★–Hello My Name Is... Cadence. ✼⋆˙ I LOVE Bridgit Mendler! I have liked her music from the beginning, since she was on "Good Luck, Charlie!". I still listen to her album all the time. I wanted to sing this song before, but I couldn't, because of my hair colour (lol). I am a blonde now, so, excuse me.

Do you think it’s time for Madrid to have a new coach?or do you think the issues will pass with time?I don’t mean this with any disrespect to Carlo but he doesn’t seem to know how to handle this team, have any structure, tactics or anything that would help this team.Defense is in the trenches, midfield did not develop at ALL,and the only reason it does look like it at the first glance is because the players are insanely talented on their own,the attack has issues as well, youngsters are sitting on the bench,it’s like the academy players seem to not even be there and with the players that he has to his disposal it’s pure embarrassment how they play and what position they play in.I mean our right back isn’t a right back and I mean that for both Jude and Vasquez, because Lucas just doesn’t do well at all there and Jude is an offensive player and shouldn’t even be there and he’s not a player that does well on the right as well,Mendy also doesn’t seem to know how to play recently, rodrygo sits on the bench as well, kylian misses, vini sometimes does well sometimes there’s issues, arda had exactly ONE minute in the last three games,Fede gives his all and has no rest, there’s pure chaos on that pitch every game. That video from celta match is just ridiculous, for players to be that confused and come up to ask questions one by one?what flick did with those teenagers and players in general, this is what I think this team needs just to develop them and get them to their best ability,at least with midfield and do something about the defense, and someone who can tell the board how idiotic they are by not signing any defenders.I’m not really sure what to think because from one side you can’t deny him what he achieved but in the other side how can you make players like that play so terribly?
I think the issue is solvable cause half is on the tactics and the other half is the players underperforming like as much as i get mad carlo is displacing some of the players he is only doing that to make up the laziness of some other players. I do think if they refuse to get a rb in the january transfer there is something severely wrong with the board like genuinely but Ill wait it out to see before writing carlo off completely. But one thing ill say is he needs to have faith in the youngsters of the squad and he is awful at developing majority of these players and i think he is too nice to not force tactics on them like he should say either step up or be benched and that should go for everyone so maybe this could be his last season but idk

I’m only on episode 36 and seeing people freak out over the newest episodes makes me wanna skip to the third season and just binge it so I understand. (But I won’t because it’s a bad idea.) I AM SO SCARED THOUGH WHAT IS HAPPENING?? Please I’m just trying to stop myself from getting attached to the other mendies because I don’t want to get disappointed when they never show up again. Your podcast has me fucked up /pos
Don't worry; after Halloween, we'll be on break for a few months and there'll be plenty of time to catch up with the pack for further horrors! To my knowledge it will also be the point where a lot of folks start the show or get caught up too.
I might also point out that there's a @podcast-bookclub for the Hallowoods running right now! Might be a chance to freak out over whichever episode you're on in good company.

Neybappe broke, Mbakimi broke đŸ„Č we are still alive with our Gimbappe ship. But don't know what will happen to our ship when Kyky will finally find someone in Madrid.. as he can easily make friends and he already has a good relationship with Rodrygo.. I think Jude doesn't know much about Kylian and their meeting will be dramatic 😃 Vini-Jude already are bffs.. a love triangle maybe đŸ„Č
do you think this ship will work? What is your new ship if there's any please 😅😼‍💹
I ignore H*kimi’s existence and don’t even mention the other one.
Kylian never had great friends of teammates (club-wise) Everyone literally ghosted when they were needed.
I think he’ll get along well w Jude bc they are so much alike (especially their families, education, the way they grew up, both mama’s boys etc.)
Vini, Rodrygo, Tchoumeninga, Mendy (naturally)
Luka & Alaba (cause who doesn’t adore them?) Rudiger & Fede too. Lunin cause the boy has a thing for big boys.
But when it comes to shipping, i think Judylian will be something else 🧐
GIMBAPPE WILL NEVER BE OVER OMG 🛑

In New York City, it’s always a rare blessing to see the sparkle of even a single star. It doesn’t get dark here. Even in the small hours of the morning, the sky remains illuminated by the thousands of blinking lights below—of the cars, of the buildings, of the houses. The lights reflect on the clouds, on the heavens themselves, turning them gray or an ugly muddy brown. There is no night in New York City, at least not in Manhattan. Queens can be different. On cold, moonless nights in Ozone Park, the stars come back to dance with me. At my bedside against the window, the stars twinkle and bathe me in a sleepy light. They’re pale and neutered, but I know they’re the same ones I see in my dreams. When I was younger, eight or nine, they visited me every night. When I lived in Punjab, in India, with my Nani and Nanu. When I had no worries. No cares. In the afternoons, I ran endlessly through the streets with my cousins, playing chicklets or pakdam pakdai. I never wanted to stop, so I didn’t. I ran and laughed and played. But when the light of the sun dimmed, we all collapsed in a pile in front of our house. Out came Bruno, a fuzzy black friend, to get his daily pats from the neighborhood kids. As we retired to the rooftop, we all laid in silence, altogether under the net of stars. Mendy and Boozi, our family dogs, whined softly, ready for bed. Our chests heaved, our hearts pounded, our feet ached, and our eyes grew tired. Cold breezes and hard concrete kept me always on my toes. Now though, it was worth it. My hands were a pillow behind my head and I watched the countless stars as they spread out in a never-ending array before me. The Milky Way was so radiant and bright, Hai Ram, it cast a shadow and my legs stretched ten feet. In these moments I was, without a doubt, the tallest girl in the world. With my head in the heavens, how could I not be? Drunk in starlight, I blink and I am back in the city. Years passed by; I find myself an adult, no longer a child. My head lies crooked on my windowsill once more. Tonight is one of those rare and lucky nights. I can see the sky from my bed. Three scattered stars blink back at me and this time the moon smiles at me too. They remember the moments we shared.

Hundreds of Jewish New Yorkers gathered amid beautifully decorated Christmas trees at Gracie Mansion, Mayor Eric Adams’ residence, for a pre-Hanukkah celebration feting several local Jews and charities.
In prepared remarks, the new Jewish commissioner of the NYPD, Jessica Tisch — whose introduction was met with applause by the packed room — referenced the Hanukkah story, calling Adams — who earlier that day lost a bid to reduce the number of charges he faces as part of a federal corruption indictment — “a light in our community.”
Those receiving awards, honors and citations included Lizzy Savetsky, an Orthodox Jewish influencer in Manhattan known for her pro-Israel content, and four Jewish college students from across the city recognized for their work fighting antisemitism and amplifying Jewish pride on their campuses — Tali Dardashti from New York University, Danielle Babaev from Queens College, Maya Gavriel from Baruch College and Noam Woldenberg from Columbia University.
Guests — including actor and pro-Israel influencer Zach Sage Fox, CEO of UJA-Federation Eric Goldstein and Israeli Consul General in New York Ofir Akunis — circulated from room to room, with many opting to enjoy the unseasonably warm December temperatures on the patio. Richie Taylor, the barrier-breaking Orthodox NYPD deputy chief, was among many uniformed police offers at the event.
On the menu? A smorgasbord of Hanukkah fare and kosher bites which, several signs noted, came courtesy of the Mendy’s outpost at the Jewish Children’s Museum. The spread included latkes with applesauce and sufganiyot, beef lo mein, and chicken shawarma. The wines were Israeli, and assorted flavors of seltzer were also on offer.
A mayoral Hanukkah party is an annual tradition that dates back to Michael Bloomberg’s administration — he put on swanky affairs typically held at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. But Bloomberg was hardly the first New York City mayor to celebrate the Festival of Lights: During David Dinkins’ administration in the early 1990s, there was a menorah lighting ceremony that took place on the steps of City Hall with a cantor, a rabbi, and students from a Jewish school singing together.
In his brief remarks to the crowded ballroom — where many guests shushed their talkative neighbors in order to hear above the din — Adams recalled his visits to Krakow and Rome’s Jewish ghetto. Saying that hatred cannot simply be willed away, he said that as mayor of the city with the largest population of Jews, he and his administration are going “to do [their] part” to fight antisemitism.
“We’re committed to rid our city of any form of hate, antisemitism, hate against Sikhs, hate against African Americans, Islamophobia — hate against any other group,” Adams said.
“We will stand tall together,” he continued. “I want to be extremely clear on this Hanukkah: Eric Leroy Adams is a modern-day Maccabee.”
Other honorees of the evening included Rabbi Boruch Ber Bender from the Achiezer Community Resource Center, which deals with crisis management; Achim B’Yachad, which provides the services of Chai Lifeline for Hasidic families dealing with serious illness or loss; and Chazaq, which seeks to provide Jewish education to Jews of all ages.
