I was a little unsure about the sense of this question, to be quite honest. I picked this one from Keane for two reasons. It's a song that held so much meaning for me when I was a teen, it felt just like i felt back then - often lost, afraid i'll be left behind, you know end of high school feelings. Now that I'm older, it doesn't make me feel so sad anymore, because while I do still feel like that sometimes, well, I also know it gets better. SO. There is that. It's also because it links me to a few different people in my life, people I've lost touch with, and people who I changed along with. So I guess in this sense, it has many meanings for me ^^

Here's one the song that can always pick me up. If I'm really down, if I need to do something but can't bring myself to, if I just feel terrible, I put it on and everything becomes just a little better by the time the second chorus comes up and I 100% sing with it. Never fail =3

29:A song that you remember from your childhood

This song came out when I was in elementary school. That year my class went to the beach for ten days, and we learned the song for the little end-of-trip show, 26 years later I still know it by heart lol all the kids would sing it the whoooole summer! We loved it so much. I was such a fan that Essence Ordinaire is actually the very first CD I ever owned! (it's a bit deceptive regarding Zebda's music, their lyrics are usually a bit more thoughtful and serious tone and I really recommend their music, but this one? an absolute summer bop).
