Epic: The Musical AU idea
Instead of Athena being Odysseus mentor, it's Aphrodite. I called it 'Warrior of The Heart AU'
Athena's 'Quick Thought' is 'Instant Love' for Aphrodite, it's basically the same. Just with more pink and love aspects, and instead of a hourglass it's a harp. Athena challenge of the boar is a dove for Aphrodite.
Aphrodite will have the ability to transform into sea foam like in Neal Illustrator animatic. She can also summon roses(vines, flowers, thorns, and petals), inspired by Noir.Hycainth animatic
Aphrodite uses a battle axe, it's larger than her because I love that trope. She decorated her axe with ribbons and flowers. Her axe is called 'Beauty of War'. Her fightung style is based on Aikido, a Japanese fighting style. Odysseus will have aspects of this style in his fighting because of Aphrodite
Also this Aphrodite is the war goddess version of her. She also didn't start the Trojan War, because she wouldnt be able to be Odysseus mentor. The Trojan War was caused by Eris, same way as Aphrodite did.
The Wisdom Sage will be called the Love Saga, Aphrodite will still help Telemachus
The God Games still happens in this AU with some changes. Athena will take Aphrodite place, Circe will take Ares place, and Hermes takes Hephaestus place. Only Zeus, Hera, and Apollo stay the same. Aphrodite will still get injury by Zeus in this AU.
(Feel free to add anything or something. Just credit me ♡)

Some silly father headcanons for Elpenor and Polites:
Tumblr media
I’ve only thought of the Elpenor one recently after coming up with an AU where every main person (Elpenor, Eurylochus, Polites, and Perimedes) have their own god/goddess mentor. Buuutt,, I’ve had this Polites one for so long. I’ve just always loved the idea of him being related to Aphrodite in one way or another. Definitely prefer him not being her son tho so…grandson works :3

in your warrior Penelope au is Athena still Odysseus's mentor? or did she up and leave again but for a different reason?
If this has been answered already oops
Well, since Ares takes Athena's role, she's largely absent through this AU. Like canon, she still wanted to create the greatest warrior but after Ody's crippled during the Trojan's ambush, he's no longer able to fight, much less contribute to the war or become said warrior.
Naturally, Athena is less than pleased at everyone's hubris & as if to rub salt into the wound, Ares is given the spotlight now. Because this is pre-development Athena, she has no problem dragging Ody over the coals for letting his guard down & wasting her efforts. She's unempathetic to Odypen's separation, coldly saying it's Ody's fault it had to come to this.
Odysseus, in turn, retorts that Athena was also present with Hera & Aphrodite during the Golden Apple fiasco which started the damn war in the first place. One thing led to another, a more private but no less intense vers of 'My Goodbye' which ends in Athena leaving & ghosting Ody.
The falling-out would do wonders for his deteriorating self-esteem & trust/attachment issues. Esp when another god comes knocking, this time, in the form of a vulture.....

epic the musical actor AU anyone
Odysseus (Lead Actor):
talented emotionally complex actor, juggling weight of being the lead while trying to be a good husband and father
he and penelope had telemachus when they were young, and his career took off shortly after, pulling away from family life
trying to reconnect with them while facing his own insecurities about being enough for them
during the scene where odysseus reunites with telemachus, the emotions hit just a wee bit too close to home, which leads to an actual breakdown
stays late a lot after rehearsals, reworking scenes, trying to be a perfectionist
Penelope (Actress)
fiercely intelligent actress, odysseus’ real life wife
balances being a mother to telemachus, acting career, and the occasional media frenzy over their relationship
while she loves odysseus a lot, struggles w the resentment of his absences
tears up during penelope’s monologue about loneliness (hits too close to home 👎)
shares quiet, intimate moments with odysseus between takes (the directors are TIREDD)
Telemachus (Actor)
a young actor breaking into the industry, cast in the musical just bcuz of his parents’ influence
determined to prove he earned his place on his own
doesn’t love being in his father’s shadow, but he looks up greatly to him
love-hate relationship with his dad
emotionally charged performance during telemachus’ ‘confrontation’ with odysseus
is more lighthearted with the rest of the cast, poking fun at odysseus’ dramatic tendencies
Eurylochus (Actor)
one of odysseus’ oldest friends, cast as his loyal (combative) right hand man.
serves as the group’s voice of reason, but his blunt honesty sometimes causes tension
uses dry humor to diffuse tension between odysseus and telemachus but privately encourages odysseus to make amends
finds himself unexpectedly emotional during luck runs out and mutiny
Polites
comedic glue holding the cast together
actually everybody’s favorite castmate
feels overlooked compared to the larger personalities around him
offers emotional support to telemachus after a tenser rehearsal
can keep his eyes open for a concerning amount of time. very good at playing dead?? actually scared his friends during the cyclops scene
Zeus (Actor)
charismatic, laid back veteran actor
mentor/dad figure
LOVES cracking dad jokes, bringing snacks to rehearsals much to athena’s embarrassment
ATHENA’S DAD STILL
incredibly approachable
competes with poseidon during press tours
Athena (Actor)
fiercely independent (still zeus’ daughter)
trying to prove herself as a director in her own right
perfectionist
cares for the cast and crew, hates showing it
sometimes teases zeus for being overbearing
lighthearted banter with zeus on set
quiet moments where she talks to hera about living up to her father’s reputation
Poseidon
zeus’ brother and self proclaimed ‘cool uncle’ of the cast
charming, mischievous
lightens the mood during long rehearsals
him and zeus = playful rivalry
leads karaoke nights occasionally
bonds with eurylochus over their mutual love of seafood and practical jokes
Hera
graceful and respected actress
unofficial ‘mom’
ready with words of wisdom
helps penelope and telemachus work through their nerves before emotional scenes
scolds zeus and poseidon for goofing off sometimes
Aphrodite
rising star in the acting world
social media sensation
glamorous and confident, but genuinely kind to everyone
posts behind the scenes and blooper reels
teaches telemachus how to handle social media fame
organizes a cast photoshoot to help everyone look their best for promotional materials
Apollo
multi-talented ‘golden boy’ of the cast
known for singing, acting, guitar solos during breaks
effortlessly charming
somewhat competitive (friendly) with ares
challenges polites to a ‘sing off’ during a wrap party, turns into a cast wide jam session
writes an original song for the cast
Ares
high energy
loves keeping everyone entertained
fiercely loyal to his crew. also dating aphrodite
playful rivalry with apollo
surprisingly good with kids
starts a nerf war on set during downtime, with the entire cast getting involved
improvised ‘is she dead’ in god games, everyone couldnt help but laugh
Antinous
charismatic, mischievous, well liked
known for polished performances
naturally confident
relationship with telemachus started through rehearsals bonding over shared family pressure
admires telemachus’ raw talent
fiercely protective of telemachus
on stage chemistry. directors hate them
Hermes
quick witted, flamboyant
hard worker (in his own. way)
flirty. flirts with half of the crew. especially odysseus and polites
never takes things too seriously
sees himself as the ‘glue’ of the cast (he is not, it's polites)
little scenarios i've been cooking up
during god games, where athena and zeus fight physically, i'm thinking one of the props go askew. athena and zeus are fighting in scene, and then one of the props from above suddenly fall, hitting athena in the head, causing panic from the rest of the crew- she's fine of course, she wasnt hit too hard, but panic ensues for everyone, esp zeus and hermes, since athena is family. (athena is zeus' daughter, hermes is athena's brother). and of course the rest of the crew like odysseus, ares, etc)
zeus’ relationship with ares in th is AU is very much like jay’s and mitchell’s from modern family
scene with the cyclops, where the 'cyclops' is supposed to kill polites, when polites is lying there on the ground with fake blood on him he makes it seem a little too real. he gets 'crushed' by the cyclops, and then he rasps out "captain" to odysseus, desperately (acting) like there is dark fake blood dripping from his head, his fake glasses are broken and then his character dies. polites can keep his eyes open for an unnaturally amount of time, and he can make them seem lifeless so after the scene is done, odysseus and eurylochus both go to hug him just to make sure he's there and fine. they cling to him for a bit. polites is very confused, but the hugs are welcome!!

Some Warrior!Penelope ideas
Okay so just quick let me say, I don’t really like to swap the gods out just because then it affects the whole Trojan War?? But ignoring that, I wanna include the gods who would be in this au’s version of God Games plus some other things? (With Ares as her mentor btw)
The gods I think would appear would be: Dionysus, Artemis, Aphrodite, Athena, Zeus, then Hera. And in that order.
Dionysus: He wasn’t paying attention. He’ll just half ass it, so he probably just brings up how she couldn’t save Melantho from the cyclops. (Bonus: Melantho was one of Penelope’s servants in the Odyssey and she takes the role of Polites, no I don’t care that the popular switcheroo is Circe)
Artemis: Artemis would liken the sacrifice of Iphigenia (or I guess it’s Orestes in this au) to the killing of Andromache’s son. I’m not sure exactly, but yeah, just really really fickle Artemis.
Aphrodite: Probably the same reason, but in my headcanon, one, Penelope’s mom is a Naiad so she can’t die(?) and two, I don’t really think Icarius (her dad) and Penelope had a great relationship, so I always imagine Penelope was cared for by Leda. So she’d probably mention something about Leda I guess idk.
Athena: She would argue that, because she stole the Palladium from Troy (with god knows who, maybe Clytemnestra idk), she deserves whatever punishment the gods have given her.
Zeus: She’s not fuckable enough no I’m just kidding— (I actually don’t know so help)
Hera: No. that’s the answer, no. Until she gets to beat up Ares haha then it leaves on a cliffhanger lmao.
Bonus, for Thunder Bringer, instead of Hera sending down a lightning bolt to smite the crew, she inflicts them with madness? I’m not too sure how that would go, but like I just imagine that they kind of just destroyed their ship because they were all mad. (Madness Bringer)
Also, just for some general other information:
Ctimene = Eurylochus
Melantho = Polites.
Antinous = Calypso
Calypso = Antinous
All of Penelope’s encounters with monsters and gods are the same. Except, Amphitrite is the one angry with Penelope (the unserious reason is because Poseidon is too lazy to go deal with her so Amphitrite deals with Penelope instead + Polyphemus was her fav step kid lmao). And Antinous is swapped with Calypso. I would’ve kept Calypso on Ogygia but then the suitors of Odysseus felt weird. Like I just can’t imagine Antinous leading a bunch of other men to marry another man. So that’s mostly just cultural/historical reasons I guess, but if not for that, I probably wouldn’t have swapped them.

Can you imagine post-Odyssey life for Telemachus though?
You're just sitting in your palace having lunch, trying to ignore your very much in love parents who have absolutely no shame whatsoever; Athena, who's both your friend and your dad's kind-of-friend-former-mentor-turned-sort-of-mother, is just chilling; Hermes, who's your dad's great grandfather, is laughing as he causes some kind of chaos and you think might also be giving you drugs (?); Ares, who for some reason has some weird fanboy puppy crush on your dad, is playing with your dog as if that's completely normal, and of course Aphrodite is with him because why not???
You decide that maybe you'd just take a walk along the harbour - for some reason the ocean has been unnaturally calm ever since your dad came home.
yesssssss! i love love love this! (づ ᴗ _ᴗ)づ♡
i love to think that after everything, ithaca just becomes the hotspot for the gods & goddesses to hang out. telemchaus keeps collecting them as friends like pokemon. odysseus is very wary at first of course, but calms once he realises they aren't there to cause any harm to his famiy or island. he deffo makes sure to tell hermes to stop trying to slip telemachus some moly though dhdhdhd
and yes i would like to think poseidon also eventually makes a physical appearance, curious as to why all his family keep taking holidays trips/visits to the island to hang out with odysseus and his family
(i was also actually thinking of eventually heading in this direction in my silly "friends in higher places" au, that i keep yapping about in my posts dhdhdhd) (really gotta write out the rest of the dinner scene first though)

How do you think Diomedes would react to Odypenath becoming a thing, especially considering he also becomes immortal on some versions
oh he is SO fucking confused lmao
literally no one was expecting it, not even them. he was the closest to all three of them and the first thing he actively shouts when he finds out is "WHAT THE FUCK"
but in the to be loved is to lose series au tho where he's like. immortal mentor to demigods and such who goes and hangs out in hades as his power wanes; he actually does know what odysseus is going to try and pull, it's just that they're all shocked when he succeeds, including the man himself and also Athena. he's leading the charge up there to ask Athena if she's running a temperature.
sometimes he'll have some odd paranoia of them asking to join their polycule. he is NOT joining their relationship thank you.
(after the whole thing w aphrodite, hes not really allowed to Love per se; but in general he wasnt keen on anything of the sort before, just going through the motions detachedly. he cares, they care, thats enough. he does not need their madness.)
another hilarious idea ive had is him coming to ithaka and finding odysseus and athena sharing penelope because athena was a part of both of them so long- helping penelope rule, helping odysseus get home- that somewhere on the way she fell for the familiar shape of penelope, and odysseus cannot blame her. penelope who begs dio to fucking help her cause she is going MAD- odyath only have gotten fonder of each other and no one knows how to break to them that its ok to express an emotion about each other. cue the FUNNIEST wackiest matchmaking plotting youve ever seen.
(which doubles as a good excuse to keep dio around. penelope adores him, and the rest of the family dotes on him, so perhaps she will sabotage their own plots sometimes so he can stick around longer.)

I really love @gigizetz’s Warrior Penelope AU (for those who don’t know, it’s Epic/The Odyssey but Odysseus and Penelope swap places and some of the other characters swap too) and I have some questions that would have been too long for an ask:
• Is it based more on Epic or the original Odyssey? (If it’s more the original then you can disregard some of my Epic-specific questions.)
• I’ve seen you post a drawing where Ares is Penelope’s mentor (side note: I love that you accurately represent Ares supporting women! It really annoys me when people assume that male+violent=misogynist when actually supporting women is his main trait after violence!) Is Athena still Odysseus’s mentor in this AU? Because I’ve been giggling to myself imagining this happily married couple whose divine mentors are huge rivals and don’t like each other! Like, they would both invite their mentors over whenever they had a party or something and the two gods would spend the whole time glaring at each other while their mentees are in love and oblivious to the tension. It’s making me laugh!
• If this is the case, who does Ares have to convince instead of… well, himself, in God Games? You could just switch them, but if Athena is still Odysseus’s mentor, she wouldn’t really need convincing because she wants him to be happy, and besides, I can’t see her being paired up with Aphrodite. So who takes his place (is it someone else with a connection to Aphrodite, or is it reworked so she and the new god have separate verses?), and what’s their argument?
• I saw that you posted a really cool Iris design with Penelope - am I right in assuming she’s this AU’s version of Hermes since they’re both messenger gods?
• Are Odysseus’s suitors the same people as Penelope’s suitors, or do they swap places with the people who tried to seduce him in the original (Circe and Calypso)? And if it’s the second, how does the slaughter of the suitors work considering that, as Calypso says, goddesses can’t die?
• Are the crew the same people, or does Penelope have her own friends? And if they’re different people, who are they?
• Are there any other characters who swap places? Considering that the roles that are swapped mostly seem to be gender swapped, I can see Cassandra taking the place of Tiresias if her curse ended when she died, but that’s just an idea.
• Have you thought about reworked lyrics, e.g. a few times in Epic, “my wife” is used as the rhyme, what would the rhyme be for “my husband”? Or when the name of a character who’s swapped with another is the rhyme, e.g. what would replace “arena”? (I’m imagining something like “fight if you dare, he’s” something, but again, just an idea.)
• If you haven’t thought about reworked lyrics yet, can I work with you on it? I like writing, especially lyrics!
• Are there any major changes to the plot aside from the role swaps?

Warrior of the Heart (name totally not stolen from @protagaster and @somereaderinblue ... Look, it makes sense since she's a War AND Love Goddess-)
This is the first full song for the AU!!! It was really fun coming up with this, and I hope you guys are excited when the full thing comes out
[Aphrodite]
Have you forgotten the lessons I taught you?
[Penelope, Spoken]
Aphro!
[Aphrodite]
Have you forgotten to turn off your heart? This is not you
I see you changing from how I've designed you
Have you forgotten your purpose? Let me remind you
Goddess of romance, master of war
My life has one mission, someone conquer both Love and War
I had a challenge, a test of skill
Some magic armor for the high and skilled
One day a girl came for the thrill
A girl who's love rivaled the armors shield~
[PENELOPE]
Let's go!
[APHRODITE]
Maybe one day She'll follow me
And we'll make a greater tomorrow, then they'll see
I know she'll change the world 'cause she is a warrior of the heart
Maybe one day I'll reach her
And we can build his skills as I teach her
If there's a problem, she'll have the answer
She is a warrior of the heart
[PENELOPE]
Show yourself
I know you're watching me, show yourself
I can see you
[APHRODITE]
How can you see through my spell?
[PENELOPE]
Haha! I was lying and you fell for my bluff
Haha, haha
[APHRODITE]
Well done, enlighten me, what's your name?
[PENELOPE]
You first, and maybe I'll do the same
[APHRODITE]
Nice try, but two can play this game
[PENELOPE]
Nah, don't be modest
I know you're a goddess
So let's be honest
You're Aphrodite! (Aphrodite)
Sparta's own high and Mighty
Never afraid to smite the
Mortals who uppose thee
[APHRODITE]
If you're looking for a mentor, I'll make sure your time's well spent
[PENELOPE]
Sounds like a plan
Goddess and man
Bestest of friends
[APHRODITE]
We'll see where it ends
(Okay...)
[APHRODITE, PENELOPE]
Maybe one day they'll follow me and we'll
Make a greater tomorrow, then they'll see
I know we'll change the world 'cause we are the warriors of the heart
Maybe one day we'll reach them
And we can build their skills as we teach them
If there's a problem, we'll have the answer
We are the warriors of the heart
I recommend you try to not lower your guard
Don't forget that you're a warrior, I won't let you fall apart.
You are a warrior of the Heart~
Don't disappoint me

YALL IM NOT NORMAL ABOUT THIS
Got into Epic:The Musical and now All I can think about is a DSMP AU of it
Odysseus-Tommy
Penelope-Tubbo
Athena-Techno
Poseidon-Dream
Polyphemous-George
Circe-Quackity
Zeus-Punz/Sapnap
Ares-Jack Manifold
Aphrodite-Niki
Apollo-Badboyhalo
Sirens-Egg
Hephaestus-Warden Sam
Hera-Drista
Calypso-Revivebur/Dream
Aaeolus - Phil
Telemachus-Michael
Hermes-Slimecicle/Ranboo
Polites-Ghostbur
Lotus Eaters-Schlatt
Tiresias-Eret
Eurylochus-Fundy
Anticlea-Kristin
Ithaca-L'Manberg/Snowchester
Explanation under cut
Ok, 2 things
1) this is based specifically off of the musical, cuz the actual Odyssey doesn't line up as nice and I haven't read it recently enough to adjust my characters
2)fuck cc!Will Gold, I'm stealing his characters for myself
ALRIGHT
Tommy - Odysseus
Doomed Protagonist, everyone likes to beat up that wet cat, made some stupid mistakes and never stops paying for it
-
Tubbo - Penelope
In a platonic way- they are each other's reason to continue living as well as Tommy's loyalty to Tubbo
-
Techno - Athena
a mentor figure that helps, then abandons, then helps again when their mentee is suffering alone - grew attached? When said mentee was young and deemed worthy of their loyalty
-
Dream - Poseidon
Main thing preventing him from going home, for a reason that was due to a decision that meant no harm in the grand scheme of things, unjustly petty bitch
-
Gogy - Polyphemous
his house is equivalent of Polyphemous's eye, something that was meant as an action that meant no harm, that Ody/Tommy can never seem to make up for to the point where the punishment doesn't match the crime
-
Quackity-Circe
the whole Puppeteer motif and protecting others on his little island by any means necessary via Las Nevadas - his nymphs are his employees and the city itself for the most part - also the feeling of doing something right, even through cruelty in the sake of expected justice (butcher army) - also his want to kill pig man
-
Punz/Sapnap-Zeus
I feel Punz would be an ace Zeus - all of ThunderBringer, the final judgement call, swayed based on loyalties at the time and sides with Dream for reasons of "Ody/Tommy needs to be slapped around" - Techno is more powerful but Punz fits the personality more imo
I just realized Sapnap also fits really well and is a bit of a brother figure with Dream, but more willing to compromise with Tommy being around. He also is way better fitting with his anger issues, and is also has more ummm... Zeus-like motivations. I think the pride issue would also fit better, but he isn't nearly as powerful as Punz is at the time of the Exile-Prison arcs that I have this AU taking place in.
-
Jack Manifold-Ares
the pissy nature about Tommy/Ody being a coward who he believes acts for purely selfish reasons when that isn't entirely the case, the need for violent action
-
Niki-Aphrodite
less sexual - more platonic love based
I'm mostly basing this off God Games, and how Aphrodite is
1) paired with Ares, and is the less violent between the 2 but one of the hardest to convince that they should help Ody/Tommy
2) focused on Ody/Tommy betraying mom/friends for what are perceived as selfish reasons
-
Badboyhalo-Apollo
Apollo singing about how the sirens were cut down is the same as Badboyhalo being against Tommy for not obeying the egg
Also by the interpretation that Apollo is apathetic to Odysseus's fate in God Games - Badboyhalo is primarily apathetic towards Tommy except for when he has to do with the Egg
-
The Egg-Sirens
the egg has siren abilities that Tommy is immune to but (as least in fics) goes a long with for "plot" lmao - Tommy also partially lead to the defeat of the Egg through Church Prime - using faith in a god against Siren powers
-
Warden Sam-Hephaestus
Using Prison as a similar setting to Ogygia (trapped with only an abusive partner)
The armory/builder character, part of his song in God Games is about sacrificing Ody's cohort similar to how Tommy sacrificed Ghostbur - both leading to/right after being trapped in prison/Ogygia
The needing to reforge trust but ultimately allowing a rescue under the promise of improvement
-
Drista-Hera
(changing from Puffy to Drista cuz I like the idea from @wlwdwtys better!)
Drista would be a lot more passive towards the hero's fate, similar to God Games Hera. She easily has the powerful backing that Hera does and could likely be persuaded quickly with knowledge of something (Dream abusing Tommy/Ody staying loyal).
Whether or not Drista and Dream are siblings in this AU is up to interpretation, tho because Drista is a minor during the Dream SMP, her Hera wouldn't be engaged with this Zeus(Sapnap) - I think they would be more spiteful besties
-
Revivebur/Dream-Calypso
Revivebur and Tommy don't have the exact same dynamic (brothers? Vs One-sided lover) but the dynamic is similarly abusive and done by someone isolated for numerous years given a chance at companionship from someone who can't really leave - seeing that companionship as more object than person
I think the Prison would be the equivalent of Ogygia since Tommy's entire time in prison it was just him and Dream separated from the rest of the world. So in that case Dream is Calypso, as he also has that "more object than person" view of Tommy
-
Phil-Aeolus
God of the winds, the winions are chat, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer", both helpful and not, apathetic in the lighthearted way
-
Michael/Ranboo-Telemachus
I'm leaning towards Michael for things like Legendary and the mentorship~ish/aunt vibes with Athena thing. I think Michael would have had a lot of stories of what Tommy achieved, especially since when Michael was first properly in the narrative, Tommy was technically dead. Argos is Michael's Chicken.
As for Ody's want to see Telemachus as a motivation for returning home, I think that matches Ranboo more, as Tommy doesn't really know Michael for most of the DSMP
-
Slimecicle/Ranboo-Hermes
I'm going under the belief that this story starts during the initial leaving for Exile.
Hermes is helpful but mostly indifferent to the true fate of Odysseus. Slime fits the chaos vibe that Epic!Hermes brings to the table more, but Ranboo was more of a helpful indifference during exile.
-
Ghostbur-Polites
Fuckin dies /j
But really, it's the positivity of seeking to greet the world with Open Arms - and honestly doing so really successfully because they are really likeable
There is also a connection of the Lotus Fruit to Blue
-
Schlatt-Lotus Eaters
As I am starting the story at the start of the exile arc, Schlatt is already dead. The equivalent of the lotus fruit is booze lmao
-
Eret-Tiresias
First of all, he is kinda tied to the underworld and is a holder of history on the server. She has the look of a prophet with her eyes, and probably enough gossip to predict the fates. I think people also usually went to Eret for advice and wisdom to an extent, though I can't really remember.
Tiresias is a part of the age old "don't shoot the messenger" party that the Greeks liked, which means he has to be a very neutral party. Eret - after the first death of L'Manberg, became one of the very few true neutral parties on the server.
-
Fundy-Euryloclus
Both Fundy and Tommy in canon were similar to brothers (Eury and Ody are brother-in-laws since Eury is married to Ody's sister)
Fundy also committed acts of betrayal (burning the L'Manberg flag & acting as a spy) that Tommy didn't learn about until the end when they were no longer close (if ever)
-
Kristin-Anticlea
Suggestion from @charlybvnny
Kristin would also work even with the "death goddess" esc characterization because she could be waiting to see her son return to the underworld! But for this AU let's say she's just a spirit who died after the first destruction of L'Manberg or something
-
L'Manberg/Snowchester-Ithaca
I was originally imagining L'Manberg as Ithaca because I wasn't sure where else, but I like Ithaca better! (Suggestion from @charlybvnny)
I'ma make it so in this au that Tommy knows about Snowchester prior to his Exile, as the more positive fate of Snowchester is way better than what is left of L'Manberg. It would be a mash between the loyalty Tommy feels to L'Manberg and his active part in building Ithaca, and the setting of Snowchester.
-
Suitors?
Any thoughts on the Suitors? I can't think of any characters that really match them, so I'm open to suggestions!

Intro post!!!
My main blog is @please-be-nice-im-sensitive, so everything there applies here, but this is au specific!!
Here’s the community for this au:
Here’s the lore so far:
This is how it starts: There is an important man named Menelaus who owns an important insurance company focused on the potential of cowboy teams lose cattle so customers can be compensated for the loss of the cattle, and the cowboys can still get paid. So, of course he is vital for almost every cowboy out there. His wife is the leader of her own troop of cowboys, the Spartans, but one day her troop gets mugged, the cattle stolen, and everyone but her gets killed with her barely surviving herself. Soon enough, the owner of a popular railroad line, Aphrodite, notices her beaten up on the side of the road and takes her to a nearby town, Troy and has her apprentice, The mayor’s son, Paris, take care of Helen. Aphrodite believes since she and Paris helped out Helen so much, Helen should marry Paris so she can solidify a deal between the Spartans and the railroad company. But Helen is already married, and when Menelaus hears of this, he takes everyone who uses his insurance and takes them to Troy to get Helen back. In doing this, he sends some of his men out including his brother, Agamemnon, a famous gunslinger, who was able to trick Odysseus, leader of the Ithacan cowherds, into coming along. Eventually Odysseus himself is able to trick Achilles, a retired gunslinger, out of his job as a casino dancer by the name of Pyrrha, into joining the fight, and along comes his old troop, as well as his boyfriend Patroclus. A famous gunslinger named Diomedes joins the fight too because it sounds interesting to him, and this intrigues many rich folk into funding their side of the fight, while some decide to fund the trojans, who now have allied themselves with quite a bit of people as well. Soon, the mentor of about half of the major gunslingers in the country, Athena, joins the fight too on the side of the Myrmidons, and in return her rival, a retired famous wrestler, Ares, joins the Trojans. There is quite a bit of fighting, but nothing major occurs until Agammemnon steals the prize horse of a famous radio star, and has to return it. Enraged, he takes Achilles’s favorite horse and wrangler instead. Achilles is not happy by this happening, so he quits the fight but unfortunately doesn’t have the means to go home so he stays in his hotel room just outside of the fight with Patroclus. Patroclus himself is an incredible fighter so he does his best to make up for the loss of Achilles, but no one can match his aim, so after unsuccessfully begging Achilles to rejoin the fight, he takes Achilles’s hat, bandana, and one of his other horses and fights in his stead to build morale for the Myrmidons. Soon enough, Hector, the brother of Paris and sheriff of troy notices him and shoots him, mistaking him for Achilles. After finding out what happened to Patroclus, Achilles then finds new equipment and fights. He kills Hector and goes on a rampage including killing the bar tender. After about a week of nonstop fighting, Achilles collapses from exhaustion and Paris shoots him. However; Achilles put forward the turning point of the fight and soon enough Odysseus comes up with the idea of sending a caravan into Troy that was disguised as a shipment of gifts to Athena as gratitude for the help in the war, but was secretly full of cowboys. The trojans take the caravan and at night, the Myrmidons attack and take Helen back.
on his way back home from this, one of the smartest of the Achaean cowboys, Odysseus tries to head home to his wife and their separate herding business as the other cowboys try to overthrow their business and cause it to be bankrupt because they’re missing most of their employees at Troy. He meanwhile has to deal with a rich man who will stop at nothing to make sure him and his gang don’t succeed, a brothel owner who lets his men stay for the night but ends up making them pay the debt off tenfold, a one eyed animal who gives some of them rabies, and a crazy farm owner who kills and mugs most of his crew after they slaughter his cattle. He ends up stuck at a remote cottage with a girl who won’t let him leave and he lost his horse and they’re hours from anywhere so he can’t leave anyways but eventually he is able to hitch a ride to a town and overcome more obstacles before he gets back to his wife and fires the other cowboys
Thetis lore:
Thetis was the child of a wealthy cruise line owner and she had many sisters too. She worked on her father’s cruise ships for some time but soon enough she got tired of the incessant flirting from two specific people. Zeus, the untouchable politician, and his brother, the man who found large amounts of copper in mines near the Pecos river and had then struck up a deal to have complete monopoly of the river itself. One day, they cornered her and she revealed that she indeed did not want to be with a mega wealthy man like them. Because of this, they cut off all her ties with wealth and she was basically broke. Then she ends up in a small but powerful town called Pthia. The powerful casino owner took a liking to her and promised that if she was to marry him for one year, he could restore her connections. So she agreed. Nine months later, she gave birth to Achilles. A beautiful boy with golden hair and hazel eyes. She decided that she would dedicate her life to him. But still, when he is one year old, he loses his foot in a boating accident and is stuck with a prosthetic foot. She is devastated and refuses to let anything happen to him, and when Agamemnon steals his horse as well as the horse’s personal caretaker, Briseis. she begs Zeus to help her, in memory of the day he told her he would do anything for her, so he agrees to sabotage the Myrmidons until Achilles gets his horse and it’s caretaker back
Patrochilles lore:
Patroclus was the son of an infamous mob boss with a gambling addiction, and an unknown mother. His father would travel from town to town essentially robbing every casino of it’s riches and from an early age, Patroclus learned to do the same, though he was not as talented as his father. Unfortunately one thing he did get from his father was his temper. When Patroclus was eleven years old, he lost a gambling match, and went to grab the man’s gun and shot him dead. Patroclus knew his father would be angry, so he ran into the back of the Casino, and that is where Peleus found him. Peleus decided to take in this poor child with a sad backstory, and hired him to work at that casino. That is where Patroclus met Achilles, Peleus’s son and by his father’s request, a skilled sharpshooter and a master guitar player. They grew up together and seemed to grow closer by the hour. Achilles and Patroclus were taught by a famous man named Chiron who had trained all the greats of music and of shooting and soon they became masters, but Achilles was not happy. Achilles soon told Patroclus of his dream to be a dancer at a casino, but his father never let him dress up in the pretty skirts and dresses and jewelry. One day, Achilles and Patroclus visited a casino a couple towns away in Skyros and met the owner’s daughters: Deidamia. Deidamia hatched a plan with these two: Achilles was to marry Deidamia and she was to move in with him, they were also to move in with another couple: Patroclus and Pyrrha (Achilles in disguise). They were fine with this arrangement since they all had feelings for one another so the plan worked, for a while. Deidamia had a child who they named Neoptolemus, and they were all happy for a while in their polyamorous relationship. Though soon enough, Odysseus, who had heard of Achilles’s sharpshooting skills went looking for him. They say that Achilles is out of town, but Odysseus figures out one of the casino dancers is Achilles, so he tells the dancers that whoever can hold his gun correctly will get a caravan full of gold, and when Achilles picks it up, it is effortless. Odysseus figures out this is Achilles and blackmails him into joining the war or he will tell Peleus that he is secretly Pyrrha. So Patroclus and Achilles leave and Deidamia stays behind to raise Neo, nicknamed “Pyrrha” after his “godmother”. When Peleus finds out Achilles is going to war, he gifts Achilles with several prize horses that are incredibly fast and strong. Each horse had their own Caretaker. The horses were named : Ligyron, Pelides, and Podarkes. His favorite was Pelides, who had a beautiful and talented wrangler and caretaker that was specific to him named Briseis. When Achilles lost Pelides and Briseis, he lost his will to fight and stayed in his hotel room with Patroclus and cried for the loss of his favorite horse and his lovely caretaker who was also his friend. Patroclus though, had grown fond of many of the people on their side of the war and decided to fight while Achilles stayed back. He was incredible, but Achilles’s image brought glory and will to fight on their side, so Patroclus comes up with a plan. He is to wear Achilles’s clothes, ride Ligyron, put on his cowboy hat and bandana, and that way the Myrmidons would gain momentum. Unfortunately, though Hector sees Patroclus and thinks this is Achilles and shoots him dead, taking his clothes and his Ligyron with him off of the corpse of Patroclus. Achilles goes nuts. He does not eat. He does not sleep. He only fights. When Achilles rejoins the fight, the death rate in Troy multiplies by six, but after eight days of no food and no rest, he collapses from exhaustion, and Paris shoots him in the heart.
Clytemnestra lore:
Clytemnestra was a tomboy as a kid, but her parents didn’t mind much so she would remain that way. When she was nine years old, she saw her first rodeo show and was enamored. She immediately started doing everything she could to see these rodeos. When she was 14 years old, she had already created an alter ego, Clyton the abomaton Who would win every game and by 16 she became a bull wrestler. People would travel far and wide to see her, she loved the glory but she loved the job more. Soon, she started to gain notice from the son of the mayor, who fell for her even before she revealed that she was a girl. They were engaged but then she faced an issue, she was pregnant and could not pretend to be a man still. Somehow a famous wrestler named Agamemnon hears about this and he tells her that he can find her a job in wrestling even after she has given birth. She agrees, but does not realize she has to leave Tantalus behind for this. Soon enough though, Agamemnon uses his leverage on her to get her to marry him. Unfortunately though, she miscarries a week later. She is stuck in a town that he basically owns and her contract with him ties her down incredibly. Soon she is pregnant with his child and she is not ready for the world of being a mother and having Agamemnon be the father. But this child is different, she is sweet and cute and Clytemnestra’s whole world. Iphigenia is her name. Agamemnon seems to love her too, kissing her forehead before every match and buying her horses he will gift to her when she is older. When she is older, she is entranced by the horses and is soon the best horse wrangler in the town. Soon though, Agamemnon hears that his brother needs help with an issue with his wife, and he summons the whole town. One night as he is traveling to Troy, Iphigenia gets sick and instead of taking care of her, Agamemnon leaves. Iphigenia dies soon after. Clytemnestra shuts herself out, not letting herself give any love, even to her other children. She soon finds a rival wrestler to Agamemnon and they hatch a plan to kill him when he gets back from Troy, poison his drink. With a poison that would make him suffer the same way Iphigenia did.
Ithaca Family lore
Icarius and Tyndareus were the owners of one of the most powerful banks out there. Icarius was for the most part, an introvert who didn’t let the public know a lot about him, and rarely left the bank. Tyndareus was the opposite. He flaunted himself openly and hogged every bit of attention he could find. They were close as they could be. When they got older, they both had children.
Icarius married a beautiful but reserved woman named Periboea. They had several children, but seldom flaunted them to the public, to the point that everyone thought they only had one, Penelope. Penelope grew up along the children of Tyndareus and they did everything together. They shared their hopes, their dreams, their lives with one another. Helen dreamed of being a wrangler for a cowherd, Clytemnestra dreamed of being a bull wrestler, but Penelope did not know what she wanted. She was always close to Helen, so she decided that perhaps they could work together as adults, that she could manage financials and Helen could herd the animals. They did however lack the funding, so they moved away and almost gave up on their dreams. Almost.
Although Helen and Penelope can’t see Clytemnestra as much, they still go to her wrestling matches, even when she is forced to move by Agamemnon. At one of Clytemnestra’s wrestling matches in Crete, Helen is cornered by companies trying to hire her for their cowherd. She has a way with animals and they were also quite eager to hire her because of her beauty. There is one man, however who draws her attention: Menelaus. He offers to give her a loan to start her own cowherd and she falls for him instantly, however the other companies are quite tense about who she chooses, threatening a fight to break out. One of Menelaus’s friends, Odysseus makes a plan to stop the fight, and to impress Penelope, who he had developed feelings for. Helen was to make the choice to be with Menelaus, and Menelaus was to provide a discount on insurance for the cowherds in exchange for them leaving Helen alone. It works. And he most definitely impresses Penelope along the way.
Odysseus was a skilled forager and sharpshooter, who wanted a new job. So he suggests to Penelope that they could work with Helen in her cowherd. They work together for a while, but Odysseus misses his home. One day after work, Odysseus tells Penelope his feelings for her, but he also tells her that he wishes to go home. He tells her that she can come with him if she wishes to, but it is her choice. She decides to stay with him. They set up a checkpoint at Odysseus’s home, Ithaca for Helen’s business. They have stations for where cattle can eat, there is grass everywhere, and they have a small inn for Helen and her troop to stay. Odysseus handles the cleaning and the managing, and Penelope handles the business aspect. They receive profit from their little checkpoint and they become quite happy. They marry soon and not long after, Penelope becomes pregnant with their child, Telemachus. Unfortunately while Telemachus is still an infant, Helen is trapped in Troy, and a Odysseus has to come to help. Penelope is left to raise Telemachus and to manage their checkpoint on her own. She teaches Telemachus everything she knows, but they very much struggle, since she had very different expertise than Odysseus. Odysseus faces many challenges in troy and on the way home. After about seven years of Odysseus being gone, the employees and the men in their town start to try to take over Odysseus’s position as the checkpoint manager, and as Penelope’s husband. She is very much outnumbered, so she and Telemachus must come up with clever plans to stall until Odysseus gets back. Odysseus is taking a very long time to come home and they have almost left home when Athena, Odysseus’s old mentor visits them to help out. She doesn’t know much about hotel management either, but she provides a shoulder to lean on when she can be there, and when she can’t she leaves one of her owls with Penelope and Telemachus (she has quite a few, but her favorite, Pallas, is the one to stay with them.) When Odysseus finally gets home, he and Telemachus fake a stampede to scare the men away and they can finally be a happy family.
Diomedes lore
Diomedes grew up with a father who was a legend.
Tydeus was a former bank robber in his home town of Calcydon and a very successful one at that. He ran a total of 36 heists and only one of them was stopped. He was arrested, he fled, but he had to leave his hometown forever. Tydeus decided after this that he was going to start his life anew, in service to the law instead of against it. He was loyal to the mayor of the new town he was in, named Adrastus, and even ended up marrying his daughter. However one day, Tydeus was summoned to fight to help his brother in law, Polynices, get his town back (he had been a mayor previously, but a riot forced him out of Thebes) Tydeus and seven other men ventured off to help Polynices, but the rioting continued and all of the men were killed, leaving Diomedes with only stories about his father. Despite this, Diomedes decides he is going to get revenge for his father’s death and climbs the ranks in the town Argos until he has gotten himself to the seat of assistant mayor, and having the mayor suggest a marriage between Diomedes and his daughter.
Ten years after his death, the children of the fallen men sought revenge for the deaths of their fathers and were able to get Thebes back and establish it as a democracy with the new mayor being the son of Polynices. As Diomedes was gone, the mayor of Argos died, leaving him as the one in charge, but he felt opposition since his family line was not tooted in the town. Because of this, he followed the previous mayor’s instruction and married his daughter, Aegialia. They were not compatible. Though not related by blood, they grew up together and viewed each other as less of spouses and more of a sibling that they simply cannot get along with. The only solace Diomedes found between his taxing job and the toxic relationship he had with his wife was sharpshooting. As a child he had trained with the famous sharpshooter Athena so he could avenge his father, but even after Thebes was taken back, he found that sharpshooting helped him stay grounded, and he was not alone. Sthenelus, one of the others who went with him, soon joined in, until it became an expectation that if Diomedes was to go sharpshooting, Sthenelus would be there. And not just that, Sthenelus became Diomedes’s assistant mayor and helped him stay happy in his life instead of drowning in the stress of his job and marriage.
Athena visits Diomedes some time later to tell him about the war in Troy, and how he would have a chance to get in on the action and start training with her again. He agrees, and brings many people from his town with him, including Sthenelus. Diomedes is stressed by all the sudden changes and the enormous amounts of hubris on the side of the Achaeans, but Sthenelus and his new friend, Odysseus help him keep in touch with his humanity, and he helps them keep in touch with theirs. Odysseus and Diomedes would train with Athena, and they would all celebrate every victory with some beans and whisky. Odysseus tells stories of home, his wife, and the inn they ran, and Diomedes and Sthenelus would tell stories of Argos, the times they would stay up all night shooting pumpkins and laughing. Diomedes finds happiness, and because of his, he also finds success. He becomes the second best warrior of the Achaeans after Achilles, even injuring ones such as Ares, the famous wrestler, and Aphrodite, the railroad line owner who had backed in to save her son, Aeneas from dying. While the conflict with Achilles and Agamemnon is going on, Diomedes continues fighting, even reaching a point where he nearly kills Hector.
When the powerful senator, Zeus shows that he is siding with the Trojans, the Achaeans almost lose hope, but one day Odysseus and Diomedes are able to spy on the trojans and figure out a weak point of one of the allied towns nearby that provided great support to Troy and soon enough Odysseus comes up with a plan to overthrow Troy once and for all.
Troy was near a gold mine that had run out decades priar, but The Acheans set up a rouse. They were to acquire gold, take it to a nearby cave and “mine the gold” build a caravan that appeared to be full of gold, but really had a large central area built into it where men could hide, The Trojans took the caravan into the walls thinking it would help them gain riches, but in the night, the Achaeans took down the walls of Troy and get Helen back.
After all of this has gone down. Diomedes soon learns that he has been marked off as dead in the town census and framed for embezzlement by his wife. Because Diomedes can no longer go home, Athena offers him an apprenticeship so that he will one day become famous like her

Warrior of the Heart AU or Mentor Aphrodite AU
(Sorry for any misspelling and grammar errors)
Instead of Hermes helping Odysseus in the Circe and Vengeance Saga It's Ares. The reason why Ares decided to help Odysseus is because of Aphrodite
Aphrodite after 'My Goodbye'(note: happens almost the same in this AU) is very heartbroken and depressed. Her and Odysseus relationship was more like mother and son. She doesn't have worthy to speak with Odysseus again after hurting his feels. She ignored Odysseus until 'Love in Paradise' happenes.
Ares tried to cheer her up, it work but it didn't completely fix her heartbreak. Ares wanted to check on Odysseus to make sure he was still alive for her. When Ares find out about Circe and pigs he decides to help Odysseus just for this time.
Ares didn't really know how to help Odysseus without doing the job for him. So, Ares when to Athena for help, reluctantly. He doesn't tell her what was really going on but Athena helps him otherwises and tells him about Holy Moly. But before Athena could tell Ares what could happen when a mortal ate it, Ares left
I'm not sure how 'Wouldn't You Like' would happen because I cannot find a way to make the Ares themed without making a new song. Ares still gives Odysseus the drug and then dips.
'Dangerous' on the other hand is mostly the same only with Ares being more violence. Also Ares does tell Odysseus that Aphrodite was the one who fought for him.
(Feel free to add or suggestion anything. If you wish to make anything of this AU, like a fic please credit me. I am making some art, which may take a moment to get out. And I'm not sure about a fic)

Uses a sword, or just his kinda weak plan powers
Also skips training to look cool, but trains in secret. Usually wearing training clothes under his casuals
The only person keeping the strawberry field alive
Learns to use his powers very well later
Bonus:
I picked Demeter to be his godly parent because 1.) yall remember 2020 where everyone drew him in that fucking strawberry dress, and 2.) I saw a post somewhere about how Demeter's children often let personal relationships cloud their judgement (COUGH COUGH TSUKI)
Anyways, hope yall enjoyed my inane rambling. I'll never shut up about this AU, it plauges me. I thought it up while making a bagel, Haikyuu was on the TV and there was a Percy Jackson book in front of me. I might make more stuff from this because I’m mentally ill about it

Ok. Hear me out. We all know that the Capitol peeps fashioned themselves like Ancient Rome with a dash of Hellenistic influence, but in a futuristic manner, right? They even have the habit of naming their kids after famous Roman/Greek deities, generals, rulers, and heroes. Apollo and Diana Ring are the most obvious ones. Heck, the 24 OG mentors from TBOSAS are the greatest examples. From Juno, Androcles, Gaius, Persephone, Festus to Coriolanus, Florus, Felix, and Lysistrata. More or less, their parents are a proud bunch of Aeneid-Iliad-Shakespearean theater fanatics.
So if you’re a Capitol citizen, you better have an extra copy of The Iliad and The Aeneid on standby when you finally get the opportunity to name your baby.😀
But seriously, I think The Academy educates their students about these kinds of classical books in literature and rhetorics class. So it’s safe to say that Coryo and his classmates have read and enjoyed Homer’s The Odyssey.
However, this post is not about that.
This post is about me imagining the 24 OG Mentors in my crack!AU adapting and releasing their own theatrical version of Epic: The Musical (by Jorge Rivera-Herrans) in front of Panem as punishment for postponing the Hunger Games (forever).🤣
So here’s the cast:
Coryo Snow as ✨Athena✨😌💅
Festus Creed as ✨King Odysseus✨
Persephone Price as ✨Queen Penelope✨
Pliny “Pup” Harrington as ✨Eurylochus✨
Sejanus Plinth as ✨Polites✨
Felix Ravinstill as ✨Poseidon✨
Hilarius Heavensbee as ✨Zeus✨
Juno Phipps as ✨Hera✨
Gaius Breen as ✨Hermes✨
Arachne Crane as ✨Scylla✨🥲🔪
Livia Cardew as ✨Aphrodite✨
Florus Friend as ✨Telemachus✨
Androcles Anderson as ✨Polyphemus✨😂
Domitia Whimsiwick as ✨Calypso✨
Clemensia Dovecote as ✨Circe✨
Apollo Ring as ✨Apollo✨
Urban Canville as ✨Ares✨ & ✨Tiresias✨
Iphigenia Moss as ✨Aeolus✨
Dennis Fling as ✨Antinous✨ & ✨Hephaestus✨
Vipsania Sickle as ✨Winion #1✨
Io Jasper as ✨Winion #2✨
Diana Ring as ✨Lotus Eater #1✨
Palmyra Monty as ✨Lotus Eater #2✨
And Lysistrata Vickers is their stage play director.
PS: This is also an excuse to imagine Coryo and Festus having an epic sing-off dance battle when they perform Warrior of The Mind & My Goodbye.

CARRY ON X PJ CROSSOVER AU IDEA
So, son of Hades Baz, son of Ares Simon and nymphe Penelope taking Percy, Annabeth and Grover roles.
Baz - Baz is the son of Natasha daughter of Aphrodite, Natacha was born 300 years ago but was saved from a man by Artemis when she was 15, after that she joined the Huntress until she encountred Malcom. Until they learned that Malcom was sterile and Natasha started to look away to get pregnant. At the same time Zeus was angry that just Hades was able to hold on the oath (Poseidon broke it in the 70's) and ordred Eros to hit his brother so that he would fall for a mortalSo Hades fall against his will for Natasha and 9 months later Baz is born.
When he is 3 his mother is killed by a monster and Hades is forced to let Baz go to camp half-blood for the summer. But he get Poseidon help to protect his child.
Simon - F!Mage is a clear sighted mortal part of a cult of Kronos and is convinced that her sacred duty is to bore a vessel for the Titan. She goes on a mission to seduce Zeus but accidentaly confond him with his son Ares and sleep with him, 9 months later a little baby Simon. Only after the birth did Kronos find the true parentage of the child and they décidé to abandon him as he his considered a filtre.
Only the ritual that F!Mage used during her pregnancy worked fine and Simon is overpowered and unknow to all at the start of the serie. When Simon is 12 a satyre take him to camp half-blood
Penelope - Penelope is one of the youngest Nymphe of camp half-blood and was mostly raised by a satyre named Mitali, because of that she want to find Pan so that her satyre families don't kill themselves to find the god, she also want to hit Pan for all the satyre he killed accidentaly.
Other carry on caracters as pjo caracters ; Agatha daughter of Aphrodite, Ebb as Chiron, Shepard as Rachel, Niamh as daughter of Mars
So regarding the Great Prophecy I thought that Simon would take in the first few book the role of Percy as the overpowered protagonist and in the two last book he would against his will be placed in Luke role. Baz would be the Annabeth until the last two book were he would be Percy and Penelope a Annabeth/Grover fusion.
And maybe the Mage would approach Simon as the end of book 1 as a sort of mentor trying to turn him to Kronos side, or at least usi g him in the last two book.

Possible Godly Parent suggestion: Aphrodite. Izuku draws people in without realizing it, blinds people with that sunshine smile, and this means he can have one hell of a glow up. He's been diminished because of Inkos ignoring his heritage and hiding it with not nourishing those curls (because pin straight hair Inko likely has no idea about curl care), dressing him in eye blinding All Might fashion, and letting his self esteem be crap. Aphrodite is all about keep your chin up so your crown doesn't slip attitude after all.
Oooo I like this one but maybe for a different au where Izuku is mentored by Midnight who is a fellow child of a love god (maybe Eros instead of Aphrodite? Unsure) but they definitely grow into their power and confidence.
Also Izuku with charmspeak and is terrified of it who befriends Hitoshi speaks to me.
