yk i usually don't like odysseus ships aside from odypen since i feel like it defeats his whole purpose and character motives BUT the way his relationship with Polites is treated in epic makes me think stuff...

I read somewhere that he was ripped as fuck, but knowing how he is in epic he probably got that buff just to give the best bear hugs in the world

also he doesn't weild a weapon cause "GREET THE WORLD WITH OPEN ARMS" but he does use a shield, since, sometimes, greeting the world with open arms doesn't work that well..

What would your opinion be on odypolinor? (Polites x Ody x Elpenor)

Fun fact: I’ve technically shipped this in the past! Now it was definitely in an OdyPoli + PoliNor way (and still kinda is), but the three of them together nonetheless. So naturally I quite like it. I don’t ship Ody with many people at all but, besides Polites, Elpenor is the crewmate I personally like most with Ody. Even if I don’t ship them much. I just think they’re a rather silly and random pair /pos

A lil thing to expand on the mindset (aka just how broken) my version of Polites had during the last 5 years of war. It’s obviously a bit more complicated than this. He does love his friends a lot, but feels they have better things to focus on whenever they return to Ithaca. Hence his “lonesome shame”. Plus he believes he’s changed sm (for the worst) that he could never find a lover now.
