I'm gonna be real with you guys I have on multiple random occasions imagined a reality (outside of Archie Sonic) where both Tails Doll and Metal Tails exist, but also where Metal Sonic has become possessive protective over them as his little buddies

I am imagining a picture of Metal Tails and Metal Sonic holding hands while supporting Tails Doll in the middle with their other hands (like Tails Doll sitting on their outstretched robot hands they stuck together for him to sit) in my minds eye

I'm thinking back to one of my earlier Metdoll posts and imagining Metal Sonic growing to trust only Metal Tails when it can't be him to look out for Tails Doll or plant him on occasion. I do think about Metal Tails sort of looking in on Metdoll from the outside and somehow organically managing to join that group, even if it's out of the small desire to understand why those two are the way they are. I think about Metal Tails coming to experience by accident what he merely could not understand and wanted to understand before. And...I think of all three of them taking care of each other and fighting together

Even though I think I love the idea (or potential rather) for Metdoll more, I also just think that Metal Sonic should be afflicted with the little buddy effect. Even the robot should be not immune to what Sonic parallels experience, and sometimes that extends to happening to take on multiple...

something i will never ever understand on tumblr is the persistent arguing on how binary trans people are "allowed" to look like and be represented. I think the internet has brainrotted even trans people and tricked them into thinking every binary trans person either looks hypermasc or hyperfem irl since the only trans people that get popular are typically those types, since their looks cater to what cis people want from us. I'm going to break the news to you that I have met 20+ and more different trans guys irl and 80% of them are dudes with shitty mustaches and bikini tops. I am literally the only trans guy I know irl who binds. Majority of us like to be feminine and wear feminine things no matter our medical transition status. It is not offensive, weird, or disrespectful to represent a trans guy like this in art. Its just the fucking real world. Please go move to a larger city and understand queer masculinity and queer femininity exists

Maybe the reason Ai - the 15th Clara Doll - "has yet to come" as the Rebellion production notes say, is because she is not solely Homura's familiar.

In the Wraith Arc, the presence inside her Soul Gem that guides Homura at her lowest moment is a being sprung from her and Madoka's mutual feelings. A sentiment so powerful it allowed a new miracle to emerge.

It is only when she is ready to hear the truth about this fact and when she decides to utilise her love as a positive force that defends Madoka that she can see this being.

The Clara Dolls are facets of Homura's "dirty", "lowly" self that she considers should bring punishment upon her. However, Ai is different, because she is not individualistic like the rest and is not inherently negative as her other "sins".

This is why it is Homura herself who seemingly adorns her garments by Rebellion's climax. The source of her strength and her ugliest, most undeserving side. A desire useful only for granting Madoka an escape from her fate, no matter how temporary. Certainly not meant for reciprocation.

And so, as long as Madoka can't remember these feelings and Homura refuses to perceive their existence, Ai can't properly manifest.
