I actually don't think I published this one, but I wrote this one for a discord server game.

I titled it,

Morro, of the Wind

            Wind whistled in his ears as he fell.

            Once, he feared that noise. Even a simple breeze felt like a knife’s tip brushed across his skin, just light enough to not to cut. 

            Now, he plummeted below the flying ship and away from the voices of his teammates, eyes shut as he relished the roaring of the wind in his ears.

            When the blonde was about to ram into the ground, his leathery wings stretched out. He swooped just above a field. Lloyd twisted and dragged his hands and the fluffy tip of his tail through the grass.

            The boy got bored of playing with the blades, and rapidly flapped upwards. He rocketed through the clouds. The Dragoni left his wings spread and rode the wind currents high above the ground. Any thoughts were overrun by the rushed wind.

            Above the clouds, there was only the open blue sky and the fluffy tops of clouds. No responsibility, no rules, no people to save. Just the sky, the clouds, himself, and a purplish blob following him.

            …wait, what?

            He halted, and the clouds below him spun out of the way of his flapping wings that held him in place. Emerald eyes scanned the horizon for that strange purple thing he saw.

            He looked, and looked, and looked. It’s like the thing vanished, Lloyd thought to himself.

            “...hello?” Lloyd rotated his scaly ears, and listened for any tell-tale noise of movement.

            All he could hear was the wind.

            He hesitantly returned to the air current, but this time he was fully alert; eyes and ears darted in search for anything not cloud and sky.

            This time he would catch it.

            As he waited patiently, boredom seeped in. He could also feel his not often used muscles aching. He should really fly more.

            Lloyd shook his head. He was losing focus! He glanced around quickly, and hoped he found the purple mystery.

            He saw it. Lloyd launched himself after it, and the thing ran. Flew? Whatever it was doing, it was fast. 

            It’s like the wind’s boosting it, Lloyd thought. No, it’s like it is the wind.

            Flashes of Nya merging with the ocean came to mind. He grimaced, and ignored the images in favor of speeding up.

            The purplish thing ducked underneath the clouds. So that’s how it’s been hiding, Lloyd realized as he followed.

            The sight of rocky cliffs that dropped to the ocean emerged from the clouds. The purple blob swirled down to the jagged edge of a cliff. The blonde swooped after it, and the two landed on the rock ledge.

            It seemed to pulse, as if it was trying to decide its shape. Like Nya did after she merged, his mind supplied more unpleasant memories that Lloyd ignored. It formed into a familiar person, one more popular in his nightmares; Morro. 

            “Hello,” Morro didn’t exactly speak; it was more like an echo, or the breeze mimicking words. “You are familiar to me. I know you.”

            The words sounded like Morro, but far away and lacked the ghostly distortion.

            “Lloooo… Lloyd?” the wind figure tested, as if he was saying it for the first time.

            “Yeah,” he replied on instinct. 

            “I wronged you… I hurt you.”

            “Yeah."

            The wind picked up, and Morro began to fade. “I…”

            Whatever words he said next were stolen by the swirling wind, and Morro disappeared. 

            Lloyd sat there, his wings sagged in confusion. He stayed there until the Destiny's Bounty arrived and his siblings yelled at him for flying off.

Morrotober Day 1! Elements!

And so it begins! I definitely won't be doing every day but I'll try and do at least 1 or 2 a week. I'm so annoyed I have so little free time these days when all I wanna do is draw and play silly games.

Was a bit stumped on the prompt but I eventually decided on a Merged with Wind design. I had a super cool idea for a drawing of both Morro and Euphrasia but it was too hard for the amount of time I had so looks like I'm shelving that idea for later.

ninjago au where cloud kingdom is the TVA and morro is Loki. Lloyd teams up with him instead of a female version of Morro. They have to stop the ninjago multiverse from existing.

Green Ninja & Jade Princess

Among the Elemental Alliance, one member stands out for being "down to earth" and marketing herself to the people of Ninjago City. The Green Ninja, Master of Flora. This member's popularity would lead to a particular interest from Lloyd among his fascination with the Elemental Alliance, never knowing that the identity of his hero is his own mother.

Rambunctious, cocky, and with the mouth of a sailor that she miraculously keeps out of her public image, Koko is the youngest member of the Elemental Alliance, and thus is treated almost exclusively like a rookie. Acronix, Left hand of Time, in particular often gets stuck with her, turning eventually into a begrudging friendship. While Acronix admits that Misako has grown close to him, he also says that Koko doesn't really know him.

Around the same time-frame, Master Wu, Son of the First Spinjitzu Master, and leader of the Elemental Alliance, discovered a starving orphan girl who had broken into the Monastery of Spinjitzu desperately in search of something to placate her hunger. Motivated partly by kindness, partly by pity, and partly in envy of other child-bearing families across Ninjago city, the sensei adopted the young girl, and named her Harumi, treating her like Royalty and giving her the title "The Jade Princess" after her birth-stone.

Years would pass and the girl would grow increasingly close to Misako, almost seeing the Green Ninja as an older sister. (A bad influence that everyone else in the Elemental Alliance were eager to point out.) Desiring to imitate Koko and the others, and eager to help protect NInjago city, Harumi trained under Koko and believed herself to be ready to unlock her elemental power.

Unfortunately, elemental powers do not come to everyone. And after many increasingly dangerous attempts at unlocking such a power, A tipping point was reached when Koko began to shut Harumi out, believing that she truly was a bad influence that would only hurt Harumi in the end. Hurt that her closest friend would abandon her like that, and even more angry that her adoptive father seemed to agree with such a course of action, Harumi ran away from the Monastery, vowing to achieve her elemental powers no matter what stands in her way.

Man, I really have been holding back on the content, haven't I?

I've been really busy for the last few months and as a result all of the development I've made hasn't even made it past the thought stage. (Although the Full Story Outline document was never any semblance of complete since I first made it.)

Initially I was going to wait way longer to reveal Harumi's role in the story, (Although only about a 4th of it has been revealed thus far,) but I had the idea of making Koko a previous Green Ninja based on how she was the Lady Iron Dragon in the Ninjago Movie, and I knew that was the kind of idea that should be got out of the way early, and one thing led to another, and in fleshing out Koko's doodles I ended up finally making a reference for Harumi, and figured this wasn't a bad time to do her official reveal.

Au where Lloyd realises Arin is going through a “i wanna be a villain” phase every first student goes through and after an argument none of the ninja, not even Nya, can stop the annoyed Lloyd from dragging every single one of them out to the training yard before this petty loser summons Morro in front of all of them.

And Morro, trying to deal with whatever bull he’s been facing after the merge, stands absolutely baffled when Lloyd gestures to him saying to some random kid “Do you really wanna end up like him??”

Best part is that when they both get into an argument again and all the ninja and including the new gen give up on stopping them, Morro holds a hand up and says “wait wait wait, for the love of GOD. Do NOT tell me you’re trying to do that whole evil first student thing too.” And then this mf joins Lloyd in lecturing Arin in gruesome detail about his life and regrets in just as much annoyance. And this time Arin just stands there horrified thinking ‘maybe I should rethink this…’

All the ninja are horrified. (Well, they actually just kinda gave up. They’ve learnt that every green ninja, wannabe or not, are all incredibly stubborn.)

Sora, Wyldfyre, and Euphrasia are all equally terrified.

Lloyd knew this would happen. They didn’t share one brain for at least a month for nothing.

Morro merged with the wind and normal Kai

No hello? Hi? How are you? Nothing before dropping me with the COOLEST CONCEPT EVER???

(Also this is quite literally my SCP au Destinyshipping lol)

The wind seems to adore Kai. Making his fire stronger, getting more active when he's outside. The wind dragons in the First Realm trust him endlessly. When Kai's in a good mood, the wind is ruffling through his hair, and some part of him knows that deep down, it's Morro, telling him hello.

And if someone's pissing Kai off? Threatening his friends? Threatening him? The wind seems to pick up faster around him, keeping all the dangers away. Kai is the wind's favorite ninja, commanding it almost as much as he does fire.

Guys hear me out -- Ninjago DR AU where Morro manages to leave the Departed realm (or the space that used to be the Departed realm but is now in the merged lands) and kind of. appears on the ninja's doorstep. He's held on to a bit of his power as a way of defying destiny. The ninja absolutely hate the idea of keeping him around but he's the only one who can properly teach Euphrasia and also knows what's going on in the Departed realm.

And because he's still technically only like fifteen, not having aged since he died, he's now actually more similar in age to Sora, Arin, Wyldfire and Euphrasia than the OG ninja. Even Lloyd is/acts older than him.

He's the designated gay emo cousin of the monastery. People would definetly use that plant mister that Lloyd has on him when he's being annoying if it wouldn't kill him.

Ninjago AU: Shatter Squad

With the insanity that has been the Ninjago Community on Halloween 2024, I personally an most excited to see Jay join the Forbidden Five and the return of Morro. And ever since then, I've had this really cool idea for an AU. I haven't started it since season 3 of Dragons Rising hasn't even been officially revealed yet, but when the time is right I swear I'm gonna make it a reality no matter what BS I have to use to make it work.

After the Forbidden Five have been dealt with, Jay is separated into two separate people. There is Jay Walker, the Blue Ninja and Elemental Master of Lightning who went missing in the Merge, and Ranga, the Former Forbidden Sixth and unknowing Elemental Master of Electricity who first woke up in the Administration after the Merge.

As a result of the Ninja healing Jay's shattered soul, his shattered half and post-merge memories were expelled from Jay and found themselves a new body. That is when Ranga, a Wolf Formling who looks very much like Jay with wolf ears and a tail, was born.

The Element of Electricity is very similar to Lightning, in a way that Heat is similar to Fire. Electricity can't match the power of Lightning and the user cannot generate their own, but its a lot better at controlling the output of electricity and absorbing electricity from other sources. The Master of Electricity can also store computer data and intercept radio signals since they're both forms of communication that rely on electricity, although the Master cannot understand this information without something to output it to.

At the same time, Morro is wandering around aimlessly through the Merged Realms with no Element to wield, no Master to serve, no place to call home, and no purpose in life except to survive (Lore and Details TBD).

Ranga and Morro meet up and become quick friends due to their shared trauma of living in another Ninja's shadow and no longer being the Master of their original Elements. They start traveling through the Merged Realms together.

Ranga, having learned Shatterspin from the Forbidden Five themselves with no need for a Wolf Mask, offers to teach Morro. As a former Elemental Master, he still has the spark of mastery required to learn it and it won't leave him completely defenseless in these dangerous and uncharted Merged Lands.

While Ranga teaches him Shatterspin, Morro points out how unhealthy and self-destructive the ideology is. As a result, Ranga refines both himself and his teachings to become less violent and hateful while Morro is able to better defend himself with Shatterspin.

Ranga's version of Shatterspin becomes less about "Forcing the world to bend to your will" and "Strength is Everything", to "Being the change you wish to see in the world" and "Using your pain to prevent others from feeling it".

Ranga and Morro often train together, Morro practicing his Shatterspin and Ranga practicing fighting in his Wolf Form. Ranga's weapons of choice are Nun-chucks and a Sickle, depending on the situation (Jay's weapon of choice, a Kusarigama, split into two). Morro's weapons of choice are a dual bladed Glaive (like in the leaked set) and a retractable Bo staff (in memory of Wu).

Eventually they come across a village that is being harassed by Wolf Clan Remnants, Wolf Clan Warriors whose masks have fused to their faces, becoming these cursed, half-human half-wolf creatures, like the Lycan King but smaller and less formidable.

Ranga and Morro fight them off and the Wolf Clan Remnants retreat, and the village thanks them and gives them food and shelter. The village leader tells them that the Remnants will be back unless they deal with the Alpha. They promise food, money, and whatever they can spare to help them with their problem. Morro convinces Ranga to help and he reluctantly agrees because they are broke.

When the Remnants next attack, their Alpha comes with them to raid. Morro deals with the Warriors while Ranga faces off against the Alpha. Unlike the others, the Alpha's mask hasn't fully fused to their face, they have Shatterspin armor, and they can use the type of Shatterspin that a Wolf Mask provides. The Alpha's attacks are strong and relentless, but wild and uncoordinated.

During the fight, Ranga reaches his True Potential and discovers he's the Master of Electricity by switching his goal from beating the Alpha to saving him by removing the mask, accepting the part of himself that wants to help people instead of hiding it away out of fear of being left behind again. When he's pinned down by the Alpha, he absorbs the electricity of the village and uses it to subdue the Alpha, knocking them out. Ranga removes the Mask and the Alpha is revealed to be Cinder.

When Cinder awakens a day or two later, he's hostile to Ranga and Morro but explains his situation (Details TBD, but excessive use of the Wolf Masks made him lose control and his memory becomes hazy).

Ranga and Morro talk and decide that if left alone, Cinder will just keep using a Wolf Mask and eventually fully succumb to the Wolf Mask. They decide to train him in their way of Shatterspin in the hopes of leading him down a better path. Cinder jumps at the chance at learning the Five's true techniques, but Ranga warns him that he's teaching him HIS way of Shatterspin and that he must follow everything he says to the letter, much to Cinder's chagrin.

After talking to Ranga about finding his True Potential, Morro decides to follow a feeling he's been having and the trio decides to set out towards an area that has been experiencing bad storms ever since the Merge.

On their way to the storm, Ranga and Morro train Cinder, starting with getting him to calm down and learn patience and control. They give him an incense lantern on the end of a chain (like in his concept art) to learn discipline. At first Cinder thinks its stupid and beneath him, but reluctantly comes around when Ranga explains a storm that happens only once a decade is more destructive than a storm that happens every week because the people affected have less experience on how to deal with it. This Incense chain eventually becomes Cinder's weapon of choice, along with two Scimitars.

Eventually when they reach the edge of the Storm-lands, they explain their mission to a village leader who explains that the eye of the storm is the peak of a nearby mountain and offers them a reward if they can stop the storm that wrecks havoc on them constantly.

At the top of the mountain, the trio finds the Storm Amulet that went missing along with Wojira at the end of Seabound. Morro keeps it and learns that because he is the Former Master of Wind, he can tap into the powers of the Amulet as long as he keeps the Amulet on him (in this AU, the Amulet is only about 4 inches in diameter instead of the size of someone's entire torso).

After the mission is over, the trio decide to keep traveling together and helping the people of the Merged Lands, officially forming the Shatter Squad.

Eventually I wanna add two other members to Shatter Squad to mirror the Forbidden Five, but who those members are is TBD. The only other non-OC character I can think of adding is Jordana as the resident Magic User who can use Shatterspin due to Rox possessing her, but DR seems to already be doing something with her so I'm not confident in adding her just yet.

So is Morro evil in the Golden AU thingy? Or is he just a chill parasite who’s letting Euphrasia do her own thing??

Yes and no. He was originally brought back a few weeks before the merge by Nya to help her escape a destroyed Merlopia and infected The merge gave him an escape and he found himself drawn towards the cloud kingdom. He begun basically haunting the place and trying to get people to fall off the platforms Euphrasia took notice and managed to trick him into a trap. Morro got trapped in an abandoned building, unable to leave, Euphrasia visited him often to check on him. They eventually bonded (all I can imagine is Euphrasia trying to throw a tea party with Morro) and Euphrasia became his host (My idea is that the gold's effect on who it's infected is weaker when the infected has someone to be their anchor, essentially almost turning them back to normal). So Morro doesn't suffer from the gold's effects as much as the others since he got an anchor (Euphrasia) pretty quickly into his infection After a little accident where Euphrasia tried to return another infected to normal, the cloud kingdom was destroyed and she had to rise to power to keep it running. Not to mention that Morro got permanently injured and is unable to reach his full power anymore Morro usually stays by Euphrasia's side and usually just goes with whatever she wants, he does try to keep her away from danger. Usually he's in a dragon form around her shoulders (his dragon form used to be big but after the injury he's around Riyu's height) Though he ends up betraying them during part 2, when Nya gets introduced TY TY TY SO MUCH FOR THE ASK!!! GAHH i love getting asks about this au have a doodle I made of them (I did this months ago so Euphrasia's hair and Morro's non-dragon design is outdated)

Villain AU

So basically this AU just follows canon but every time the ninja gets corrupted, something goes wrong and they stay corrupted.

Nya was the first one to get corrupted due to having dark matter inside her longer than the others. After the defeat of the overlord, they thought that she was cured but the dark matter that had been docile the entire time appeared once more when she became one with the ocean.

Kai got turned when he took the staff of elemental from Chen, he was corrupted by power and the longer the staff stayed in his hand, the more corrupted he became to the point a voice manifested within his mind which was revealed to be the ego of the corrupted staff.

Lloyd got corrupted when Morro possessed him. Something went wrong with the possession and Morro's ego was merged with Lloyd, causing him to grow resentment towards Wu since Morro didn't forgive him in this AU.

Tino got corrupted when the organization managed to take control over him but instead of doing what he was ordered, the chip fired his brain and left him with a psychopathic mentality.

When Zyro was being threatened by Harumi, she had attached something onto Zyro's stone in order to control them but instead, it made them merge with their dragon form and send them to a rampage.

Zane got stuck as the Ice Emperor since Jay and Cole couldn't bring him back with just them and Nya was fighting the dark matter within her which was starting to act up.

During Prime Empire, the three remaining ninja lost Jay since he had forced his way into the game's code, becoming the Emperor of Prime Empire.

Due to this development, he became a glitch in the world and sometimes traveled between the game and reality, kidnapping players.

With only Cole and Nya, they made their way to Shintaro but after Vangelis was defeated, the skull abandoned him and possessed Cole instead.

Due to his growing sense of hopelessness over the loss of his teammates, the skull won over Cole and he became the new Skull Sorcerer.

With only Nya left, she eventually gave up hope and became one with the ocean after Kalamaar's attack.

Fun Fact:

- The first letter of their names got changed to V so that it doesn't get confusing during annual dimensional gatherings. So Vino, Vai, Vole, Vay, Vya, Vane, Vloyd. Only Zyro's name was changed to Cygnus since that's what the Tino of that world called them

- Vino, Cygnus and Vai is an item in this AU

- Vino was the one who amputated Vloyd when his brain got fried by the chip during a sparing session

- Vay talks with lots of static in his voice so barely anyone can understand him most of the time, he goes to a speech therapist after reformed~

- Vole is still a glutton in this AU and has luscious long hair

- Vya can't talk and drowns people when she's upset

- Vane's that one character that always give silent judgemental look when his family is being idiots

- They all go to therapy after being reformed

- Vino's gun has explosive bullets so he likes to trap his victim in a forcefield after shooting at them and boom! Roasted victim

- Vya smacked Vane one time for freezing the ocean

- Vino and Cygnus was the first one to appear before Tino and his family and pretty much chased them through dimensions

- Vole hates cake

- Vai still have the voice in his head even after the staff was broken

I'll probably add more when it comes to mind 🤔

so glad u asked but also i have like a bunch of AUs so heres One of them. lol. notes on the image but basically yea the 3 of them get separated in the merge. with their job, harumi&echo move around a lot and therefore its harder for morro to encounter them... but i imagine one day he does and its a very tearful occasion lol. i dont think they'd be separated for terribly long, probably 2-3 years at most. and then by time dragons rising happens they all travel together gathering information abt the merged realms for lloyd (and also for funsies). morro is powerless as of the merge because he unconsciously let go of them, and they found a new host (ykw), but he doesn't meet her until after dr s1e5 when the ninja meet her and lloyd contacts him later and is like. lol you'll never guess who i met. i don't imagine him becoming euphrasia's mentor or anything but he probably is a bit judgy of her initially and then he chills out & offers his help if she ever needs it (but hes fairly certain she can handle herself and he doesnt need to do much, hes got better things to do). echo really really loves traveling around (both while working for the admin & after with the other 2 together) because he's spent so much time always stuck in the same places... but also working for the admin was hard bc harumi didnt have all her memories and wouldnt leave and he missed morro(🙄)

Quick dragons rising theory (?):

This whole shattered soul thing reminds me of this lore i made on my own ninjago AU where morro has a shattered soul caused by the preeminent and now I’m thinking that if Jay ends up having a shattered soul then the ninja might try helping him using the only obvious source, the realm filled with souls called the DEPARTED DAMN REALM

This may actually also be the best way to explain wtf is happening in the departed realm because how is a realm for the people who are dead and gone and should no longer EVER enter the realm of the living is going to be effected by being forcefully merged with realms of the living.

Like genuinely wouldn’t they have to find a way to manage to still have some sort of after life??? What about the Fsm?? Sensei Garm(who’s presumably still in the departed realm)?? Chen? Cryptor? Samukai? The stone army? Dr Julien? Lilly? The other previous elemental master? Theres also the obvious Morro???

And if we’re still talking about Jay, we know Ed and Edna are gonna be big parts in his arc, but what if Libber and Cliff help fix Jay’s soul whilst Ed and Edna help return his memories??

Lololol it would be way funnier if Morro has to be their guide and gets guilt tripped inti doing it.

So I have made an AU.

It’s called the Ninjago Switch AU, where I trade the characters life situations and merge their personalities, but keep their overall looks and powers the same.

Here’s the plan for these guys:

Cole <—> Zane

Arin <—> Sora

Akita <—> Vania

Harumi <—> Morro

Let’s pray I can make it past Cole and Zane without giving up

Inverse!Au

1. Would Chad be more jealous of Skylor here since the Elemental Compass is publicly available?

2. How much does Olivia change personality-wise? Are her and Nya still friends? How does she become Samurai X?

3. How does Darkley's go in this universe? Would Sally be Harumi's Brad?

4. Would Morro have died in the Merge for it to end up with Euphrasia?

5. Is there no "Jade Princess" Harumi in the verse?

Since Chen's still parading Skylor around as his "crowing jewel" and this time with unlimited restriction for doing so, Chad's jealousy is probably worse because people beyond just his family know that he's the "Inferior" cousin + he's got more room to be vocally annoyed about it, rather than taking it out on the other EMs in his vicinity (but then again, he wouldn't meet the Core Four until way later, and Lloyd probably wouldn't wind up at high school here, so maybe he's more arrogant but also less of a bully)

2. Olivia's still friends with Nya, not directly opposing her since they both have the goal of "not letting Lloyd go crazy with power", plus since she didn't grow up with the Shark Army, her world view isn't horribly twisted and mangled either. She becomes Samurai X because she wants help Nya with her Ninja Stuff + find Kai, but since Olivia doesn't have an Element Nya thinks its too dangerous, so Olivia gets Bridget to build a shark-like Samurai X mech for her. The shark thing is just a coincidence, though.

3. For kicks and giggles since Lloyd is the one that still runs away to Darkley's (since he was told his power could be used for "Evil" and thus thinks he's should just fully throw himself into it + there's no Green Ninja prophecy), Lloyd doesn't get expelled from Darkley's—rather he's shunned for being too evil, which also sends him into a mental crisis. As there's no gag order here either, info about the Serpentine isn't hidden from the public either -> his mom had been openly studying the locations of all their tombs (which was how *he* even knew of them in the og verse), Lloyd doesn't need the Map of Dens to eventually wind up at Pythor's tomb.

4. lol yeah (still maintaining that "early death" trend wind descendants have~) That, or in this au Euphrasia just never gets powers (and Roby does lmao)

5. Nope~ (......at least, not in a way I can explain without giving away fun spoilers for the og-verse. But here she's definitely got no connection to any sort of royalty, so)
