot of banter. On the flip side, I'm not a big fan of slow burn or enemies to lovers. I don't tend to think in 'tropes', I guess! Everything can be pulled off amazingly or failed miserably, so I try not to judge a story based on what tropes may be present.

I adhere to canon pretty strictly where I can. I know a lot of people like to mold characters for their stories and put them in extreme scenarios, but I prefer to work with what's already established! Which is pretty tough with an ongoing show like MF, where anything I've written could be contradicted by a later episode at any given time. The official comic says the Freaks' original recording space was in Lordi's house and not Bob's like I mentioned in my fic, Gettin' The Band Together!, and it tears me up inside.

My favourite character is, to no one's surprise, Glam! I've written several fics about him already and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I'd say he's my main favourite to write, but characters like Lydia and Ches really surprised me with how much I ended up loving writing them.

As for NSFW? I can't say I have any plans to dip my toe into that kind of thing at the moment; I CANNOT imagine being any good at writing it and frankly I don't have a whole lot of interest. I'll leave that kind of content to the pros.

Okay, this is probably WAY more thorough than you wanted, I kinda underestimated how much I was going to ramble. But I hope this is the kind of answer you were looking for! I actually had a LOT of fun answering these, I'd love more questions like these in the future!

But I’ve found the time and motivation to write here, so let’s get into it!

Dee x Girly!Fem!Reader Pt.2

-You arrived with Dee at his house, super nervous. I mean, you were meeting his folks. Most people get nervous.

-You made sure to wear your nicest skirt with a cute blouse and natural makeup. Didn’t want to cake yourself up like other times.

-Once you arrived at the door, arm hooking around Dee’s, you were practically trembling. Shaking in your damn sneakers.

-He reassured you, of course, and insisted that they would love you no matter what. And that if they didn’t, they could take it up with him. You two walked in the house to find no one there.

-Dee called for his parents, Glam was changing the strings on ‘Gibson’ and Victoria was working on a motorcycle. She came to you with gloves covered in motor oil. Glam arrived with perfect hair, perfect makeup and perfect nails, as always.

-Dee introduced you as his girlfriend and you went around shaking hands shyly, telling them how nice it was to meet them. Glam hesitated a bit, and Victoria grumbled under her breath with a light scowl. You just brushed it off and introduced yourself in more depth. Your name, what class you were in, etc…

-It took Glam maybe 5 seconds to get accustomed to you. He was kind of shocked at first. Hair all done up, with a mainly pink outfit. You looked like the polar opposite of his son. But then he noticed you were nice, and loosened up.

-Victoria however…

-She stared. Hard. Like she was wondering what this thing was doing in her house with her son. She was made fun of as a kid by ‘girly girls’ , so she’s very distant at first. That, and she’s very protective of her children, like a mama bear. Was very condescending and passive-aggressive for the entire time.

-‘So, (f/n), what do you do for… fun?’

‘Oh! Well, going shopping, trying new looks, getting my nails done… As well as the standard stuff, like watching TV and listening to music.’

‘Of course you do…’

-‘And, uh, how did you two meet?’

‘I was paired up with him for a science project, and we just hit it off.’

‘Yeah, ma. She’s real smart.’

‘Oh, is she? Wouldn’t have expected that…’

-You definitely noticed this behavior and clinged to Dee most of the time, in a very closed manner. Glam was just happy to be there, but also picked up on Victoria’s ways.

-Dee had to keep hyping you up, because you were too intimidated by Vicky to speak up about the way she spoke to you. It wasn’t aggressive, but definitely rude.

-Yeah, she was kind of an asshole at first.

-Glam cleared his throat every time Vicky was mean, as a way to tell her to stop, but she wouldn’t.

-Heavy was overhearing from his room, and figured he should go down so he could chat with you, but he quickly became intrigued. Just chose to listen to his mother’s comments, brows furrowing further each time.

-By the time she’s done interrogating and making you feel small, you decide it’s time for you to leave. Glam expresses his feelings of gratitude, saying he’s joyful Dee is happy with such a lovely young woman :)

-Vicky grumbles.

-Dee offers to walk you home, like a good boyfriend, but you deny his help, claiming you’re fine on your own. You wanted to show his mother you didn’t need Dee for everything, even if he was glad to give it to you.

-The second the door closed behind you, Heavy trampled down the stairs to join his brother and father in a group frown. They stared at Vicky for a good while, until Dee burst.

‘Ma, what the hell!?! What do you have against (f/n)?!?’

‘Yeah, you were mean to her for no reason!’

‘Vicky, you were excessively harsh with her.’

‘What, you’re defending that bimbo?’

-Dee would never cuss out his parents, but he came damn close. -Absolutely raging, he raised his voice to tell her off, only to trudge off to his room and slam the door. Heavy followed him into his room, also expressing his disappointment.

-She got super defensive, yelled , stood up, and left for the garage. Glam followed her after he apologized to Dee and gave him a talk on why his mother was acting this way.

-Glam knows Vicky, and he makes sure to not press any buttons and tread carefully. If she tells him to leave her alone, he will, and he’ll try again in 5 minutes.

-Once she’s taken her anger out on a punching bag, she allows Glam to speak with her.

-He explains how she was rude to their son’s girlfriend, giving multiple examples, and asks why. Even if he already knows why. He also adds how she seems to be upset about their son’s girlfriend being feminine, but she certainly doesn’t mind it when he’s feminine.

12 hours of labor later, Johnny Wayne Munson arrived. A full head of brown curls, screaming his little lungs out. Disgruntled from the cold air of the sterile hospital room. He only settled when he was placed on his mother’s chest. Soothed from the warmth of her skin. 

Y/N caressed her son’s head as tears ran down her face. 

“Hi Baby Boy,” she cooed. “We’ve waited for a long time for you to arrive.” 

She looked over at Eddie who was also crying with a smile on his face. 

“Yes,” she stated. 

He blinked. “What?”

“I never gave you an answer. Yes, Eddie. I will marry you.” 

He didn’t think it was possible for his smile to get any bigger, but his girl just proved him wrong. He was too choked up to respond so he just nodded his head. 

He reached into his pocket and retrieved the box. Eddie grabbed her hand and slipped the ring onto her finger before he kissed her knuckles. He stood up from the uncomfortable hospital chair and pressed his lips to hers in a chaste kiss. He cupped Johnny’s head and kissed his hair. 

“This is the best day of my life.”
