Memory Stone

She was smaller, her hair was longer.

She was breathing heavily, running through a grove of trees practically swimming in wisteria with a huge smile on her face. Adorned in a beautiful dusty rose and lavender hanfu, far to fine of silks and hair sticks with too real jewels for such a young yaoguai to have procured on her own.

The scent of wisteria clung to her fur and made her smile all the brighter. Her and her friend met in this same grove, in full bloom, every year. The smell always made her beam.

Though she slowed, then stopped, hearing an unfamiliar voice in the clearing ahead.

"Really Xiǎo Yǔ, you have plenty of playthings back in heaven. I dont understand. Its been near a century. Every year when the Queen Mother has her Peach festival you come down here and entertain spending time with a yaoguai of all things------

She recognized this memory and squashed her hands over the stone to muffle and stop it replaying but in a way that seemed like she was trying to wipe away a smudged image.

"Too bad. Things broken." The yaoguai mumbled bitterly, glaring at the stone now hidden between her hands. Tail tucking between her legs and ears flattening to her head despite the glare.

"We looked all over Yoshida but this was all we found of your fiancee. We're sorry.." They barely registered the feeling of the golden ribbon being placed into their open hand, their mind feeling so far away from what was happening in front of them as a few silent tears fell. The one that they had wanted to spend the rest of their life with was gone, ripped away from him by the way the world was now. As a war chief he was no stranger to pain, suffering, grief and many more negative feelings. He had to deal with them on a daily basis and could sympathize with those that lost loved ones along the way to ensure the safety of others. It was a different feeling to experience it yourself, to feel the same kind of pain and hurt he saw on the faces of others. They had so many plans, they planned to live comfortably when the fighting was all over. They were the ones that helped to bring warmth and color despite the hardships that this life had thrown at him thus far. That even if things weren't perfect he would be happy with just them at his side for as long as they could be together. What kind of world was this to take the one he cared for and have him be the one to remain?! looking at the beginnings of dawn slowly emerging from behind the mountains, the ribbon soon fell from his hand and started fluttering towards the ground below.

That was the day that the sun had lost it's warmth for the war chief and the beginnings of his heart turning cold.

when people refer to canon story-relevant kingdom hearts games as ‘spinoffs’ it makes me sad not only for the obvious reasons i always say but also bc like man i WISH this series had spinoffs. imagine what they could do if they had permission from nomura to truly go off the rails and ignore the greater canon for a second and just do some fun whimsical plotless thing in an alternate universe. imagine a fishing/boating game on destiny islands. kh fighting game. it is an injustice that we have been deprived of kingdom karts. can anyone hear me

In a world in which Fox died saving the republic from Palpatine, the newly reformed government, maybe out of gratitude maybe out of a publicity stunt, decide Fox should have his own monument.

The corrie guard commanders are initially opposed to this ‘cause they know fox would despise the idea, and they don’t want to remember fox as some martyr, he was a person with thoughts and feelings not a symbol.

After a while though, the want for Fox to be remembered for what he did wins over. They are also promised a large amount of creative influence, unfortunately they have to agree to share this with Fox’s batchmates.

There is, understandably, a lot of friction and arguments during the design process. The Corrie Commanders despise Fox’s batchmates for what they perceive as Fox’s abandonment, they dont think the others have any claim on Fox. The command batch on the other hand are immensely guilt ridden and are torn between doubting their right to be involved and hating the idea that they don’t have a right.

They do come together eventually, after a lot of blood and tears. They may never fully like each other but Little Gods did they love Fox. They really cant help but see little fragments of their lost brother in each other and together they really do manage to capture Fox’s essence and create something even he would struggle to hate.

The monument they settle on is a slightly larger than life statue of Fox, showing him with a rather feral look in his eye and a grin as he flips the middle finger, which they position to face the senate building.

It sends the senators into fits but the Clones adore it and many bring their kids to see it over the years.

Summary:

When a catastrophic head injury leaves Senku Ishigami with amnesia, the Kingdom of Science is thrown into chaos—but not for the reason you'd think. Despite forgetting everyone—including himself—Senku inexplicably fixates on you. Not Gen, not Chrome, not even the lab. You. Now he refuses to be more than three inches from your side, citing "emotional constants" and "biological trust signals" as justification while bleeding out and refusing medical care unless you’re the one holding his hand. With his scientific genius still intact but his emotional inhibitors offline, you’re forced into the role of accidental caretaker-slash-hostage as Senku brute forces affection, logic, and quantum cuddle theory your way. A few days ago I woke up bleary eyed, sat down at my computer, and spat this out.

Mostly just a bit of goofy sketching but here's magical boy (magical man?) submas

I'm not gonna flesh this out a whole bunch since there's not much I can really do with it, but some rough notes:

Both of them have two soul stones, one in the hat and one in the staff. In their base uniform, the staff's stone is on the back of their gloves, separating when activated

They're only able to activate their abilities when they're with each other. Though they can both separately fight and return to normal, they need each other to begin the reaction and use their powers. Should one of them go missing, the other will not be able to use their abilities

The stone can be removed from the staff, returning to the hand if it is. The purpose of doing this is to replace it with a pokeball, allowing the staff to channel the pokemon's moves along with its standard attacks (electricity for Emmet, fire for Ingo)

Ingo and Emmet can trade (or steal) clothes mid transformation, switching pieces or entire uniforms. Emmet will typically borrow Ingo's darker gloves and boots if he expects to get particularly violent in battle, while Ingo usually takes Emmet's white accessories since he finds them more classy than his full black uniform

They are able to float in their magical forms, mostly using the levitation to run loops around their opponents and pressure them from all sides

The only opponent is literally Team Plasma, this power is reserved solely for beating grunts, sages, or Ghetsis should they ever cross paths (technically the code is to defend the world from evil but for any other issue they'll either settle it normally or with pokemon battling)
